Their work for is so inefficient that each prescription pick up takes 30-40 minutes at least, many times without success.. Very incompetent staff and branch, would recommend avoiding this pharmacy if possible!

Lmfao, So sad, buddy, no, life isn't fair. If you've been given life's short end of the stick, 24/7, then I bet you keep hitting that brick wall, & glass ceiling, imposed by nature, for the survival of the fittest. Apparently, stop by 24/7, & you may see a few unfortunate, individuals, complaining to themselves, & bumping into the outside brick building, rather then use the door. Sad, but life isn't fair. Some have shorter sticks then others.
Rut Padilla: So today I called the pharmacy for a question I had regarding one of my kids antibiotics. Upon reaching the pharmacy staff I was prompted to give my child name. I told her to please wait since I had to kids on antibiotics. I had to repeat this twice since she kept repeating herself. Then I could hear her say oh you don’t know her name with the rudest voice ever. Wish I knew her name but when they answer the phone they don’t tell you there name. All I know she was a female. No customer skills at all, no compassion with customers that are sick and very unprofessional. Nevertheless to say I was transfer to the pharmacist and she took care of my question.

Enter information and even though it shows one refill available, it transferredme to a staff. On hold for 8 minutes, listening to strange noise. Hung up, called again twice, same story, but the call was terminated immediately and not transferred. What a bad service.

Told two days in a row that a prescription "would be in tomorrow", before finally being told it was on back order and would be unavailable indefinitely. In addition, external building is dirty with lots of litter. Panhandling outside the entrance is also common.

Kristen C: This pharmacy used to be the best around, but it's hone terribly downhill recently. I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, and there was a problem filling my prescription (on their end). Lyme disease must bevtreates as soon as possible. When they got the problem worked out, the pharmacist refused to expedite filling the prescription. When I told her I'd file a complaint, she said she didn't care. Wow. Luckily, another location was more compassionate. DONT GO HERE!

Their photo department is great and they use great high quality paper , before they used Fuji flim , they're using a different type ,this paper seems too be a higher grade quality. While surfing Facebook (" Friends Of Freebies ")have done free photo 📸 prints at Walgreen's for zero vost absolutely FREE. I thought it was a scam or fake, it's a thousand percent real and true. I've done it a hand full of times, very convenient and easy and affordable .

Brian Patrick: I'm so disappointed with the service l received today at this store. The way l was treated was atrocious and it isn't the first time. I actually moved from another Walgreens with the hopes that l'd have a better experience but instead, it was even worse. I had a prescription due today which they refused to fill, stating that it was picked up on 6/4 so it was still too early. I politely asked her to make sure she was looking at the correct dosage as l take 20 and 30mg tabs. I also know for certain that I picked up my prescription on 5/27 because l had called the previous day 5/26 to request an early fill, as l was leaving for vacation in the AM with my wife and kiids in NH and l wouldn't return until 6/2.I picked up my prescription for Adderall 20mg. just before we left that day, 5/27 slightly before noon. Therefore my next script was due 4 weeks later which is today's date. However, the employee insisted that it wasn't filled then...that it was just filled on 6/4. I clarified that l had the bottle in front of me which is dated 5/26. I recognized that it was easy to mix the two up due to different dosages(20mg, 30mg). However, she was snide and dismissive, maintaining that she was unable to do anything. That she couldn't fill prior to some random date the following week. She was the second consecutive employee to be rude and disrespectful throughout our call. So now l don't even feel comfortable going back there and l have to go without my medication until (and IF) this gets sorted out. I will be changing my family to a different pharmacy without question. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

tyler wills: A brunch of people standing around putting up shelves, not for Easter, because Easter in 5 days from now . Most of the staff / employees were useless , seemed like they couldn't care less to help the customers. I have on - line photo pick- up , I'd ordered on- line w/ the Facebook Promo coupon 11×14 Satin Poster - board , they rolled in up in a ball , & put it in a see through Walgreen's baggie, that's " NOT" how it should have been done, it should have been put in a large enlovople to protect it , and to keep it from wrinkled. In addition, I'd noticed that out of the 3 photos on the 11x14 poster 1 of the pictures were clearer than another. Another picture was burry , most be there machine. Also, they chopped a piece of the name off on one photo, which is no biggie, but its 100% percent worth the piece.

Firstly, the head pharmacist refuses to waive any prescription fees for MassHealth recipients, and will keep a tab if you happen to have a prescription that is a controlled substance. That is if she doesnt try to ILLEGALLY withold your prescriptions for nonpayment. The male pharmacist will always put you on hold for at least 5 minutes and he will laugh at you if you tell him you cannot hold. On top of that, he is incompetent and difficult to communicate with (or pretends to be, not sure which). Do not go here, they will dehumanize you for being poor.

I miss our Worcester Staples store they went out of business about 1 1/2 ago, atlease they put one of my favorite stores " TJMAXX/ Home Goods to replace the Worcester Staples. I could get lost in that store. I love shopping there .

S Kezer: This is my third visit in two weeks to this location. I used to visit the Staples in Worcester, but it has closed and this is the closest location for me. This is not a complaint about customer service. I have always been treated in a courteous manner. This is a logistical complaint. Every time I come in purchase some ink for my computer, the shelves are bare and I am told to come back the day after “ the truck” arrives. I realize that we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and many people are working from home. Perhaps you should consider ordering more ink than normal? Perhaps double or triple the order? Since it evidently sells out so quickly, I don’t think it will languish on your shelves and go to waste. When I last was unable to make a purchase from your store, I used the online ordering service and had it delivered to my home. I needed the ink immediately, but I was able to borrow some from a friend at the last minute. I spoke with a customer service representative to confirm the date of delivery, and mentioned that the store was sold out, again. I was assured that there is no shortage of ink in the warehouses that would prohibit you from ordering more ink to meet demand. During my last visit , a gentleman in front of me had the same problem with lack of ink supply, and he furiously told the associate that he has wasted his time and gas for nothing. He said he would shop elsewhere from now on. I fear you may loose a good number of customers if you are unable to provide a significant supply of the items you state are available in your store. People hate to have their time wasted.Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Once at the counter, the cashier through all of my supplies inside of the filing binder and just assumed that I would carry my binder in the open out of the store.when I politely asked her for a bag- she put all the materials with an attitude and dropped the back as if she wanted to throw it at me. She should never assume that I don’t need a bag- the cashier was rude- I left the store and ask myself what is wrong with her? Worst customer service.

They avoid filling any prescriptions until you show up in-person, and then they tell you to come back hours later after you’ve personally told them to do their job. Even then, it’s questionable whether the prescription gets filled. Employees working here are extremely lazy. They actively avoid filling prescriptions by looking for reasons not to do so. I’ve been disappointed on multiple occasions here, so you’re better off going to CVS.

#LeafyForLive: I always have an issue with this pharmacy an the staff one time they miscounted my meds made me wait 3 days before they fixed it my script has been faxed over on the 3-6-20 an I am now here to grab it after finally getting Transportation an they were trying to tell me they can't fill til tomorrow that she make an exception an fill it now but making a note in my chart never to fill again at last minute that I need to make sure the script gets filled since when did I become the pharmacy staff manager last I checked it faxed over pharmacy fills it umm never before did I have to call an tell them to fill it
Jessica Ferguson: When I called this location about a refill request submitted by my insurance the woman on the end claimed I didnt exist in the system (even though I have used Walgreens for years now). After pushing her to continue searching, she finally found me and stated they would take care of it.Shortly after that I received a message stating my prescription was ready for pick up. I got to the pharmacy a couple hours after that and they claimed I was at the wrong location even tho my Walgreens app said it was ready for pick up at this specific location. There was a lack of professionalism and willingness to help. The location was dirty and unkempt. Will not returning to this location
Nathan Cross: Been trying to come to pharmacy for 2yrs. However they never actually have my stuff ready when they say they do.If you don't mind waiting around for 40mins to get something that's "ready to pick up" then come on down.
sarah Mckenna: The girl at the counter is so rude. Whenever I have to pick up prescriptions from them they are always late and make me wait longer. She always gives me attitude.
Brian Gruessner: I shop here and get prescriptions from here regularly. I see a lot of angry reviewers here, but in my experience, it's a fine pharmacy to use if you live nearby
