I’ve called for months left voicemails for months and still have yet to get a response from anybody. They can careless about you or your situation. I swear they will ignore you just to have a reason to remove you or not deal with you. Don’t send out letters that says “any questions please call xyz” when you guys don’t answer anyways.

Miki Honoka: Update due to your response by owner the email you sent me is the dummy email I was referring to. I got an automated response saying no one views the emails/don't sent documents through it. I need to speak to someone not about getting assistance, trying to speak to someone is impossible. So you responding 3 weeks after I left this review just shows how little help people recieve with wayfinders.I was on hold for 47 mins and I was 12th in line before they forced me to leave a voice mail. Also don't bother emailing them because you'll get a auto response saying no one reads the email. I already tried and that's what I go it's does nothing and going there in person also doesn't help. One of the employees told me they don't check their mailboxes when you fill out a form to request help. So calling them does nothing, their email is a dummy email, their website is for show, their voice mailbox is also full and they don't call you back and no one is ever at the office and the people at the front desk aren't qualified to help you but say sorry the people you want aren't here I'm not qualified to help you.

ME!: I have had a horrible experience with these people. They tell me I needed more documents so I sent them in then they have like 5 different people telling me 5 different things which everyone of the things asked of me I sent within a few days. By the end of it a lady named " Amanda" I guess contacted my landlord asking for a "direct deposit" form and my landlord assumed it would be going through cause she stated she would approve it by the end of the week. I called after two weeks with no word and the only thing the lady told me that my case was closed due to my landlord not sending in a signed W-9 form which he did (he showed me the proof on his phone) they have too many people handling cases and no one obviously talks to one another cause I sent in everything they needed. I am not about to lose my apartment and my landlord is upset because he went through all the paperwork for nothing. My dad died last December and me and my son had to move out immediately and now I have to tell my poor son we have to move again.

They have many listings for low-income families and apartment complex applications strictly for 55+. They have the Raft program which is for persons who need help paying down back rent or utility bills.
THE JAMN FAM: Ridiculous you have a shut off notice and they tell you because they are backed up they can't expedite your case even though you spoke with someone and they told you once submitting the shut off notice they would be able to immediately help you. The manager if that's who he is was not of help at all. These companies fail when people are not on the same page.
Laura Hicks: Applying for Raft as a landlord requires patients, but the people who work in this program try their best to process applications and get the money where it is supposed to go. I applaud their efforts!!

The people you've hired to run this ship are mostly malignant narcissists that shouldn't even be anywhere near a public service position. Probably not even near other human beings in general. You're lucky you don't have a class action against you. The neglect and abuse clients have suffered at the hands of the people in charge is absolutely disgraceful. It's not just my family. Vy Pham: AVOID this a place. I saw all the negative reviews about this place but didn’t want to believe until I experienced it.EXTREMELY unprofessional and unorganized company. I put in an application and got approved, they called me to let me know my application got approved and will call back to schedule a view later on that day. Couple days went by, no call. I tried calling SEVERAL times and left messages but they never picked up.They finally picked up and gave me a time for showing. I showed up, no one was there. I tried to call and got a response from them saying that the lady that scheduled me is not here to give a tour and tell us to wait for them to call back while we stand outside of the building. Again, they NEVER called back while we were standing and waiting outside of the building. I called back and she hung up on me. I have it another try, she said she will be there in 10 minutes but I waited for 20 minutes, no one show up, no call. That was the last straw so I left and would want everyone to be AWARE and AVOID this place!
Kay Ky: Run!! Stay as far as you can from this place! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! The maintenance never respond or fix any work orders that I've put In! My ceiling was leaking for 2 days and they never did anything about it! They just made excuses every time! They took out the emergency maintenance line! God forbid in case of emergency (which I was without hot water for 3 days) and the guy who handles the emergency maintenance told me someone would be fixing it and NEVER CAME until 3 days later! BUGS are everywhere! The outside of my apartment building is disgusting and there be so many wild animals coming around because the maintenance leaves trash behind everywhere! The property manager is awful she never answers the phone! Neighbors also throw trash over there balconies and litter around the building. They don't even do background checks on tenants. Homeless people sleeping and getting high in the hallways. This is NOT RIGHT and us tenants WILL get the justice that we all deserve. God has bigger plans for us 🙏 THE COURT will be coming for them.

Private User: These people deserve negative stars. Springfield Gardens is managed by Schweb Partners, they are the literal definition of slum lords. DO NOT RENT HERE. They do not handle any maintenance requests, their apartment buildings should be condemned and HAVE been. Just google “Springfield Gardens” and you will find news stories of their tenants protesting them and all of their condemned buildings. My ceiling has been cracked and falling for months and they have done nothing to repair it. These people are just in it to steal your money and do nothing to take care of their tenants. They threaten us with additional fees every month if we don’t let the ‘exterminator’ in, when they only give you 12 hours notice. Also, the exterminator never actually comes. The women in the office do literally nothing all day, they never answer the phone and I used to go into the office to talk to them and they are literally just all standing around on their cell phones. They closed their office to tenants, so no one can walk in and speak to anyone. Please do not rent here unless you want to literally live in HELL on Earth.
team love: Please please please do not rent from Springfield Gardens. Do not subject your kids and yourself to this unsafe living environment... I had a gas leak and the stove itself is leaking gas fire department and Eversource came and let them know the issue and they literally did nothing they said ok and left. Lia is very unprofessional as a property manager maybe this is too overwhelming for her. But she sits on that office and literally does nothing. And makes fun of you in Spanish when she thinks you don't understand it. Don't waste your time please look and read and understand every negative review about them these PPL ARE NOT LYING!!! Calum Pilkey: I want to give them one star. But Maintenance is great here. That's about it on positive things with this place. For the price they charge, management is super unhelpful and often down right rude. mail is constantly stolen; they also refuse to look at their cameras when mail is stolen (I know this because we have a USPS investigation going and they said it got delivered. They office said no package was delivered.) I try calling to get help but I rarely if evet get through. They also never return calls if you leave a message.I don't plan on renewing my lease and I wouldn't recommend signing.
Christian Lowe: The management of this building is very poor. Proper maintenance is hard to come by with this apartment group. I have had multiple issues with leakage and appliances - the maintenance workers either lie and say they fixed it or do not come at all. The lease states that a secure building is ensured for building tenants however this is completely incorrect. The front doors fail to lock and respectively can let any outside into the building without using a special code to get in. The countless amount of homeless population that I have seen in the lobby of the building and have followed me into the building due to the lack of security is inexplainable. To add onto the poor security, my packages have been stolen as well. I received a package but was out so I came to get the package 40 minutes later however it wasn't there. So I went to the Silver Brick office to ask for security footage and they claimed that they do not have access to cameras but own the building...? None of this make up for the rent that I pay every month for my apartment on top of being harassed by Springfield parking authority for parking a car with a different plate in the parking garage which I pay $90 for monthly. All of the things that occur at Silver Brick is unacceptable and management does not give a care in the world about any of their tenants.

Prinelsa Encarnacion: I don’t know about the past management property team but the current one is amazing. I’ve been living here for 2 months already and right from the start they made sure my move in process was smooth as possible, every concern has been addressed. My rep was Genesis, and they all know each tenant and they make you feel welcome. Every building has a custodial person cleaning every day even during the weekend. If you need something fixed, in less than 24 hrs they make sure it’s done. Trash room is cleaned every day as well. The management team work so hard because sometimes tenants are not cooperative. I believe if you move here and you care where you live this will be a great fit for you. Picture of the little welcome package ❤️

I don't know why they don't help and don't try to do more for us we have a streak down our wall from a resident dying and the blood came down the street it still there and they haven't painted the rest of the wall since February and haven't reimbursed the damages since they only gave us not enough to replace whatever we needed. Our bamboo sheet cover was worth 300 since it came from the big E and they only gave us 25 percent of it.

You have laundry rooms in the building, community rooms with amenities, a nice gym and trash rooms in every floor for our convenience. Tim Cunningham: Lovely property, but. I visited a friend here and was pretty surprised that the AC hadn't been turned on in the building yet, given that it has been over 95 degrees for the last few days. Apparently the building has a policy not to turn it on until the 15th. I would probably consider if you want to sweat through any early or late hot days because of a building policy when in any slum you could have put in a $100 box unit by now.

Kimberly Chin: When I was initially looking for apartments in the area, I fell in love with Silverbrick Lofts. Zoe did my apartment tour and I was instantly sold. I have no complaints about the space itself but the disregard for stolen packages is baffling.I’ve had packages stolen and ripped up. I was informed that maintenance had found “just half of the envelope it came in.” I immediately called the leasing office and brought up the new cameras that they installed. I was informed that the cameras aren’t effective as they aren’t able to show who’s packages are being taken. So, what is the point of telling tenants that they’re doing something about stolen packages, when they admit that their solution isn’t effective. I was also informed that I should either obtain a PO Box or have my packages delivered elsewhere. I politely asked if I could have my packages dropped off at the leasing office and was told that they “shouldn’t be doing so.”I find it very ironic that I’m living in a “luxury apartment” but I apparently don’t have the luxury to have my packages dropped off in the leasing office.

Beautiful site and with the new Manager Antasia, I noticed that significant changes made a big difference. She made sure that my work orders were completed almost immediately after calling it in. She would follow up if she had questions. She is a very pleasant person to have representing this property.

roberta Perry: Mary Sainato of Sears Real Estate is an expert at her job. she is professional and knowledgeable. I would highly suggest giving her a try because she will help you and she will be there. I used a VA loan and she helped it go through smoothly as a conventional loan. There were no snags, no extra waiting time, and I believed with her expertise she got the loan processed without a hitch. if I could I would give her give 10 Stars. Great work! Kudos to Dot Lortie... wonderful.
