Eric took the time to explain alternative options for me to carry my kayaks. This was exceptional award winning service, given that I cannot give them the business. Brought it back last week because the latch broke.........To my surprise and amazement they said they were going to replace the whole cover NO CHARGE !!! I couldn't believe it. I guess it's a no brainer to say I'm not going anywhere else for accessories for my truck. Thank you
Jason Rathaus: Line-X installed a suspension lift on my Tacoma. The new suspension was installed professionally and Eric went way beyond the call of duty to insure it was done in time so I could take the truck on a long planned family vacation. Erik Jones: I drove 2+ hours for a plow that Eric had listed for sale at his business (line-x ) We went back and forth that afternoon shortly after agreeing that I would show up in the morning to pick it up as soon as they opened. He agreed with me later that afternoon. Later, sent me his company number so I could call him when I was close. He messaged me 30 minutes after telling me I could pick it up that he sold it, right out from under me. I have never seen such terrible service. I personally won't return or recommend anyone to this business.
Peter Pelland: I contacted LINE-X of West Springfield to have a bed liner sprayed into my new pickup truck. Their website showed (and still shows) a special offer, but they refused to honor the special that is posted on their own website. They demonstrated a really bad attitude and sheer stupidity in this matter.I went to LINE-X of Hartford, where I was very pleased with the work and paid significantly less!

Tanner Valentine: Had and appointment for 11 for a brake light, and it took them 2 and a half hours to look at the light, figure out if they had the part to fix it, and then fix it. I would understand if I walked in and didn’t have an appointment but I did have an appointment. I would think that this fix would be 30 or 40 minutes tops.
Nick Suter: Been going here for a long time spent a lot of money over the years. Will not be returning though. Had a bad experience with their customer service not there installers. I brought my truck in to have a light bar and intake installed. They mounted the light bar and installed the intake but when they realized they didn’t have a wiring harness which I told them that they would have to make up because I wasn’t happy with the switches that were online they could not finish the job when they definitely could make a harness for the light bar. I had an appointment set for the whole day to get the job done. They did not finish their job. When I asked if they could finish the job and make the harness, they said they would have to make a later appointment. I have my own business. I would never treat a repeat customer like this ever.

Daryl Gauvin: Extremely disappointed with the time it took to make the repair. When vehicle was picked up parts were missing on the ladder rack. We were put off several times with many reasons given such as the technician that needed to do it was not available Or they lost our paperwork and forgot to order the parts. Ended up costing 40% more than we were originally quoted. At the end we were given a small refund and given the parts for us to install ourselves.

Jeffrey Barker: Had them put on weather tech guards on my 2017 sierra. Sold me or cracked the front ones, and still installed. When the tint company took them out to tint the front windows he pointed out they where damage on both sides. Had to return for new fronts. I notice the back ones where lopsided. Watched a video of how they should be installed. And these guys at cap and hitch put them in wrong. There is two gaskets to pull back to install the rear clips. They only pulled back one to install the clips. If you can't even install rain guards why would I have you install anything else. Hope your gonna fix this problem

Pierce Jorgensen: Previously posted a 5 star review under false pretenses. I was given a similar part to what I needed and was assured it was the correct part and that It would fit my car. Gave it to my mechanic and he called me a few hours later saying it was the wrong part. Brought it back and gave the part number for what I actually needed. They had very low supply, and the only ones were in Cali (isn't that bad cause I don't expect many people to have the part). But now my car is taking up a bay in my mechanics shop not able to move Until the parts come in, it turned a 1 day job into a 5 day at least :(. The lady at the counter was very helpful though, deserves a promotion.

David Cross: Wanted to thank Jeremy. Been in multiple times over the months and he’s always extremely helpful and lots of knowledge on any vehicle I’m working on. Saved me a couple hundreds bucks on a fuel pump by telling me in 90s Ford put a reset switch in the trunk and over the years and a good pothole will trip the switch and turn the fuel pump off. Called my son and he found the button pushed it and my car started up! Another time Jeremy helped fix a problem I thought was my heater core but he asked if my a/c was working. I said no and he recharge it first and see if it makes the fogging go away and it did! Then another time he came outside to check my steering and showed me the easiest way for a straight axle to see what parts were bad. Diagnosed my trackbar and recommended I replace the old bolt also and it’s perfect now! Thank you Jeremy !

For example, I had a problem with cooling in my car and nobody had parts because of the world parts shortages. Scott quickly found a workaround for me where nobody else could help from other stores including the dealer. Management give Scott a significant raise and include the entire staff of the west springfield store!

shotgun2110: I've been here a few times and have always had a good experience until today. I came in and the one employee behind the counter was arguing with someone (seemed like someone they knew/personal matter) which was unprofessional but I work retail so I could look past that kind of stuff. Then I walk up to him after the argument with the things I wanted to buy and said "I'll just take these today". He looks me dead in the eyes and acknowledges me then ignores me and walks away. So another employee who was already helping someone had to temporarily leave the person he was helping to cash me out.
