Sarah Rodriguez: Absolutely amazing experience! Darlene is incredible in the West Springfield store. Her design talent and customer service skills would be a blessing to any company, and most certainly Express Kitchens is blessed to have her represent such a huge aspect of their name. She is amazing!!! Also worked from there with Peter Adoretti who made sure scheduling and any further reconfiguring of design needs were met with care, -awesome customer service with him!! Also worked with Molly in the granite department! Absolutely adored her as well. Her eye and assistance in guiding the customer so they would be most satisfied with the granite was spot on! She made the granite process a fun one, and not dreadful which added and enhanced this total experience. Brian our installer was absolutely incredible-detail oriented -we appreciate all who we worked with! These ones made such a great experience from beginning to the end! No complaints at all! So looking forward to using them again. Thank you all truly! 5 stars all the way!

She was excellent not only with redesigning my new kitchen layout but she also answered any questions I had promptly whether in person, email or over the phone. Darlene was so very helpful in every way throughout this process. She definitely knows what she is doing. She even went as far as allowing me to borrow a sample of the granite countertop to help me pick out flooring and backsplash. I give Darlene 5 stars as well as Express Kitchens. Trust me for the savings it isn't at all worth it do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Keith Grzywna: Totally disappointed in the customer service! I happen to stop into the west Springfield location and was speaking to the store manager Russ about bathroom vanities. I had two bathrooms I was in the middle of renovating and was in need of custom vanity sizes. I picked out what I had liked but did not have sizes on hand, so the manager handed me his card and said just email me the sizes and I’ll get a quote over to you ASAP! I emailed the sizes 4 times but never received a response. I tried calling to only get voicemail. Not sure how these people stay in business??!!

Gabrielle Stetson: My husband and I are completely satisfied with our new kitchen. A year ago we bought a house and decided to completely renovate the kitchen because the house is very old and was in need of a little upgrade. We went to Express Kitchen in West Springfield and Darlene took care of us. We gave her the dimensions of our kitchen and what she envisioned for our kitchen was something truly special. She advised us to knock down a small wall in order to expand our countertop space and allowed us to put in a larger refrigerator, which was one of the best ideas she suggested for us.She also added in a wine rack I’m obsessed with. We also use that counter space as our alcohol bar, convienently below the wine rack.Darlene created a layout of our kitchen on her computer and once we all agreed upon the layout, Kyle & I picked out our cabinets, granite, hardware and other items for the kitchen. Darlene spent so much time creating our dream kitchen for us and we are so thankful. Our kitchen came out better than I ever could have hoped and we are both very attached to it.I’ve never had so much space to cook & bake before. My husband and I actually enjoy cooking together because there is so much space we don’t ever get in each other’s way.We know we will continue to enjoy our kitchen for years to come.Anytime someone comes to our house they always compliment our kitchen and express how big, open and bright it is.We cannot thank Darlene enough for all of the hard hours of work she put in creating, designing and finalizing our kitchen.And we have recommended her to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen.Please see the attached photos to see how great it came out!

Christopher Behrens: Very helpful staff. Our contractor got kitchen cabinets from here and installed them. They were quite lovely. A few small issues. One was created by the contractor's choice in hardware slides. We skipped the contractor and went straight to here. They were very helpful and replaced the part that had issues and let us upgrade the hardware that required a heavy duty slide.
