In a matter of minutes, he had diagnosed the problem (blew an engine coil), called the store to check for the parts, and had his colleague go pick them up. He ended up also doing an oil change and changing spark plugs. We were in an out in an hour for an EXTREMELY reasonable price. He was so kind and understanding. He let us hang out in the shop with our dog, no questions asked. I’m a young woman who knows nothing about cars so he could have easily taken advantage and made a ton of money off me. He said he has daughters and he just wanted to help. This night could’ve been an expensive disaster for me, but Eddie took great care and it was an amazing experience.
