They reset some Yogo Sapphire earrings for me in 14kt gold after the sterling silver settings they came with started irritating my ears. The new settings are absolutely stunning, same design as the original but better, and they honored my request to extend the posts. They are so comfortable now. It was a fair price to have them redone and the quality of the backs they gave me is amazing. They’ve also changed watch batteries for me, fixed a broken bracelet for me and reset prongs on stones and the prices are extremely reasonable. I can’t speak highly enough of this jeweler and the staff is all phenomenal. They are really a standout jeweler, they are always busy when I go in and you can see why. Prices on jewelry they sell also seems very reasonable and the quality and selection is stunning.Update: I went back to get some insurance appraisals done and Andrew and his team are the best, they were very thorough with the appraisals. I was also really hard pressed not to walk out with some of the gorgeous jewelry they had!

Depending on what jewelry you bought. However Monday through Saturday they are only open until 7 PM not 9 PM. Just went to go buy something today and online says they’re open until 9 PM. I think they need to update their times since they close apparently at seven. I got here at 8 o’clock at night and wasted my gas just to find out they were closed. Don’t bother calling they don’t answer their phones. Other than that their jewelry is very good. Just some of the staff are not. I do believe their staff could be trained better on explaining certain things.

Mine Mercadante: We’ve been going to Sayegh jewelers since they opened. They are the only jeweler we go to and trust. We continuously refer everyone to them. There is nothing they can’t do when it comes to jewelry! They’ll even customize anything! Do yourself a favor, go see them. They have 2 locations: Chicopee and East Longmeadow. It’s a family run business, too! Love Sayegh Jewelers!!

Chelsee Hevey: About the only thing they have going for them is the sell beautiful pieces, but that is probably because they come from a manufacturer. I have been a customer for well over 3 years now. The first poor incident I had was when I was assured that they could melt down my husbands father who passed aways bracelet down into his ring. The first image is what we got from them back, I was devastated. The second picture is what I got back when I took it to a different jeweler and what the ring was supposed to look like to begin with. I figured maybe they just couldn’t do custom jewelry no big deal. Fast forward to three weeks ago I lost a small diamond and they said they could fix it. They also told me they could solder them together and that it would be 3 weeks or so, the third picture is what I got back 4 days later. Absolutely botched. Far to small. And in my eyes destroyed. I spent the entire night crying and my husband convinced me the next day after speaking to Eddy to give them the opportunity to fix it. Eddy assured me they could fix it, use less solder and it would fit. Fast forward the last two pictures is what I got back today 2 weeks later. Still completely botched, still won’t fit and completely terrible. All I heard was “this is just how we do it” “this is what it is supposed to look like” no desire whatsoever to offer a resolution. I took it to another jeweler today and even they said it was a complete mess but thankfully they said they can fix it. Needless to say, if you have any repairs you need done or custom work GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will never be back again.

They wanted to sell me a similar chain for $700 and give me $100 for my chain. I left there and went to my parents. They told me about Smith and sons which is a local jeweler. I called and went over to the store. The owner fixed my chain right there and didn’t charge me anything to do this. What an honest businessman!!! I will definitely go back and purchase from this jeweler.

Allisen Reading: Incredible experience! My husband and I had to get our rings sized down. They said it would be done likely in 7-10 days, got a call 3 days later saying they were done. My ring was mishapened by a previous jeweler and he was able to fix it! My rings had a lot of detail and an engraving I was worried would get messed up when being resized but he assured me there would be no issue. I was also considering changing my set out to a different metal and he suggested recasting my set so it will be exact same but different metal, had no idea that was even possible! Very friendly, honest and helpful. We will be back for sure!

I let the owner know that I was leaving on vacation in a few days and he fixed my ring that day so I would have it for vacation. The shop was clean, staff was super courteous, knowledgeable, and the owner was amazing and kind with my 2 year old daughter. Additionally to all of that, the prices are EXCELLENT. I have previously had my ring repaired the same way at a much, much higher cost. I plan to bring all my jewelry here from now on. Give Smith and Son a try.

We ended up talking about my engagement ring and he taught me a few things about white gold and cleaning my jewelry. He also told me a little trick for earrings if I have sensitive ears, he said to add clear nail polish to the bar. This has been a huge life saver since!! I went back and had my engagement ring cleaned just before my wedding and he did an amazing job. It looked like new. I highly recommend him and will be back for all of my jewelry needs!

I walked in for a simple necklace repair and was told it might not be ready for xmas but Tom got it done for me asap so i can give my gf the gift she wanted most.
