The manager went above and beyond to take care of my banking concerns as well as explaining the mortgage process which was such a great help. She was very clear and concise which definitely helps when you're not used to the banking terminology. I'd highly recommend this branch if you're looking to purchase a home or for your everyday banking!

Devan H: The bank is fine. Everyone is friendly when I go to individual branches but the app is complete trash! Apparently when you make an instant transfer from your savings to your checking it’s not actually instant. So if you make a transfer and your available balance reflects that immediately it’s actually not your balance and the transfer takes hours to go through, therefore if you make a purchase (even though it says your available balance has the funds) you end up getting a $30 overdraft fee because the app just isn’t accurate for some reason
Abhi b: I was there to ask a simple question and provided my ID first thing , instead of hearing me out the lady suspiciously asked who does the account belong to etc.. instead if she had listened she would’ve known it’s MY ACCOUNT AND MY MONEY. I hope she improves . Training can help.

Zenty north: Tried opening a business account, woman was too pushy. I changed my mind. She came up to me after I cashed a check trying to change my mind. Reluctantly I opened it. Called my office because I forgot to sign signature card but was rude to my attendee over the phone. Will be closing account and going else where.

Kenneth Lambert: Went into the bank today to withdraw some money today and get two rolls of quarters,they must have been from someone else turning in quarters because i was short a dollar in each roll in the place of the four quarters were 2 nickels in each roll. P D: Pretty straightforward banking, the user friendly banking app is what makes me a customer. It doesn't lock your account every other week due to one wrong password attempt as other banks do it. Well done, now please don't change it and ruin it, as other banks have done all sorts of inside out & backwards.

My wife, my son, and I were going to open accounts but after we talked to one of the tellers, we were asked to wait for the customer representative. We waited for 30 min. ,no one even asked or approached to us although there were couple people saw us behind the counter. This one was one of the worst customer services I have ever seen. After working with Chase, Bank of America, and Citizens bank, Santander got the lowest rate from me.
