A customer was completely berating her, accusing her that she was lying about the card declining and then asking why. Of course Katie wasn’t going to be rude and say “you have no money” so she just said she wasn’t sure. She turned around the monitor to show her that it declined. This woman then went on to say how “rude” she was to her and “no wonder why no one can find any help”. Katie said she could speak with her manager if she would like. Katie handled this Karen with grace. Everyone in line was getting so upset that this Karen was being so rude. Kiddos to Katie!!!!

Miriam Lebron: The store manager is very good and professional. I was looking for some tortillas and I couldn't find them, I asked her and she was very nice to help me, we couldn't find them at the time because there were many boxes on the floor and I continued doing my shopping. Apparently she continued looking for the tortillas and when I was at the register she very kindly brought me 3 packages, exactly the ones that I needed. In these times when people are going crazy, and many employees of these places have to put up with people's attitudes. Before she helped me, she tried to help a man and the man just gave her an attitude and she still helped me. I just want to recognize the store manager of the store since these days people forget that hard-working people who love what they do are human beings like everyone. It shows that she loves her job and her store. Very good work.

Theresa Malloy: Where do i start, i just recently visited dollar tree on Lincoln plaza and was introduced by a young lady female on 11/14/2022 at 830pm who claims she was a manager on that shift at that time. Well she was at door and said my bags must stay up front and i asked, will you watch them she stated “why do you think I’m standing here for “ wow! And this is a manger. On that note, i will never visit family dollar they will not get my business. when i asked for her name she stated “ i don’t have to give it out” I hate to see how this manager treats the workers there. If she is ok to treat customers this way.

Carl Carbonic: What can you say, the price is right, the variety of products that they have, always rotates, so therefore you have to be a regular in order to see what new products are there. You make a you may go one week and see a product and the next week and it's not there yet something else is in this place. And the price is right. Very good store. Not sure why they didn't accommodate all the patrons waiting in line and open another register since I saw a few employees. Was frustrating since I had only one item. Not sure if masks were enforced as everyone I saw had one on. Not sure if anyone was told to put one on. Sanitizing did not happen after each customer touched the credit card machine. Nor were the baskets or carriages wiped down after each use. The item broke two days after purchase. If you're looking for a quick temporary fix, shop here. If you're looking for a good quality item look elsewhere. No info on edible items or beverages.

Their is a price chopper a block or 2 away that I must force myself to go to even though it's a little farther but I feel that unwelcomed at the dollar general at times that it's making me fantasize about a better store.

I've been always greeted very kindly and taken care of when looking for items I wish to see more Dollar General stores like this. It's very well kept and clean. The prices are outstandingly amazing and with the minor one little downside of the occasional theft. I have caught 2 people stealing there and reported to the staff what happened. Those individuals are no longer welcomed there. Over all this is my Go-To store for all my little basic needs.
Victoria Art: Hello Dollar General in Main Street, Worcester MAMessy store that I've been. The manager and the staffs tried to hide stuff. They do not clean. They do not put the stuff on the shelves. The staffs do not want to sell stuff because they keep them for themselves. They refused to sell them for you even though these chairs were in front of the store. Moreover, I heard the staff complained to customers about someone posted bad reviews. I truly agree that this store needs to be complained. The manager scanned stuff. Then, she blocked seasonal items. That means all staffs want to keep and hide stuff. The staffs talked their language about customers when they realized someone came to buy the stuff that they hide to sell. I walked in the store, the manager warned other staffs moved chairs to hide them by their language. All messy and terrible customer service!! They should learn how to be clean and be nice to customers. Please DO NOT COME to this store!!!At the end, I used to think that I should not write a bad review because I did not want the staffs in trouble. However, I just realized that they need to learn how to be fair and be nice with customers. They can not treat customers unfairly.
