Xio Yara: Went in because my car was making a noise when turning on. The man said it was an air filter duct that was worn out. So i had him replace it, charged me $300. Being a women im sure he knew i didnt know it was not that expensive, completely over charged me. Also the next day the car was making the same noise. Talked to a friend, and took the car in he told me it was definitely on the muffler. Brought it to Precision and they actually said it was a the gasket, they fixed it and no more noise. He basically didn't care about helping and also over charged me.Answer to owner: yes I said a noise, ur the mechanic your supposed to find out whats the noise and try to fix it. The squealing was still there after so you didnt fix the issue and still over charged me. You basically made the engine light turn off and charged me $300.

Sinead Alexander: The absolute worse mechanic I've been to. Replaced my serpentine belt due to minor squeaking. Belt completely came off after driving for a few minutes. He "fixed" his mistake after trying to say it was another issue. Once he "fixed" it he apologized for any inconvenience. Now 5 days later the belt is slipping off again. And again, he is blaming it on something else being wrong with my vehicle when I've never had any other issues with it until he touched it. Jedi Bock: I recently moved into the area from Chicopee. I had an emergency brake problem with my car and my normal mechanic told me I shouldn't drive it at all. I called other garages within 2 miles of my new location and Leonard's was the first to respond to my problem. I had same day service within 5 min of calling for help! Not only did Leonard's repair my brakes but also calmed my nerves about the situation of my vehicle. Jacque Dawkins: I delivered my vehicle to, Grez, with the check engine light on at 8:00 am. The light had been on for over a year. My vehicle had been checked by the dealership and other shops for the same issue and I paid a substantial amount of money, attempting to resolve the issue. Grez figured it all out. I had four things going on and although costly, no where near what the dealership was charging. My vehicle is running well and thankfully, no check engine light. The staff stayed in contact with me and explained everything that my vehicle needed. It was ultimately up to me and I didn't feel pressured. My car was ready to go at 4:30, same day. I will definitely refer people to Grez. A good experience overall!

My livelihood revolves around absolute dependability, no one knows why those relays, fuse, etc. days hang you out. I’ve been 35 years in business, countless areas, and why I say 5 stars, which is elite. Is because when its really urgent, like costing you an entire client, campaign, or series, without sacrificing other patrons cars, nor any skill levels, Pats will do, ‘whatever is possible’, to get you up and out. 100% certified techs, master craftsmen, state of art diagnostics, **and needed OEM Programmers/coder/* several names but there are several things requiring a matching Brand plug in computer that resets, recodes, programs your vehicle. Many shops will send those out to Dealers, to save on overhead. I get it, but I know I’m different now than I was 30, 20, yrs ago, today I miss nothing. And that has saved the day and so fair honest prices. Certified techs, super fixture in town type Business, they’re going nowhere! It’s easy to be a faithful before you know it. I call em l8ke I know em! A+

Stan Parker: Drop truck off at 7:30 am after having a appointment. I called them about 12:30pm to get answers and was told a call joint. Mechanic stated will call me back. I had to call again about 3pm but no answer. Was dropped off by my brother to see if truck was ready and was informed it wasn’t and was still parked in the lot. Mechanic tells me about two days. If he would have told me that earlier I would have taken it to someone else. What a joke. I will never go back.

After a few hours I got a call from one of the mechanic saying; his exact words “ 1. My driver side power window switch was no good, 2. He has to fix the switch first before he can tell if there’s going to be another problem “. What? I thought you diagnosed a car as a mechanic and recommend what need to be fix. Long story short it wasn’t my driver side power window switch, it was my front passenger side window motor that needed to be replaced. He lie to me and collected my $96. Caleb Cruzado: I brought in my Nissan on Saturday to schedule an appointment. I was told to bring it in 7 am on Monday so they can look over, give me a price and fix it on Monday. I was told I would get a call prior to noon with a cost of the repair and it would be available for pick up the same day. I never received the call. When I call them ( for the first time ) I was immediately told “ if you keep calling it’s going to take longer “, and that my car would have to stay over night. That was my first call and I was on the line for 30 seconds. I have been pumping gas at this location for 6 years, that will no longer be happening, I have utilized their automotive repair services and that will no longer be happening. They also didn’t take my name down for the ownership of the car, so any random person could’ve asked for my keys and taken my vehicle. Very unprofessional and do not recommend.

Heather Wyman: I experienced the first situation with my car that wasn’t covered under warranty, so I looked for a non-dealer alternative who could work on my foreign car 🚗 (Farfegbroken). Last minute, I could not get a ride to work and was offered a loaner car, which really saved my day. The entire process, soup to nuts (and bolts) was surprisingly Informative and delightfully easy. I received a full detailed report of the work that needed to be done on my car, I was able to text a response to the person letting them know to go ahead, and I could pick up my car after hours when it was convenient. Crusader Rossi (elcolorao2020): This is the second time I go here, they installed custom struts for my '99 Subaru Forrester that was a couple of years ago, the install was great.Last week, I had them repair a snapped sway bar bolt for my 2009 Town and Country. I also had them install the sway bar bushings and rear shocks.I highly recommend !
