This Bagadonuts G: Definitely the worst O'Reilly's I have ever been to. Place is literally WILD, employees have attitudes, and honestly don't seem to want to help if it inconveniences THEM. Never had this issue with ANY OTHER store beforehand. Been shopping O'Reilly for almost 20+ years, I don't know if this is just a state street issue, but man someone needs to teach these people how to deal with customers and on how to provide service in a friendly manner.

David Reynoso (PEOPLEZ): They sell people old stuff especially car batteries that are not fully charged 100%, have the customer pay the full amount of what they're asking for it's not fair. Battery supposed to be at 100% charged for the customer battery lines up being 60% even 55% fully charged it's not good business at all.

Leo Baranov: Awesome staff, extremely helpful! Scott has literally saved multiple cars for me, saved me a ton of money and thus improved the quality of life overall. For example, I had a problem with cooling in my car and nobody had parts because of the world parts shortages. Scott quickly found a workaround for me where nobody else could help from other stores including the dealer. Management give Scott a significant raise and include the entire staff of the west springfield store!

shotgun2110: I've been here a few times and have always had a good experience until today. I came in and the one employee behind the counter was arguing with someone (seemed like someone they knew/personal matter) which was unprofessional but I work retail so I could look past that kind of stuff. Then I walk up to him after the argument with the things I wanted to buy and said "I'll just take these today". He looks me dead in the eyes and acknowledges me then ignores me and walks away. So another employee who was already helping someone had to temporarily leave the person he was helping to cash me out.

David Cross: Wanted to thank Jeremy. Been in multiple times over the months and he’s always extremely helpful and lots of knowledge on any vehicle I’m working on. Saved me a couple hundreds bucks on a fuel pump by telling me in 90s Ford put a reset switch in the trunk and over the years and a good pothole will trip the switch and turn the fuel pump off. Called my son and he found the button pushed it and my car started up! Another time Jeremy helped fix a problem I thought was my heater core but he asked if my a/c was working. I said no and he recharge it first and see if it makes the fogging go away and it did! Then another time he came outside to check my steering and showed me the easiest way for a straight axle to see what parts were bad. Diagnosed my trackbar and recommended I replace the old bolt also and it’s perfect now! Thank you Jeremy !

Shawn Kelly: I was upset I went to buy wipers for my sons car figuring it wouldn't be that much and they told me they didnt have the cheaper ones in stock so I had to pay 57 dollars for 2 wipers Bosch. That's a little outrageous for wiper blades.
