Samuel Bonchek: They tried charging a $500 “doc fee” after sub-total, which is illegal in MA. Refused to match a Kelley Blue Book instant cash offer for trade-in. They also don’t have a body shop and couldn’t tell me which ones I could bring my Audi to for paint chips.

But the fact that one of the largest auto companies in New England won’t accept electronic payments is ridiculous. It’s 2023. I could have paid in seconds using PayPal or some other service. I could have had my car a week earlier.That was enough to negatively affect my opinion.
Jeff Lance: The dealership provided a free loaner, so that made the 7 hour service and associated repairs easier to deal with. They also washed the car before I picked up. Maintenance on an Audi is not inexpensive, but most folks know that already. Best to get it done where they have the right training and parts.
Joseph Andreason: I can’t say enough about this dealership. Matt was my salesman, he was the definition of how a salesman should treat there customers! Class, no high pressure sales, and willing to go the extra mile! I will definitely be recommending this dealership!

Brian Stachow: It was the 20,000 mile service, and all it is, is an oil change and a few other items. There was no price on the screen, and the person quoted me $750! He then said he took $100 off for me. There was no detail as to why this would cost so much. I felt pressured to do it, but then later told him to just do a regular oil change instead, for $170. He was clearly trying to scam me out of money! Not trust worthy at all.

I was shown a couple nice cars and fell in love with a manual transmission Subaru. We noticed there were some things that could be fixed and without question they got fixed. Payment was super simple and hustle free. The General manager even got all the paper work set including getting the vehicle registered and inspected. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Adonay Resom: WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED.After basically begging them to work on it for months, they finished and gave me my car back. The car run WORSE than when I gave them (making a lot of noise) AND there were PIECES MISSING!!! They promised to order, call me back and install the missing parts. But not only did they not call back they never answered my calls (And I called so man times). I didn't end up going back to their office. I'd never want to meet these people ever again.ALSO they promised to get my car fixed within weeks but they kept my car for MONTHS!! Not only that but they kept avoiding my phone calls. I had to call using other friends phones to get in contact with them. They kept saying next week. When next week came there was no progress on the car.
Alexa Brandenberg: Sadly, I have to amend my glowing review from last year. The customer service is wonderful but ever since my new clutch was installed I had problems and I had to get a new one a month ago. That’s not cheap.It looks like they didn’t use a new part or they didn’t replace the whole thing or something. Go somewhere else for clutch replacement. Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!

I took my car for repairs, I was charged $650 to fix the front arm control, fix the o2 censor, and they promised to fix the oil that slightly drops from beneath my car. But guess what, those problems still persist. When I went back to them for the o2 censor issue, they said what the engine light read was not o2 censor related even when another mechanic had told me it was o2 censor. I really wanted to involve authorities, but my friends advised I let it go.
