Anthony Santaniello: I had a wedding party over the weekend with my now new wife. Had an out of state marriage, coming from South Carolina where we live now for the past 8 years it was hard to plan things out being so far away. The manager TJ was so helpful from the beginning, I wanted a room with a Jacuzzi tub for our wedding night so the new wife and I could just relax and “Soak” in the amazing night we’d just had. Being so far away I couldn’t check out the rooms in person, so TJ had sent me his personal number and photographs of each Jacuzzi tub room. I was able to choose which one I wanted, found the biggest tub they had and asked him to even sanitize it the night before we arrived. He took care of everything for me with additional pictures to show what kind of sanitizer he used, and even had the AC unit turned on and the room cooled off for the day we checked in. He told me that night that the following checkout time would be 11 o’clock but to not worry and take our time. He said just enjoy your wedding night, so we checked out at 12:30 in the afternoon the next morning! The service was beyond amazing, and I would highly recommend this hotel. He also left snacks and water in the mini fridge in the room for us, just in case we were a little hungry getting there. TJ was amazing, and I can’t thank him enough!

Melissa Slater: Very terrible place got in the room got settled got in bed after driving for 3 hours started itching like crazy was only in the Room for less than an hour. Call front desk the guy was very arrogant was not refunding me not a dollar of my money myself and my husband were itching all over was beet red from itching so bad wanted to check out ask for money back even if he kept a cleaning fee I was okay with that but did not want to give me back any of my money clearly there's a bug problem in this establishment we ended up leaving and I'm just rooting the payment through my credit card... very bad businessman said the people rob him...
Matt Kreis: Desk Clerk was disrespectful saying there was no room after saying the deposit was unreasonable because we did not have the money for the room. We did no even pay for any so called deposit when we stayed there 2 months ago and we know it is a scam. No respectable should stay in this place with rude staff and polices that discourage people from staying. Do not stay unless you want to lose your money and be completely disrespected by staff.

Yari M: Horrible experience. Came to relax and couldn't even do so. People next door to us was up all night fighting. When asked can we change rooms,all they do is call the police and asked if I wanted to give a statement. No I want to be moved....Police left and it was still the same all night long. Morning time came we asked for atleast a discount. We are told that was not possible.Paid 230$For a room that is run down only good thing is the jacuzzi so we delt with it....But after the yelling all night long,not being moved when asked,or not even a discount...I will be calling my bank to fight the charges.So very very disappointed in the customer service from this establishment.

Nunya Bizniss: My friend and I went to Boston and Springfield for the weekend of November 18-21. Check-in took FOREVER! We were placed in one of the separate buildings which appears to be undergoing renovation. Fine, I get it, you have to renovate at some point, right? But, this stay was pretty foul! The building itself appeared to be falling apart. The overhang had no paneling, lights and ceiling boxes, insulation, all were visibly hanging out. There were broken screens on many of the windows. Then, we step into the room. The smell of stale smoke and ash nearly knocked us over! But beyond that, the toilet seat was broken, the walls were dirty, and the whole room was simply gross. Now, my friend booked this room, so I didn't complain too much. But keep in mind, neither of us smokes! And he said he asked for a non-smoking room. But, we were only going to be staying one night, and spent most of that time out and about anyway. So, we sucked it up and dealt with it. If I had booked this room, I definitely would have asked for a different room, at minimum.

James Diamond: First off it's a motel not a hotel. First room kinda smelled weird and when we used the bathroom the toilet wouldn't go down. They moved us upstairs which was nice and it was quiet definitely cleaner. Beds were advertised as a queen it was a full. For the money spent and just location it was an ok deal. Mahalia Minton: I am currently staying at this hotel and have been here for two days for an event at the Mass Mutual Center. I didn’t expect much but I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The breakfast was great (they had an actual warm food breakfast rather than just pastries), the service is amazing, friendly, and so accommodating, and everything was very clean. There is a pool, fitness center, and beverages, free of charge, available throughout the day. Each time I come to Springfield this will be where I stay.Walkability: You’re in the center of anything you need. I went and ate at three different restaurants, gambled at the casino, stopped a CVS, and saw a show at the Mutual Center. Never needed to or moved my car once. Everything is located in a short (very short) walking distance.Food & drinks: There are so many food options only feet away from you. Korean, Italian, American, Spanish, and event a great spot for açaí bowls, smoothies and Buddha bowls for healthier options. Park your car and leave it because you can walk anywhere you want to go.
Nancy Kraft: Our room was across the street from a bar. The weather was nice and they took the party outside. Drunk people yelling all night. Sounded like a big party until nearly 4 am! And on a Tuesday! Wednesday was a rough day for me. Couldn’t they do something about this? Like call the police? Other than being unable to sleep, everything about our stay was lovely.

Daniel Parsons: I was very impressed! It had been newly remodeled. It was clean. They had shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower. Breakfast has omelets, sausage and pancakes. All staff were friendly. It was quiet. The TV was bigger than most hotels.

Kierra Mack: I wish I could give 0 stars I will never give these people my money again. I was quoted and received a receipt for one price but after my stay once I check my statement I see I was charged a totally different price. I stayed here 3/18/23. Today is 3/24/23 and the issue is still not resolved. The first time I called the person was very rude and gave me two different names when I asked for his name then when I offered to email or text proof that I was charged a different price he said "and what am I supposed to do about it on my end it doesn't show that price". The second time I called I asked for a manager and was sent to her voicemail I left a message and a day later still hadn't heard back. The next time I called I explained the situation again to another worker she gave me an email address to send my statement to. The next day I called twice and was told the person I had just spoken to during the first call of that day was not there although I had just spoken to them. By this time I'm frustrated but hoping since I emailed them proof someone would do something. I was wrong after not hearing from the manager or anyone I talked to previously I called again today and was told once again they don't see the price on their end and I should check with my bank when I asked why no one got back to me once I sent proof I was told the manager is working on it yet no one contacted me about ever even receiving my email so yes never again will I deal with these nasty people

I will never go to another Red Roof Inn ever! we changed rooms 3 times and all the beds were the same kind of filthy!! and to top it off when checkinh oit the lady had an attitude with Me. if they had bettwr customer service I probba bly wouod have given then 3 stars. We had to buy oiur own sheets and pillows to put on their beds!¡!!
Karla Panier: When we checked in they let us know they don’t do room service but twice a week. The next time they did room service we would be gone. Immediately when you walk into the room we rented, there’s an old smell. Everything is outdated, shower head is old and hard water stains. Everything about the place made me uncomfortable and annoyed that I couldn’t sleep well. Horrible experience.

Dr. Tyler: Horrible. Balcony sliding door did not keep noise from highway. Could barely sleep. Hallways are dimmly lit. Something like a horror movie. Walls are thin, someone was getting it good for about an hour in the middle of the night while im just trying to play some damn pokemon before i go play in a massive pool tournament the next day. Hallways smell so wierd , its such an obscure smell that i cant describe it. Theres a big sign before the elevator that blocks off the entire first floor of hotel rooms, definitely a little girl in a white dress that comes out at night there. I payed for 2 nights but left before my second night because i wasnt staying there again. And i would pay to not stay there again. Pretty much just Dont stay here. Staff was friendly, only thing they have going for them. Just go to starbucks for Breakfast, who tf knows what's in there waffle mix.
Kimberly Shoen: This is a clean, no frills hotel, that is conveniently located just off an exit. Its just over 15 Minutes from Mt. Holyoke and is in a road strip of food and shopping options. Breakfast is standard fair with make your own waffles, and the breakfast room is clean and spacicious. The room was clean with a nice sized refrigerator and microwave. It also had a small table and chairs, as well as a desk and chair and a balcony. The bedding was nicer than I expected for the price. The fitness room is 3 treadmills and an elliptical in a tiny room so do not expect a real fitness center. Pool is seasonal only. For a quick easy stay, this works.
Stephen Munley: Comfortable, clean, and a nice complimentary breakfast. Lots of amenities like a small fridge and freezer. Looked well maintained. You could also control all the room lights from the bed.

Bill Kisselstein: Stayed one night Jan 27th. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room was clean, everything worked except coffee maker needed cord positioned just right to stay on. Breakfast was good. It does show some wear and I could nitpick little things but almost all hotels are like that, I don't care if it's not perfect. This hotel still has carpets, in fact they seemed new, clean and bright. Probably the only goofy thing was I had to bring the desk chair back in from the balcony where presumably a previous guest had left it. Our third floor room included hair dryer, previously mentioned coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge with separate freezer section, iron and board, hair dryer, alarm clock, and Direct TV with local channels and some cable. I think it was a double Queen room, both beds had four pillows. Walk-in shower.
Pete Palma: Asked about the shelter group that rents the bottom floor, was not informed about. Management was very un easy when asked, why was I not informed they can only use half the bottom floor and we as guests can not walk through the hallway.. you shouldn't have a shelter at a kids hotel

Lauren Chausse: I was transitioning from one place to another so I had to stay at the quality Inn for five days. I noticed that I had bites all over my body from the first room so they switched me to another room. My apartment is not gonna be available until tomorrow but they will not let me stay another night. The room was available and then I literally came back down to the front desk probably three minutes after that and they said everything was booked. I’ve been so nice to every single person here and they’ve made me feel like I’m an inconvenience. I don’t really take the time out to write reviews but I really don’t think anybody should be spending their money here. I wish I can upload photos but I have over 30 bites on my body seven of them are above my neck and I have to go to work like this. It’s so embarrassing!

James White: Check-in went smoothly and the man at the front desk was polite, quick, and accomodating ( he switched our rooms from the second to the first floor as we had a lot of luggage) Other than that, the hotel is mediocre at best. Not the best neighborhood and the rooms were basic. Nice view of the Ct. River from the back parking lot and there is direct access to the water with just a quick climb down a steep slope.

MonaLisa Leung Beckford: I really enjoyed staying here during the Christmas weekend 2022. My husband and I stayed here for five nights to visit family. We normally stay at the Howard Johnson in Springfield since that's very closer to my family. However this hotel had a great deal and has amenities that the Howard Johnson didn't provide, so we stayed here instead. First of all, all the staff were so friendly and hard at work, checking people in and out and stocking the breakfast area. Btw they offer hot breakfast and they have eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, bagels and muffin, yogurt, coffee and tea everyday for breakfast from 6am to 9am. They have an exercise room if you want to exercise. They have free parking. The location is great since it's right off the main road (Riverdale Ave) and you are 2 mins from the Cinema and shopping area (Khols, five below, Dollar tree, stop and shop, olive garden, KFC, Costco, Home Depot, and more).My three criticisms are 1) the treadmill and bike don't work in the exercise room (the buttons don't work at all), 2) the elevator was broken and during the weekday workmen were repairing it starting at 6:30am and caused a lot of noise and probably woke people up, and 3) they only clean your room every 3 days and their laundry machines broke so we had to wait a bit longer for clean towels on day three of our stay.But otherwise, I would visit this hotel again as long as they continue to offer a good price, hot breakfast, and get the elevator and exercising machines fixed.

V Singh: The check in process was great, I am glad that someone is always at the front desk. The rooms are good but some of the brand amenities are not up to standard. Many times the pool is not clean and the fitness center is missing 4 weights. I know you'll ask me to go through the hilton website to look into this further but I don't really think there needs to be an investigation.

Cheryl S: Nice clean motel. Stayed there four days, three nights for a mini quilt retreat. Very friendly staff. The only issue I and another friend had was the fridge, in our room, solidly froze our food we brought for our lunch and supper. Dunkin Donuts is next to the parking lot but no restaurants are within walking distance. Motel is right off the highway and about 30 mins from Bradley Airport. Dogs are also allowed for a fee. I would recommend staying there.Rooms: Rooms are very clean. Refrigerator and microwave are included, however, in two of the rooms the food got totally frozen in the fridge.Nearby activities: MGM Casino, Mass Mutual Center, Basketball Hall of Fame, the Big E, Springfield Armory and Dr Seuss to name a few.Safety: Plenty of safe, well lit parking in the front and back of motel.Walkability: Where this motel is located, there's nothing really close by to walk to, except Dunkin Donuts.

Rachel Darr: My husband and I stayed here for 2 separate occasions, but within the same month. I was having surgery at Baystate Hospital, so this hotel was incredibly convenient for us. Also, this hotel is right next to the freeways, so I imagine it's convenient for most people. The 1st stay was for one night for two adults. The place was pretty quiet and the staff were very kind and attentive. My only real complaint was that the toilet in our room wasn't properly secured to the floor, so it wobbled while in use. The 2nd stay was for two nights for two adults and a medium-large dog. It was much busier this time with lots of kids running around, but that didn't bother us. The staff were still very kind and attentive. Our room smelled mildly musty, but that didn't bother us, either. The toilet in this room also wasn't properly secured to the floor, but it didn't wobble as much. Also, this room had doors on opposite walls that led to other rooms, which was only mildly problematic the first night. We had to call the front desk at 1am because the people in the room next to us starting blaring music and talking super loud, but the front desk immediately intervened and luckily the folks making the noise obliged and were fairly quiet from that point on. My husband and our dog stayed in the room by themselves the 2nd night because I was in the hospital, but he reported that it was much quieter that night. All in all, this place is pretty stellar for the price. Don't expect the Ritz and you'll probably find yourself comfortable here. We will definitely be staying here again!

I am honestly extremely disappointed in this company and will never stay at one of these hotels in my lifetime again even when I’m over 21. For future reference, if you have a policy that forbids people under 21. (I’m 19) to stay at your establishment. You should make that clear as humanly possible. yet this establishment would not. and having it in small print where the average consumer won’t see it just makes you a scumbag.

Craig Piazza: I have stayed at this hotel for many years and several times per year. They were mostly pleasant stays and I enjoyed the breakfast - for the most is was good... was happy to pay a bit more for this accommodation. I read a review recently stating they now charge for parking - I found this odd, as it is an open parking lot (like at a Supermarket) and other hotels I stayed at had never charged for such with a similar layout. When I called in to check, as I was very curious and wanting to make a reservation - it was confirmed that they recently started to charge a $5 parking fee. It doesn't seem much, but to a long-hauler, it seems like another corporate move and this just doesn't feel good to me. There are other options in the area that offer similar accommodations and at a savings that I can enjoy a quality breakfast out. Perhaps all Hotels are going this route... but for now, I will seek those that are more customer oriented.Update: Your reply truly does not make sense to me... There was always ample parking spaces everytime I stayed... and why would that have anything to do with now charging a fee?
Heidi Mass: I did not give this hotel 5 stars because I was informed of a parking fee upon check in that was not on the website. This hotel is not in a downtown area with a parking garage. It is in a suburban area. I have never had a parking fee at other Hilton hotels like this. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that I will check out for the next time. Otherwise, the staff and the room were wonderful.
Leo Alves: had the worst experience hotel staff lie about prices they don’t honor the 130$ price stated on gps on the way here they make a bunch of excuses then lie saying it would be 150$ then the next morning the bill was almost 190$ , the room had a lot of light going in from the outside it was not dark the food was trash for the price they charge , the charging cable was not working for myphones . they won’t catch me again . crooks oh and one of the towels in the bathroom had a stain before we use it , they also told me if i was to rent from third party they would almost double the deposit required to make things more difficult for me

The issue was quickly resolved and that person found another room.The room was very clean but the window didn't not block out any road noise, so it was loud. We had our dogs with us and we had the option to choose the floor we were on. It was nice to be on the first floor. The carpets could use an upgrade as some of the squares were coming up and it was dirty.We didn't need the shower for this quick stay, but the sink in the bathroom was extremely slow to drain. The room was on the smaller side, but two adults and two labs fit fine.We'd stay here again.
