Their work for is so inefficient that each prescription pick up takes 30-40 minutes at least, many times without success.. Very incompetent staff and branch, would recommend avoiding this pharmacy if possible!

Fox: literally some of the worst service from any pharmacy I've ever been to. They never refill my prescription unless I ask at least 2-3 times. It's never ready when I arrive even though they will call and tell me it is ready. The level of apathy held by the pharmacists toward customers is genuinely concerning. I would give this zero stars if that were an option.

I prefer accuracy, & cleanliness in my drug store, they have it in spades. I just read through the comments. O M G, what belly laughs 😂, Hilarious, if you read between the lines, you will see, a lot of sad individuals, with weird unique complaints, that I'm sure they keep bumping into everywhere they go in life. Lmfao, So sad, buddy, no, life isn't fair. If you've been given life's short end of the stick, 24/7, then I bet you keep hitting that brick wall, & glass ceiling, imposed by nature, for the survival of the fittest. Apparently, stop by 24/7, & you may see a few unfortunate, individuals, complaining to themselves, & bumping into the outside brick building, rather then use the door. Sad, but life isn't fair. Some have shorter sticks then others.
Rut Padilla: So today I called the pharmacy for a question I had regarding one of my kids antibiotics. Upon reaching the pharmacy staff I was prompted to give my child name. I told her to please wait since I had to kids on antibiotics. I had to repeat this twice since she kept repeating herself. Then I could hear her say oh you don’t know her name with the rudest voice ever. Wish I knew her name but when they answer the phone they don’t tell you there name. All I know she was a female. No customer skills at all, no compassion with customers that are sick and very unprofessional. Nevertheless to say I was transfer to the pharmacist and she took care of my question.
Blanca Pagan: Trying yo refill a prescription for my husband. Called the number, get the answering service for refills, as always. Enter information and even though it shows one refill available, it transferredme to a staff. On hold for 8 minutes, listening to strange noise. Hung up, called again twice, same story, but the call was terminated immediately and not transferred. What a bad service.
Jason Rodriguez: Very friendly and easy going store manager. Allowed me to use the restroom with no problems. They ask you to please leave your bookbag and other bags in the front of the store near the door understandable because there is a lot of shoplifting goes on there.

Sean Rhyee: Avoid this branch if at all possible. Poorly competent pharmacy staff. Told two days in a row that a prescription "would be in tomorrow", before finally being told it was on back order and would be unavailable indefinitely. In addition, external building is dirty with lots of litter. Panhandling outside the entrance is also common.
Emily Taft: They were so so mean to me, even though I told them I needed help getting my meds because I had bronchitis and trouble breathing. I'm calling corporate, too, because it was extremely inappropriate to interrupt and argue with a sick patient who needs your help.

Kristen C: This pharmacy used to be the best around, but it's hone terribly downhill recently. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and there was a problem filling my prescription (on their end). Lyme disease must bevtreates as soon as possible. When they got the problem worked out, the pharmacist refused to expedite filling the prescription. When I told her I'd file a complaint, she said she didn't care. Wow. Luckily, another location was more compassionate. DONT GO HERE!

I accidentally scheduled my covid booster for the wrong date and when I called, she was able to fit me in at the end of the day on short notice. I really appreciated that as I usually don't get out of work early enough to make the appointments. Thank you to the whole pharmacy team.

tyler wills: Walgreen's has a great photo department, John was very helpful and alternative and super helpful to do an "exchange " . Their photo department is great and they use great high quality paper , before they used Fuji flim , they're using a different type ,this paper seems too be a higher grade quality. While surfing Facebook (" Friends Of Freebies ")have done free photo 📸 prints at Walgreen's for zero vost absolutely FREE. I thought it was a scam or fake, it's a thousand percent real and true. I've done it a hand full of times, very convenient and easy and affordable .
Kadi Kadiatou: Made an order at 9:21 … got an email that said I should come in at 12 pm to pick up my pictures. At 5:10 pm I come to pick up my order and this is what I get? My pictures not even put in an envelope and I’m told to wait another 30 mins to have the rest processed. completely disrespectful to the customer. Completely unacceptable to the customer. This was just hurtful. And no good enough explanation from manager on. So disappointed

Sean Jameson: Had surgery today. During the procedure, my doctor called in my prescriptions, including pain management, which is crucial after a surgery. Well, almost an hour after my prescriptions were called in and I arrived to get them, the rude pharmacist gave me an attitude and lied, claiming that the prescriptions were “only JUST called in”, when I know they were called in almost an hour prior. I was then told that they would need “about 20 minutes” to ready the prescriptions. I decided to go home and wait for them to finally be ready. FAR less than 20 minutes later, when I hadn’t even gotten home yet, I get a text that they’re ready. My girlfriend drove back and was told that the snotty pharmacist was a “student” and that the prescriptions were actually ready as we were walking out the first time, so I guess the 20-minute estimate was a lie as well. As soon as I am in less physical pain, I will be getting in contact with Cvs’ corporate office and giving them a choice: I file a lawsuit, or they fire the rude goateed liar.

We fill all family prescriptions at CVS in Shrewsbury, great customer service. However, at this Worcester store we are treated like if the staff is doing a huge favor, making you feel like if you were ruining their day with your business. Avoid this store at all costs.

No: I had went to this pharmacy to pick up an important prescription. The brown haired short lady at the counter informed me that the prescription was not yet ready and that I would need to wait until 1:30 to pick it up. I come back to the counter at 1:30 just to be rudely told by the same lady that it’s her lunch break now and the pharmacy will be completely closed for some time (she didn’t bother to specify how long). Another kinder blonde lady with glasses brought my prescription over to her for her to check me out. She gave my boyfriend a rude look and told me that I needed an ID. I didn’t have one on me so I turned to my boyfriend to ask him to use his to pick mine up and get it figured out. Before I could even ask she slammed the metal barrier in my face and stormed off. I broke down crying because we live an hour away and cannot afford an uber to come back and she didn’t give us an option to move the prescription to a different cvs. This brown haired short lady was extremely disrespectful and completely unhelpful. The fact that they all have one lunch break is ridiculous. (At least post us or tell us how long it will be!)

He is going to hear from his pharmacy board soon about this misconduct- also reported him to Worcester police station

Glado: This the worst cvs i ever used, i moved from 500 grafton st worcester ma cvs to here bescause i live near park ave, nor didn't i know this place is a night mare,the calls are never been answered i have been calling waiting for more than 30 min for the call to be answered ,after calling 7 different times in different days no call was ever picked, one day i went to pick my meds at around 11.30 pm driving through and the lady at the window asked me to wait at the parking so she can call the nearest cvs to go pick the meds from there because they did not have them ,she was to call me back in a few for a go ahead ,so i packed my car and waited for 30 min ,no call came in i decieded to call them ,the phone rang another 20 min nobody picked, i walk inside the store to check what is happening , when i was expressing myself to let them know that not right the lady started to yell at me that they are busy , i asked her seriousily ?did you forget that you told me to wait outside and you gonna be calling me back in a few for confarmation? she was so rude and i end up going home by 12:30am without meds so yesterday i missed the dose, today i have been calling to followup to know if they got them so i can go pick when i close the work, i have been at work since early morning and its along shift , i have called this store waiting for hours and no one is picking , so as per now i might miss the dose in the second time , tomorrow i have to call my doctor again to send my meds back to where i came from its rather i drive far good care and respect.

A H: I just had the worst experience at this location tonight and I will never shop in cvs ever again. I was ready to check out my items and out of no where a so called security staff who dressesed up unprofessionaly acused me of stealing flowers and he acted as he was sure that he saw me with a flower, then when he noticed that was another guy who was walking out towred the exit of the stor and was holding a flower, the security staff did not even bother to apologize to me for the mistake , and when I expressed my concerns with the cvs clerk that I was profiled by the security staff, the clerk respond was "this is the most stupid thing i ever heard "and added if l do not like it here go shop at Walgreens. I was confused and shocked on how they treated me unfairly and it seem that they dont care because they never held accountable.

I feel better walking in at night where I feel safe to see a serious security guard and two employees who always helps me find what I need .
