Maynard Reed: I called these guys after I blew a tire on I91s. The guy on the other end of the phone told me exactly how much it would be. I was told what time he thought his guy would at my location and he rolled in right on schedule. Good work fair price. Would definitely use them again if I needed their service in that area.

I only gave it one star because I had to to write this review.

Rachel T: Got my tires here so I came back for a flat repair and rotation. The guy at the desk argued with me about paying for the flat repair and rotation stating there was no record of me purchasing them there which I did. I got an alignment as well. As soon as I drove off the lot I noticed my car pulling in the opposite direction from before. When I called back they couldn’t take me in to fix their mistake for 2-3 days. The most alarming part of it all was a few days later I was driving on the highway and heard a weird noise coming from the front of my car. I was worried so I took it to my mechanic right away to check out and he said my wheel almost fell off! When they rotated my tires they didn’t put them back on properly and this is a huge safety issue. I will not be going back to them ever again and if you value your safety, you won’t either.

Pete Stellato: 4 times my truck has been to this place and they said the alignment was perfect however was still shifting to the right. Then a young guy stuttered and said it could be the camber and they don't fix that. So all these times it was being serviced they couldn't tell the dealership next door that the 2nd or 3rd time? Then randomly there was air leaking in the tire which I found a nail in the side wall of the tire when I left. Steering wheel is turned more than before and the truck shifts to the right. Customer service wasn't good either. Bad attitude and Bad for business.
