Noah: Dirt bag. The guy there seemed really nice but he will try to undermine your intelligence if your not a Jewler. Thankfully, i knew enough to decline his offer. I left and was offered 2x the amount he wanted to give me for a gold chain the next day right up the st. I didn’t even have to bargain with the next guy for what he gave me. I’d expect this from a pawn shop, not a established jewelry business.

I drove 20 minutes to Gold Traders in Springfield who gave almost $800 more than what this place offered and that was with keeping 2 of my nicer items. Don't waste your time.

They also have plenty to choose from and do custom work as well. They made our wonderful engagement and wedding band I'm the picture. Plus they buy gold as well and think about the long-term and treating the customer well.They've earned my loyalty as a customer and you should check them out.
G. S.: Very nice, friendly, and professional! I went to get a family ring resized smaller. Not only did they resize it, but they redid my band to make it more sturdy and not break (part of it was thin as ever) as it was worn down for over 50 years. They did the job rather quick! Highly recommend!

Robert O'Neil: To call them men’s watch novices would be an understatement. The owners expertise is limited to garage sale Rolex’s that have no paperwork or box to verify their authenticity. He admittedly sold Rados to many of his customers but no longer backs the brand or even carry them in store. It’s no wonder this guys been driving the same used G Wagon for 10 years, a salesmen that doesn’t know his own industry. Sad.
Jim T: Had gone here for years and George treated me right. Bought my Wife many rings there. Went back because wife wanted to upgrade from a 3/4 Carrot to a full Carrot DiamondWanted to trade in the 3/4 carrot Diamond but he wouldn't tell me what he would give me for it. After asking a couple of times he said he would give me $800 . Really upset that he would not be more forthcoming with the figure. I also asked him to write all the figures down so I could go home and crunch the numbers but that never happened either .I went to another Jeweler in Ct and he immediately said he would give me $1500 for the same 3/4 carrot ring towards a trade in.Moral of story - do your homework and don't accept the first offer you get.

I called and asked about them buying my silver flatware and he said I better come on in so he could take a look. He is extremely honest and knowledgeable and there was amazing customer service from start to finish. He even answered all the random questions I had too. At the end he gave me an honest and fair price for my silver which was much more than I ever expected to get.They now they have a customer for life. Would highly recommend this to anyone in Western Mass and Northern CT!
