USA Medical Supply: what do users think?
Sandy K: I recently had to purchase a lift chair for my husband. Because he is very tall I needed a larger one which they happened to have in stock. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable. No high pressure to purchase it. I also needed to rent a hospital bed. Both were delivered within a week. The two men who set everything up for me were awesome. Thank you Paul Banaru and another person who’s name I did not get. Again.I had an amazing experience. Would highly recommend USA medical supply.
Robert Garczin: Paul & cornel we’re extremely helpful paying attention to every extra detail I’m very pleased and excited to use my chair lift thank you
Raymond Spaulding: I had applied and was approved for an “aging in place” grant from my city. Today the stairlift was professionally installed by USA Medical Supply. I want to thank Richard Spafford, their president; Andrei Cojocaru, their service manager, and Cornell and Paul, who did the installation. There was a lot of red tape and delays in working with the agency handling the grant. I am in West Springfield often and have also shopped at USA Medical for helpful items. Since I wanted to stay with a company that sold, installed, and serviced the stairlift, I went back to USA Medical. They were very easy and enjoyable to work with and very patience. Anyone wanting to have a stairlift installed should call or better yet, visit their store.A happy, happy and lifetime customer.Ray Spaulding
rachel jenkins: Paul and Cornell delivered our hospital bed today. They were on time, very efficient and it took them11 minutes. But more importantly than that, they were so warm and lovely to deal. I would so b einclinced to reuse the company and their services
Alyssa Croteau: Great selection!! Always amazing staff and willing to help ☺️
Renee Peets: Great customer service, extensive assortment of equipment, scrubs, even hospital bed rentals and lift recliner sales. They have many items on display so you can view and compare features if you are unsure. If you want one stop with friendly, professional, knowledgeable employees who enjoy what they do, don't hesitate to shop here. Natalia consistently went above and beyond to serve our needs, and it was much appreciated.
Katrin Carlson: Great experience. Andrei was extremely helpful and came to our home in CT to assess for ramp installation. The ramps were installed within a few days of the assessment. We also purchased a power chair from this company. Really great customer service. Highly recommend.
William LaPierre: Our customer experience with USA Medical Supply exceeded all of our expectations. Andrei and his crew were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The install went without a hitch and we are very happy with the Harmar stairlift we purchased. The whole process took only a few days and we could not be more pleased. We highly recommend USA Medical Supply!

I will never go back to get my scrubs anywhere else. Thanks 😊 USA Medical Supply for the great work you do.

National Seating & Mobility: what do users think?
Susan Santerre: I have been calling for weeks and just keeping getting shuffled around. We have a wheelchair from there for my mom and it needs the head rest adjusted. No one ever gets back to us. Tech was out to see what it needed and there it ended.
Isaura Flores: Office people Heather is unprofessional. My son has this company for his equipment for 12 years and they just get worse every year. The only peraon that has helped us is Richard. Time to move to another company!
Frank Forrester: Be very careful about using this company you'll get the run around, we've been waiting for 8 months for an approval for a Wheelchair and still on a waiting list back in September for a temporary chair. Made numerous phone calls and getting the same answer, still waiting for an approval.
Gabe Luppi: I've been without a wheelchair for WEEKS close to a month they order wrong parts then make you wait even longer, no loaner chairs nothing I go to college I'm building a wheelchair myself in school and can barely get what i need done because of this. One day nsm chicopee is gonna bury somebody with they're mistakes and they don't ever take account for anything they mess up with. What's caster wheels gonna do for my wheelchair stuck on its safety feature. Absolutely astonished
Charlie hmmm: Barely had the chair 12 hours and it started to malfunction. Now I have to go all weekend without my legs! Called them Thursday the day after I got it. They basically told me I was going to have to wait. They did not have an emergency slot for anything yet their medical equipment company? Don’t go through them they’re not good!
Nicole: We have had a terrible experience with the Chicopee office. It has been a year and my son's wheelchair is still not appropriate for him. It has been a year of excuses and lack of follow through. Once the salesmen made the sale he was really allset with us. Desiree, the supervisor, gave me "permission" to utilize a different branch. That is how she dealt with my concerns. We did need to purchase a stroller and shower chair so I did already get support from another branch. The complete process with the new location was great. Customer service, communication, and support were all provide to us. We are very happy with our new vendor. As for Chicopee, if Dan or Dessire are involved, run!
Brian Boisvere: You call to find out what your repair status is and they don't answer the phone all the sudden you'll get a voicemail. They say if the call comes in before 4:00 they'll return it. I called two days ago and I have not gotten anything back. Did the same thing last week
David LaRosa: The team at Chicopee works hard to meet the guests needs.
John Letot: Extraordinary customer service. Billy went above & beyond to help our family when our father's wheelchair battery needed to be replaced before our family vacation. He took his time explaining how everything worked and walked us through the process. We truly appreciated his hard work & professionalism. Highly recommended!
Karen Jacques: Always on time. Steve and Graig are there to please you. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy workingworkinh
Sharon Levy: My husband needed a mobility scooter and National Seating and Mobility is affiliated with Medicare so we called. Vanessa was great at handling the details. If you have a complaint with them, it is not the actual company it is the Paperwork requited from Medicare to cover the cost. So, even though I think the process was about 2 months it was worth it. One needs lots of documentation and if you can't follow through with all of it, you are out of luck. Today the scooter was delivered and Jules did a great job explaining all the details. Jules was professional and detailed.Just remember it's Medicare that makes the process difficult.
John Geer: don't return phone calls left messages 3 days in a row 3 xs3 a day NO reply
Desirée: Great customer service team and skilled technicians, knowledgeable ATPs/salesmen
Dan Frappier: I just don’t have anything bad to say. Very good company!!!
Nate Budington: Horrendous customer service on so many levels well beyond disinterest in returning phone calls. A Harvard Business School case study in poor management. Having a relationship with NSM gives you a glimpse of what life must have been like doing business in the Soviet Union.
AJ Beatty: Trying to help my client get service from this company is incredibly difficult. Even the day after repairs are done there are still more repairs that weren't fixed during the visits. My client is a full time wheelchair user and was given a miracle of a grant to be able to get funding for a new chair after the one this company made didn't fit their size anymore but insurance wouldn't cover a new one and this company refused to give their sizing info so that the very large amount of grant money could be put towards getting them a new chair. My client was very upset and felt very exploited by this company as due to this response they felt they were nothing more than a paycheck to this company and that them not being allowed access to information such as measurements about their own body took away their autonomy. This was all extremely problematic. They have since learned to fix their own wheelchairs the best they can and to take their own measurements and to find and order their own parts and essentially do everything this company does out of their own pocket which they can't really afford because of how badly this company treats its customers. I really do feel for my client and I urge anyone who thinks about getting any kind of equipment from this company to learn how to repair your own chairs, find your own funding sources and cheap parts and because we know this company does not help, utilize amazing services such as the DME Requipment reuse program that some states have as they give loaners out for free and will work with you so you don't have to pay much if anything at all to have equipment that actually works. Sad that a nonprofit run off donation is doing a significantly better job than this company to get people the DME they so desperately need and repair things when this company's literal job is to do that same thing but at least there is an alternative. I am glad clients like mine have another option in our area. I wish everyone else did. If it comes to picking this company or any other company, please pick another if your insurance lets you. From my clients experiences you will not be disappointed with pretty much every other company out there compared to this one.
Courtney Rohan: good luck getting anyone to call you back. I leave voicemails send emails and never hear back from customer service. my clients with wheelchairs have to wait months to ever get anything fixed which is a shame.
sandra barreira: They NEVER return my calls. My client who has Cerebral Palsy has been waiting for a new motorized scooter for almost a year.Horrible customer service.
Justin Skinner: I've been dealing with this company for years now and I can honestly say there always issues either with its appointments, ordering of parts to the repair of equipment zero organization when dealing with Clients
bertrand bickel: You got a love a place that calls you back, left my name my number reason why I was calling, I don’t even think it was 10 minutes later I got a callback from a very nice professional young lady very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues and problems I was experiencing. I would definitely without a doubt recommend this place for any kind of scooter, electric wheelchair any sort of mobility device A1 professional service, thanks again for all your help!!! B.P. Bickel lll
Gail Poulin: Latest update: The patient advocate got some action on the repair and the chair was fixed.Last experiences.I left the review below 6 months ago and spoke with a representative after he read it. There was a quick turn around in getting the service completed after that contact. Now we are having another HUGE issue. My brother uses a Quantum power chair. The steering went on it in late July so I scheduled a house call for about 10 days later. The problems were diagnosed and we thought the process had begun. That includes getting insurance approval and manufacturing/parts ordered. We waited several weeks without hearing from them. Then we started calling, almost weekly. We heard lots of excuses, "insurance approval is slow, manufacturer hasn't given us a delivery date, sign the form authorizing we will pay if insurance doesn't " - heard that one twice and have yet to receive the promised form the second time. We had a tech out last week and he said "What? The motors not here so I'm not going to be able to do this other job."Right now I am on hold and filling the time with this review. Don't bother leaving your number for a call back without losing your place in line, I did that an hour ago when I was #1 in line. This time I am hanging at #3 until my battery dies or the system times out.My brother has been unable to drive his chair for over 2 months. A patient advocate for my brothers doctor called them and was told the "authorization form was mailed 5 days ago." Our next call will be to the state's attorney general. They get things done.Earlier review:We have had good and not-so-good experiences with NSM over about 20 years or more. They are terrible about getting out to you in a short amount of time. If you can get the chair to them at their office, they can often do it same day or next day if the parts are in stock. Our last issue was a dead chair and it was the battery so that was a quick fix after we got the chair to them for diagnosis. We have had one amazing technician who is top notch, personable, and cares about the needs of the client. We've had another who said he needed to order parts but then dropped the ball. When we called back a month later, the part had not been ordered yet. When parts need ordering, it's a long wait, weeks or months. I suspect that may be the industry standard.Edit 4/15/19We needed to add attendant controls to the back of the chair and contacted NSM last month after posting the above review and getting the reply from them. The part was ordered, an appt was made, the tech installed and tweeked the settings, and we have tried it out. We need to tweek it some more so I will contact NSM today. While the attendant controls only have 2 speed settings, we need a faster speed for traveling outside. 3 speeds would have been better but two is what we got. I have changed my review to 4 stars anticipating a quick appt for a more simple adjustment. The young tech's name started with D and he was great.

Vehicle Repair Center (VRC) of Western Mass LLC: what do users think?
matthew degray: Great place to get your vehicle repaired. The price was affordable and they did a great job. They kept me informed about my vehicle being repaired and when it was ready. The place is veteran owned and they are honest. Any type of repair that I will need done to my vehicle will be done there. Took picture of something that a big chain auto repair place did. The big chain auto repair place replaced my radiator but over torqued the nipple causing it to leak. The took a picture and sent it to me and repaired it as well as the could without replacing my radiatorI truly trust them with my vehicle. They always tell me what's wrong and what needs to be replaced or repaired. No gimmicks.Services:Engine repair,Transmission repair,A/C installation repair
Ricardo Silva: These is another shop to avoid. went for a belt change, someone press a tool against a sensor and broke it. Went to pick the car, warning light is on and was told that it was like that when I drop it. sure bud! Change the sensor myself in 15 minutes. It was like that. Avoid these sharks!
Lisa Totz: I've worked with Bill at Vehicle Repair Center since it opened. I followed him after working with him elsewhere. He and his team have serviced my vehicles for 14 years from minor to major.Oil changes, suspension, brakes, tires, alignment, transmission, body work, even an engine change. He addresses my concerns, educates me and advises me for not only today but 2 years from now as well. Customer service at its best.
Safety Restore: Great service. When my wife went in for an oil change, she was expecting just that an oil change. They cleaned her car and vacuumed it out, and left a mint with a business card inside. For no extra charge! Thats what I call EXCELLENT service. Thank you guys so much! Would definitely recommend!!
Michael Adams: It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review but I can’t in good conscience not share this perspective.I took my car here recently for some work that was needed to pass inspection, when I took my car back for reinspection it failed, because the folks at VRC failed to realize what “LF and RF marker lights were” I was a tad frustrated but figured it was an honest mistake, they took care of it free of charge so I thought no big deal. Originally I took my car here because my girlfriend had a good experience with them, unfortunately her most recent experience with them was anything but; she had taken her car there also to get it to pass inspection, with a clear set of what needed to be done, they ended up holding her car an entire day ... did nothing with it..:.and didn’t even tell her until the end of the day. The craziest part? They did this AGAIN after she specifically told them what needed to be done. She dropped her car off at 8, called at one to see how everything was going and they tell her the bumper needs to be replaced before they do anything, referring her to a body shop. So she went another whole day without a car for no reasonNow for the doozy: I took my car back there about a week ago to check for a muffler leak and to investigate a knocking noise under the car. They ended up trying to tell me I needed FOUR new struts - conveniently they have a big picture of their Monroe struts they’re clearly trying to push right on their reception banister at the desk - one of my struts is actually almost brand new, they tried to charge me about 1400 dollars for this. The whole interaction gave me very dishonest vibes - and I’m a teacher so I’ve gotten very good at knowing when someone’s lying based on body language! so I decided to have my old mechanic who was further away check it out. Oh and they also tried to tell me I needed a new mid pipe on my muffler and quoted it at about 340 (ha!)Anyways I took it to my old guy and guess what, mid pipe doesn’t need to be replaced, the leak is so minor that he said it’s not even necessary to fix it now, and the Struts, totally fine, in fact he reminded me one was almost brand new as they themselves had replaced it a year ago, it was new enough that it was still shiny!I consider this to be incredibly sad and dishonest. I’m not saying don’t take your car here, just be highly alert to them trying to push parts you won’t need and be overly clear about what you need done and how long they’re going to take. Otherwise you’ll be standing around with your thumb up your butt, or worse, taken for a serious ride!
Ryan Martin: I have taken my my car here a few times for repairs. They are friendly, fair, and go the extra mile. They have earned my business for life
Michael Keller: Bill and Brandy are amazing. This shop goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right the first time. They do not charge you for excessive things that do not need done or feed you lines about other service your vehicle needs. Bill spent all day off and on working to get my brake lights fixed on my Silverado as they were constantly on causing other issues. It was said to be a brake light switch which was replaced twice already. After hearing that he looked further and found a broke wire that he so carefully worked at to fix. Problem solved and everything works. $25 dollars cheaper than I was quoted also. Very, very reasonable work and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely trust them with any of my vehicles and recommend them to all. Thank you guys.
Lily Elmore: I had a brake light out while I was up on a road trip. They were very nice and even have a lovely dog! Only issue is the couch in the living room, it's way too comfortable and you could fall asleep. Just kidding the couch was an added bonus to an already great auto shop.
Mary Junior: VRC is honest and full of integrityI found them on Google and was pleased with the reviews. I took my vehicle to VRC and was talking to the owner (military veteran). They confirmed what l kinda knew. Christie (sorry if it's misspelled) handed me the breakdown of the repairs and price. It was quite hefty. I called my former mechanic in NC. He said the costs were ballpark. I scheduled an appointment to come back in a couple of days since they had to order the parts. We came for the appointment and Christie told us she was able to find cheaper parts, which saved us about $150. I was so moved at the integrity and honesty.I'll definitely recommend them to anyone.
Marta Montalvo: The Best place ever! They treated me with respect & kindness & got my car done on time! Anyone that's in West Springfield or Western Massachusetts & you have car issues bring it here! Brandy & Bill are the best! They are the real deal! They grained a new customer!
Demetrius Godfrey: Nothing but the best experience here from the start. Great work, prices, & honest shop. Love this place.
Christine Tomlin: Great customer service
Rebekah Marie: Great place with an awesome owner and mechanics!! These guys go above and beyond.
nancestef: Best towing service around!
jack dos Santos: Absolutely amazing tech who is honest and ethical. Very good experience dealing with this shop. Customer for life!
J: Just had my oil changed in preparation of doing some leaf peeping this weekend! So happy to report that my car is clean inside and out!!! No where else that I know of where you can get an oil change and have the car, including windows, washed and carpets vacuumed for such a reasonable price and fast to boot!! And my car smells as sweet as the mint they left on my dash!! Thank you folks at VRC for such great service!!
Roman Lavrov: Very nice shop to deal with. They took care of my vehicle and the price was good.
David Lapointe: I'm always certain to get good service. I can trust the team and their advice on my car. Time has proven that the work they suggest doing has kept my car going. And any not urgent work which might be dependent on how I drive or how long I plan to keep the car is explained so I can decide to do only what I need.
Jim Pisarcik: This is the best place to have your car serviced. Always friendly and helpful. I have been taking my Saturn here since Balise closed up shop for Saturns. I always know that the service is top knotch and that it is at a fair price. I highly recommend VRC.
Monasia Ceasar: VRC is the best. I tell friends , family & co-workers where to bring their car if they are looking for honest, trustworthy people to work on their car. Not only are prices good -- so isn't the service & customer service. Staff stays intouch with you when working on your car & contacts you if any " sudden" repairs are spotted. At first fearful to learn you are moving -- but I would follow you --- then ok - right around the corner -- best of luck .Doreen
Andrea Healy: Did you ever have a really bad day and someone turns around and restores your faith in humanity? I did yesterday and Kimberly at VRC and her staff have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I don't have a bad experience with auto repair woes. It is difficult with a child at college over an hour away and they call you crying that thei car dies on a Sunday and you don't know what to do. You tow it to the dealer only to find out they want your first born. So short of just leaving the car there I began to make phone calls and that is when I called VRC. They have helped me in this tough situation from afar and I cannot thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend this very truthful, helpful and thoughtful company not to mention skilled. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
