Not only they gave me the best price in the entire north-eastern region, they also made the whole buying and registering process a breeze for me, provided I was buying out-of-state and taking it to Mass. Keith enlightened and assured me with details on how often it is done and how seamless of a process it is to buy out-of-state. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to answer all my concerns and questions. Jenn was very efficient with all the paperwork and payment process. She even made a ready-to-go bundle of docs to be presented at RMV for me (how nice:)).End of the day, I was able to ride the motorcycle back to Boston the same day and hence saved on shipping as well. Thank you everyone at Mark's, you folks are amazing.

Mike Prior: I recently purchased a new motorcycle here at Marks and it was one of the most easiest and professional experience’s I have had. I submitted an inquiry on a Sunday evening not expecting to hear anything back for a few days because it’s busy season. Keith shot me a text the very next day asking if I had any questions or needed any other information other than what was available on their website. Keith was awesome to deal with. Friendly, polite and he didn’t push for a sale. After I decided to buy, which was pretty much right away since I have already done my research, and for the fact that after a week the Ducati dealer didn’t return any of my calls or emails…Keith got to work on a quote for me which he got done over the weekend. It went on like this for the entire process. Credit checks/ purchase agreements/deposits all done in the matter of hours, a day max. The only waiting I had to do was for when the shop was waiting on parts, and that was to be expected. After the bike was complete Jenn called me to set up a appointment to get the paperwork on the bike finished and picked up. The great service didn’t stop with Keith. Jenn was fantastic and made the entire process quick and easy. After I was finished Mark went over the bike with me and what they added and what did what and I was off. If I had to do it all over again, there’s no question I would do it at Marks.

Jonathan Hayes: I needed a fuel filter for my seadoo sportster 4-Tec. The first day I called parts was at lunch, so I had to go home since I couldn't wait. I called back at home to see if they had the part and they tried to make me buy it without seeing it. They then didn't answer my calls for a 2 days. I came by in person again and mark answered my call, I was then on wait for 15minutes. Then I was given the wrong part, for the LE model when I soecified it was not the LE but the 4-tec. I recognized that it was wrong and have been in the parking lot for 30min calling and knocking to no answer for the right part. They sold me the wrong part after telling me it was the right one and now won't let me return it or get the right one. Do not shop here unless you have to.

Kevin Veilleux: Purchased a used honda cbr 250 here in 2018, and then later just bought a new 2022 Royal Enfield Meteor! Each time the staff was super helpful and the process was painless and fast! Great people over there at mark’s motorsports. I’d recommend them to anyone trying to purchase a bike new or used.

christopher pope: I stopped in to get an ATV for my son. The told me they had one coming in in a couple days and would call me when it was in. They never called so I called them again. The salesman said he would text me pictures shortly, I never got a text nor did receive a call back! When I called to check on the status, they told me I needed to give a $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to hold it. I wanted to go pick it up that day! I asked to have Mark call me, 2 hours later I called again and they said they would have someone call me back. When they did call back, Jen informed me she took a deposit on it already. I will never do business with a company like this!
