EVERYTHING was EXCEPTIONAL including availability, price, handling time, shipping cost, customer service - all exceeding my expectations!I was looking for an out of print rare board game for my son for Xmas. I ordered one from another retailer who canceled on me at last minute, so I went through almost 20 other toy stores online and in my area with no luck. Then I found this fantastic store that had the game in stock, at a more reasonable price then what I first found, with free shipping, same day handling, and the nicest staff. I got the game a full week ahead of Xmas and I know this will be my son’s favorite present.Thank you Zen’s, you won a loyal customer for life!!!
Rebecca DePace: Just shopped here for the 1st time! Great store. I was able to check out their stock on-line as I was looking for a robotic kit for an older child. Once I saw it was in stock, we went in to get it. Store was bright, clean, and organized! Lots of board games and stem kits in stock. Loved the option of gift-wrapping. Will most definitely be back.

This company is the BEST I have ordered from in the 20 yrs I’ve been shopping online. Personal caring service that is unheard of these days!

Jen C: While the toystore is nice and stocked...it is definately geared towards kids 7 and younger. The reason for the 2 stars is the issues with technology. The day we went, Dec 3rd,the registers were not able to print receipts. The young clerk took down my email in promise to send one.. On the 11th I receive an email I am assuming from the owner that the charges were reversed and I need to contact him for payment, which I am going to do. A person who was also shopping with me also used their card and received the same email, however stating they don't know what items were sold, only a dollar amount is shown. Seems a bit sketchy because the 3rd person we were with paid cash and has not gotten an email receipt either. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Beautifully Macabre: NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Not helpful in the slightest, because they don’t try to be. They need to get a better online/customer service team! Tried talking with their online team to get information before making a purchase, they ignore messages and tell you to look elsewhere for what you’re trying to find. They can’t even be bothered to respond to the emails, to get any sort of response I had to create a new customer service ticket every time. Such terrible service that I couldn’t even get the information I needed in order to give them my business, but I am grateful that I didn’t waste my money on a place that doesn’t appreciate you enough to respond to a message.

Sungy Figueroa: Here at Walmart at 640 am and this big store only has one person in the electronics that is able to open any of the glass cases that person comes in at 7 am so if you are there early nobody no supervisor or anyone can provide with assistance, I'm guessing if the person doesn't show electronics will be close for the days worst posible service ever.

Dave Marchesi: It was a zoo ! 6:30 at night I saw half a dozen people with pajamas on . Boxes in all the rows was difficult to navigate through the store. Chicken bones tossed in the food isles . People trying to get you to buy them food . I will not return for another 3 months glad that's over

By using Walmart+ I don't have to pay the delivery fee for my groceries and that savings covers the yearly fee for Walmart+. In addition there's a reward program. By purchasing items from the rewards list that I need anyway I get rewarded.

They have an awesome lineup of adult board games and even the D&D books if you're looking to get started.I'm super excited to see a place like this exists in 2021 and I will go here before anywhere else for toys and boardgames before a big box store or online.

I purchased Ticket to Ride and 7 Wonders board games and was able to play that night rather than wait a long time for processing and shipping from an online retailer. I’ll definitely shop here again soon.
Meredith Parish: This is a great store! The owners were there when I stopped by and they were so nice. I thought the assortment of toys was great with a wide range of prices. I ended up getting a puzzle, Scattergories, and chalk (which I'd been looking for for months). So happy to have a store like this in the area.
