Kenneth Lynch: Critical:ProfessionalismReported a former tenants twice for damage they cause and Spaeth didn't do anything to fix the problem. There customer service are the worst around. Avoid doing any business with them.
zumba bunny: One of their workers damaged my property and I have been calling and emailing the company for a month now to get them to rectify the situation. They keep telling me that Gary will call me but he hasn't. This is very unprofessional. They charge a lot of money to do simple work projects, but then they don't want to respond when they are contacted to fix their mistakes. I will change my review once they stop being disrespectful and return my calls or emails.
Jamie-Rose Guarrine: We have been residents at Hampshire Village for almost five years. Since Spaeth took over management a few years ago, we have seen a major difference in the beautification and upkeep of the grounds. We’ve been very happy living here and with the response to any work request.
Maryanne Quinn: We had to shovel our walk off! Mailman almost fell. Blisswood never look so bad..Oh I see now they’re coming to clear off the sidewalks now that it’s going to be 50° tomorrow and it will melt unbelievable.

Ernie Chamberland: Worst management company I've ever seen! I wouldn't trust them to manage a dog house Let alone a development where many families require fair,and equal consideration. I will say the assistants are courteous and polite and helpful for the most part. The owner however has alot to be desired. He's rude, arrogant and deceiptful and will lie to cover himself. He has lied to me personally about statements he made along with denying the receipt of emails and or text messages. People BEWARE before making a decision on hireing this company to manage your properties. I don't even think they deserve the 1.5 star review they received. If I could rate them with 0 stars I would.
Claire Liebel: 99%of the time someone answers. They always get back to Me with an answer if I leave a voicemail or send an email.

APEX: They are rude!!! The worst and really picky. They are more concerned with governing rules onto a property than anything. They have properties outside of Mass which makes no sense. A lot of people where I live are not happy. They are also good with empty threats.
Benjamin Abbot: Hired Classic Management 8 years ago to replace our old management company. Classic has done an outstanding job. The property has never looked better! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a attentive company to manage you property.
Rob Logan: They decided to have a plow truck come through during a major snow storm and bury everyone's cars to the point they were trapped. Then they have the nerve to say we have to move out trapped cars or be towed. Completely inexcusable and inappropriate

Thomas Maynard: I’ve had a few property management companies, and by far this one is the best he gets along well with the tenants He’s on the spot with issues And I like that I can access the owners portal I would definitely recommend Fareed if you want your property run, correctly
