Instead of putting a band aid on the problem to get me by the warranty they did a complete Diagnostic on the engine and determined that it was is the best interest of the customer (me) that it was better to replace the engine. I’ve never seen such honesty in a dealership. If I ever need to buy another car this is the place I will go . They have done everything to try to make the situation right for me also loaning me a car no charge until my car is complete. Christina Diaz: Sold me a car that had an TPMS error light on no ac and the check engine light came on the second day of driving it. I’m still waiting for the ac to be fixed this was more than 2 weeks ago and it’s been over 90 degrees everyday. My experience here is not going well at all. Also horrible communication will not tell you if they have to keep your car overnight. Which is ridiculous.

Marc Mercado: I guess everyone’s experience is different but, me and my wife’s was horrendous, absolutely terrible. Two guys seemed nice at first, my wife seen a car she liked, test drove, everything seemed fine. We bought the car and immediately after a day or two of driving car wouldn’t start, muffler was rattling, had a hole in it, sounded like an absolute loud terrible vehicle. Car was starting by itself, locking itself, just doing a bunch of things that are not normal. Took it in for service. Next day after picking up car was loud again and rattling wouldn’t start etc. who wants to pay thousands of dollars for a car to then take it home and it not even start? Ask me if they helped to solve the problem? Nope they didn’t. Customer service absolute trash! Would never ever ever ever spend money with these fools. Anyways that was our experience.

Dianne Ingram: I would recommend FDR auto sales to everyone I know that is looking for a good, reliable vehicle, with excellent prices. I kept looking at my 2007 Hyundai tuscon and I had to wait for my son to check it out for me. Frank held it, without a deposit, until my son looked at it, and drove it. Before I bought it, they put new brakes and a new battery in it. I had it for a couple of days and the fuel pump, and oil pan had to be replaced, and they did it, at no cost to me. They are a very nice group of guys, and Frank , the owner is very honest and upfront. I will bring my Tuscon there, for any needed repairs, even after my warranty is over. Thank you for a great experience.

Steve Duquette: I went to look at a Ford flex. It needed brakes and tires, honestly shouldn't of been let off the lot in the condition it was. This was on a Tuesday, they said they could have it done by Friday. Called Friday and gave us the run around, went back in 8 days later and was told I would get a phone call on Wednesday. That call never came. David was a terrible salesman and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Eric Parham: Avoid these guys at all costs. They are completely untrustworthy. I bought a diesel truck from them pre covid. I didn't do my own due diligence. They had a mechanic look over the truck and make sure it was in good condition and then got it inspected. Fast forward a year when I go to re inspect the vehicle I come to find out it had been flagged for emissions. Not sure how they were able to get a sticker on it because the entire smog system had been removed. It cost about 6k dollars to make the truck emissions compliant not to mention the safety repairs on ball joints and wheel bearings it needed. There is no way this could have been missed. They did not have anyone look at the truck. They have a way they get stickers and pass auction trucks on to the public. Avoid these guys, they are liars and can not be trusted.I would give negative stars if possible.

The Gas Man: I was there for the SRX race and had a fantastic experience having never been there before I didn't know what to expect from either the facility the racing or the fans all of which were absolutely fantastic especially the fans have no difficulty getting in and out of the track but that's probably because I'm used to post race traffic. Very clean very efficient very friendly staff I would definitely recommend it as a racing venue and hope to go back to see some modified racing.
