Regal Randy: hit or miss. the lady that works there is rude

Indian Motorcycle of Springfield: what do users think?
Kirk Floyd: Excellent store and beautiful motorcycle
Roger Cohn: I have been here before. This bike is in the Kaplan Motorcycle museum
Faith Hernandez: Great staff.
Nicholas Nigro: This is the best MOTORCYCLE dealer around. The service is excellent. This is a model for All dealers not just Indian. Dennis, AA and crew are the best. Sorry I moved so far away, but I'll be back.
scott masaitis: Great place and good service
Adam: Picked up an Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory on 9/17/2022. Had everything ready just the way they said they would. Also a shout out for being one of the few dealerships left that will let you test ride.
Shawn McMillan: Dave and his service staff always give an excellent experience. This is also the case with Donna and the sales staff. My family has bought 3 bikes here and are all very happy with the experience.
Anna Di Domenico: If you own an Indian and are from out of town, visiting this dealership is a must. They have so much in stock! I purchased a windshield and a few shirts I had wanted during my visit. They also have a mini museum of Indian Motorcycles. Big shout out to A.A. for helping me with the windshield and giving me advice on riding. You were a great help and my rides are so much better. P.S. I took your advice, and put the floorboards on my bike as well!
Maria Aponte: Bucket listNice person
Michael Cullen: 7/20/2012 is the day I went to get my bike inspected. There inspection time is 11-4 pm. Got their at 11:30 with another driver and the guy who is supposed to do inspection. Isn't ready so we left. I drove to the office and spoke to the owner. And as usual I got a little to no help. They only like to inspect Indian bikes I guess. And there definitely not veterans friendly! If you're riding a sports bike there not for you. Might file claim with registry. For not being biased on sports bikes.
JENI CLARK: If I could give these guys a 25 star review I would in heartbeat. I live in Maine about 40 miles from Maine's Indian dealership yet the service and attention I've gotten from this dealership is well worth the 500 mile round trip distance it takes for me to bring my bike down there. As riders we all understand peace of mind is everything and the confidence I have in this crew leaves me feeling incredibly safe and secure with all the work they do to my bike. In March of 2022 they performed the 126 big bore upgrade to my 2021 Chieftain DH and to say I'm impressed by the outcome would be an understatement. Not only did they send me constant progress updates but they went the extra mile to ensure my bike was performing optimally before they gave it back to me which is essential when having major performance upgrades done - so many times in the past I've been told work is complete only to be bringing my bike back in a week because someone neglected to double check their work...beyond aggravating considering we're lucky to get a 6 month riding season up here. If you haven't checked this dealership out, if you haven't made the decision to give their service department your work - you're missing out on having top notch techs in the industry care for your investment - we already have to watch out for everyone on the road who doesn't watch out for us...do you really want to feel that way about the dealership you get your bike serviced at as well? Thank you Dave, Ryan, John, and anyone else on the team who has played a part in keeping my bike running immaculately which has allowed me to make the absolute most out of my riding seasons.
Mitchell Kennedy: Wow. Just wow. Ride out there last wed. Not many inspection places around. The guy was gone for a death in the family. They only do them wed and Thurs. Told to come back next wed. Here it is, wed. Ride out there again. Sign was out. Pull up here for inspection. I walk in. One guy is ready to serve me. Old guy in the back waves me off like I'm nothing. Not doing stickers. Don't leave your sign out. Was also told, they will not work on anything but indian. Absolutely horrible service. Guess I'll take my Indian elsewhere. And tell my friends the same.
Vincent Guiel: Great selection of beautiful bikes.Friendly staff.Be sure to check out the antique Indian motorcycles that belonged to the owner's grandfather who worked at the original Indian factory. One of a kind, a must stop when in the area.
Joe McMahon: After visiting two other Indian Motorcycle dealers, I wound up at IMOS. What a great experience. In addition to the beautiful museum quality bikes in the showroom, IMOS had a great selection of new bikes right on the showroom floor. Dennis the owner happened to be in the showroom that day and answered all my questions. There is a no pressure feel there. My wife and I spent almost two hours just staring at all the beautiful motorcycles before we pulled the trigger on purchasing a gorgeous 2021 Indian Springfield. I'm very happy to now be a part of the IMOS family. Highly recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a great bike.
Grant Christiansen: Great staff. No pressure sales. Talented employees. Great purchase. So happy I came here to buy a bike!
Sunshyne65: Beautiful bikes(motorcycles)....great customer service...
Alfredo Sobalvarro: Had a really great experience!! Love all the bikes and history!!
Edward Pina: Thank you Dennis,Donna and AA with a great experience on my purchase. I'm glad I made my decision on my indian challenger 20'Thank you again
donald barcome: Still awesome place stopped in to take a look at the current stock(they have some sweet rides) an ogle at the vintage bikes
Nick Koscinski: I'm happy with my purchase and overall experience with sales.
Tawni Boggs: Stopped in while vacationing and really enjoyed the visit! Great people in a really unique spot. I would recommend them to anyone!

Hogan's Cycle Shop: what do users think?
Ronald Farrell: Always a good time seeing Bob
Len Charest: Guy should sell shop
Jeff Borchers: CLOSED FOR GOOD
Good Ole Tom _: This place used to be special. It is sad to see that the end is near. Limited hours, no service, no new stock. They had one of the 2 items I was looking for. I will miss this shop and the owner.
Gabriel Santana: Sold me a defective bike that didn’t even work told me he did a tune up on the bike and spark plug was yellow. Couldn’t even drive it asked to return it cause I had the receipt still he said no I got it at a good deal. He is a liar and not trustworthy don’t buy anything from him.
J: He is the best person to deal with when it come motorcycles.
Royce Lane: This is Gregg Savage, I've been in this Motorsports business for 26 years, Mr. Hogan has been in it for twice as long and I've learned so much over the years myself from him. He's a walking encyclopedia of the Motorsports industry, and was racing motorcycles and hill climbing before anybody even knew that it was a sport, and at at 80+ he can ride circles around me and anyone else still ! Visiting his shop is like visiting a museum and getting a history lesson all in one. Whether you're looking for vintage parts that can't be found anywhere or if you just in the area and want to go in and say hi ,you will leave there happy that you've gotten to know him and hear a story or two. This man does not have to work, he truly loves getting up everyday to do what he's been doing for the past 60 years . Bob Hogan is loved by everyone and I really mean EVERYONE. In an industry full of you survived this long because his knowledge and integrity, hes given jobs to people that normally couldn't work anywhere else and taught them the ropes. Bob is as honest as they come. Do yourself a favor and stop by Hogans Cycle Shop in Agawam Mass, right next to Six Flags. Plan on hanging out for a while because you won't want to leave. And if you're lucky he just might break out the photo album !
Victor Arroyo: Very good
Jj Lancey: Bob can fix anything
Robert Bennett: Good to see Bob again shared nice stories to make the experience perfectAnd he had the perfect exhaust pipe for me.He knows his Spanish bikes well.
Shay Williams: Rude old dude
Dave Cassells: This is the only place that I go to. They're awesome so knolageable just a well of information. I have been to the big bike shops in the area in the past and never recereceived the level of service that I get at Hogan's. Outstanding and trustworthy! This is as far as I am concerned the only place to go for awesome service or just to ask a question!!!
jack ague: He is loosing his mind. Dementia? Never address what you need, Always complaining he is busy for months. Hires stupid mechanics who can't change a spark plug without asking him.
Tim Keane: Excellent service! Both the owner and his staff went out of their way to meet my needs. Not to mention the hours of operation which is something you don't see anymore. Very accommodating!
Thebikebros 413: Hogan is the best moto man around. Hogan you are the best bro!
413 Bikelife: Horrible service ordered a part and was told it would be here the next day. The part didn't come for 4 days. Go to marks motorsports in enfield or Springfield motorsports in Springfield.
Taylor Jacobs: If u could Give no stars I would. After standing around and not being helped for about 25 mins. I Bought a set of motorcycle tires and was told he had no time to do it and would call when he was done. I left, ten minutes later he calls and tells me there done. I drive back over and get my tires when I get home I realized the weights he put on to balance the tire fell off in my car, he dented my rim in two spots and mounted my rear tire backwards. Called him back and he denied denting my rim. Forget asking him to fix the tire I figured the first two dents were enough. I will Never go back even if the price is right.
stylez dalymit: Great experience great customer services BOB HOGAN YOU ARE AN ICON TO THE MOTORCYCLE WORLD!!! Thanks for the great experience and history.
JoreSLAPS: Very nice! Awesome guy and had everything i needed for a nice price. Thanks again Hogan! Will come back
Shoes On: I LIVE IN AGAWAM I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. DONT GO!!! BAD. TERRIBLE. HOGANS CYCLE SHOP SUCKS!!! THEY WANT TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF EVERYONE THAT COMES THREW THE DOOR.
Stephen F.: Mean. Grumpy. Rude. Expensive. Did not fix the problem after $300. Replaced parts I didn't need. Did not fix problem i Payed for it though. Calmly went back. Asked if he would (old man. Mr Hogan I think) to at least Take a look at the bike again. He says he stands behind all his work and if there wtas a problem I would have to pay for it. Remind you they never fixed it in the first place Machanic replaced odometer with a used one. ( original meter was fine) Then insisted it was new parts after tells me on phone it was used and would save me money. I didn't even need odometer my speedometer was the problem and still dosnt work. . 85$ latter. New meters don't have mileage on it. Broke my gas line because Machanic didn't want to remove plastics so I'm guessing when he used pliers to try and force line on he mangled it. So I ran out of gas driving home. Stood there for 45 min and received no service. Old man eventually came back with invoice and wrong set keys. still makes grinding noise from gear box. Now it's worst. Machanic told me that was normal. Now. I own junk and only cost me 300$ thanks hogans. You rip off. My father asked me where I went to have work done. When I said Hogans. He chuckled and said that guy was a grump and unfair 40 years agoe when my father went there. My pop was surprised they are still open. Employees are back yard machanics Convicts. Rough bunch you wouldnt invite to moms table for dinner Do yourself a favor and save your money. For real shop that actually will stand behind their work. And actually do the work.

Freedom Cycles: what do users think?
Lucy Lulu: Jeff sometimes gets real with customers who want things done yesterday. It's a 1 man shop, and he realy cares about his customers and the SAFTY of the riders. He's very knowledgeable & reliable in getting things done the correct way.Give Coco a treat...
Will Stewart: Very professional and prices are very reasonable
Carlos Rodriguez: He's very angry men he puts more scratches on your bike he can be used for regular things but make sure you take pictures off the bike infornt off him specifically new bikes
MYSONSOF LIBERTY: The owner was the worst I didn't even enter the door and he was the most rude and obnoxious person. I was parked in the front because the doors were closed and it said that it was supposed to be open until 5, by the way it was 2 I. The afternoon. And he shows up telling me to move even though there was no parking signs. Tells me what do I want and I let him know I just wanted information he said we don't sell Ducati parts because I was on a Ducati. But I was not there for my bike. I was there for information on a different bike. What a horrible person. They're other better stores around.
Bill Alatalo: Jeff has always come through for me! I have been using him as my primary local mechanic for the last 9 years. He's one of the only local mechanics who I trust and is 100% straight shooter (tells it like it is) when it comes to motorcycles. I have built 2 café racers in my small one car garage and he has helped me button up issues that are beyond me from tires, custom fab work to electronics. He has also recently helped me get my Harley to be a safe and reliable vintage motorcycle that I can take on day trips without worrying.
Mark Novak: Brought my bike there early in the season and he never touched it. Kept giving me the run around. I went to pick it up and he wouldn’t give me a jump to get it started. Jeff lies, he’s unprofessional, and has a very bad attitude. Stay away!!!!
P S: Called to get a tire mounted.. whoever answered said they couldn't mount a tire without damaging the tube so I hung up. That guy called me back and after I said I didn't have confidence in them enough to bring my rim and tire there, he starts yelling saying he has been doing this 25 years and to do it myself.. terrible customer service and been doing it 25 years and can't mount a tire without damaging the tube? Lost a customer before I even became one.
Michael Bogan: Great place to get repairs and to store your bike
Mitchell Kennedy: I don't know Jeff. How much did you charge me to fix my blinker."replace the exhaust stud" and wrap pipe??? And my speedo cable. I won't even go into thatIs this how you turn someone's bike over to them? How much Jeff?Or deny it.Wouldn't go back if you paid me. Especially after the attitude when I came back and said my speedo didn't work anymore.Very professional. Any of my work and anyone I know.
Jeff Asselin: Top notch service and knowledge, best shop around!
Daniel Romero: Very rude and poor customer service would not recommend going.
Rick White: Very knowledgeable and attentive
Dan: Really great customer service and affordable prices around!
Kyle Fontaine: The Owener was very rude
Steve B (C2C): Jeff is awesome. Prices are fair and very knowledgeable. The only place I go for my bike work.
Ron Saloio: Jeff always does a great job of getting the work done on schedule.
fred slattery: Have always been treated with respect, Jeff has been a great mechanic for any of my problems.
Jorge P-rez: You get good scooters at good prices. Jeff Heath knows his stuff.
Mike Kalentek: Excellent service.
Luis Matos: Bike sat in his shop for 7 months paid over $1200 mixed work on the bike like new fairings and tires, oil change, new chain and sprockets but most importantly the electrical problem that was stopping my bike from running. He wired in some bs switch to my fuel pump and my fuel pump relay sounds like a tattoo gun about to explode,I have already blown 1 relay so far. So basically he temporarily fixed it and charged me $1200. I texted him and said my bike isn't running again and he said " I don't know what to tell u" and that it'll take "5 weeks to even look at it ". He only said that because he knows he screwed me
