Sonster B: Very clean and authentic victorian room I stayed in. The warmth is matched by the host Marci. Very social, funny and attentive.I would recommend this place for sure if you are passing through.Also the breakfast and coffee are great!!!Rooms: Very cozy, the bed is super comfy, and on the TV, you have Netflix, HBO, and I think others.

Paddy Hansrote: This B&B is as good as they come. The attention to detail, including the decorating of the house, our room and the breakfast, were all exceptional. We had an amazing bed that was so comfortable. Our room had a cozy fireplace with remote. Ample parking lot in the back. The breakfast was delicious; fresh fruit, blueberry pancakes and eggs. Marcie is the perfect host and made us feel so welcome and eager to make us feel comfortable. Would highly recommend this fabulous B&B.

Andrea Lysy: Marcie accommodated us for an unusually timed stay due to some appointments around Baystate, and was so kind and helpful. She made a big difference to an otherwise stressful day. The inn is super charming, room was very clean and comfortable. She was available when we needed help, and scarce when we needed quiet! I highly recommend supporting this small business over chain hotels, etc. The rate was better and the customer service was far superior.

Marygrace Brown: We were greeted with a warm welcome, the room was exceptionally clean, and it was lovely, felt welcoming and cozy. Marcie was so kind and went above and beyond to help in any way she could or for whatever we needed. Breakfast was a plus, and it was delicious ! I had a loved one who was having a surgery at Baystate and it was such a comfort to be right across the street and made to feel so welcome and comfortable. Elizabeth Albert: Stayed here last night after being in the hospital across the street all day with my husband. Several of the nurses recommended it as a place to be near by, and also super cozy. It was! I arrived exhausted and feeling awful. But the shower was luxurious and super hot! And the bed was amazing for much needed rest. Made this while awful event a little better. :)

X: We didn't even unpack it was so bad. We had 2 days scheduled here but we left immediately (15 minutes) and went to a local hotel which was very nice. This place is a dump; It looks great on the internet but it won't look like that when you arrive. The furniture is old and filthy, the towels & linens look like they haven't been laundered this year (they can't be bleached because they are grey color). The kitchen and counter was packed with junk so I'm not sure where food would be served or prepared. There were discount soap/shampoo bottles with the clearance price still on them in the bath. Marci said she puts really good soap in these discount soap bottles! The bathroom door wouldn't close and it swung open on it's own. Repairs were completed with 21st century products as would be found in homes built today. The house Marci lives in next door is old and dilapidated and an even bigger mess with trash stacked up in the back of the house. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Don't fall for reviews created by Marci.

Kierra Mack: I wish I could give 0 stars I will never give these people my money again. I was quoted and received a receipt for one price but after my stay once I check my statement I see I was charged a totally different price. I stayed here 3/18/23. Today is 3/24/23 and the issue is still not resolved. The first time I called the person was very rude and gave me two different names when I asked for his name then when I offered to email or text proof that I was charged a different price he said "and what am I supposed to do about it on my end it doesn't show that price". The second time I called I asked for a manager and was sent to her voicemail I left a message and a day later still hadn't heard back. The next time I called I explained the situation again to another worker she gave me an email address to send my statement to. The next day I called twice and was told the person I had just spoken to during the first call of that day was not there although I had just spoken to them. By this time I'm frustrated but hoping since I emailed them proof someone would do something. I was wrong after not hearing from the manager or anyone I talked to previously I called again today and was told once again they don't see the price on their end and I should check with my bank when I asked why no one got back to me once I sent proof I was told the manager is working on it yet no one contacted me about ever even receiving my email so yes never again will I deal with these nasty people

plahens: The beds were filthy. the covers were filthy. the premium room was the same room with a gift box. the microwave was dirty. the tub was filthy. if I could post pictures I would. I will never go to another Red Roof Inn ever! we changed rooms 3 times and all the beds were the same kind of filthy!! and to top it off when checkinh oit the lady had an attitude with Me. if they had bettwr customer service I probba bly wouod have given then 3 stars. We had to buy oiur own sheets and pillows to put on their beds!¡!!

Immediately when you walk into the room we rented, there’s an old smell. Everything is outdated, shower head is old and hard water stains. Everything about the place made me uncomfortable and annoyed that I couldn’t sleep well. Horrible experience.
