He is always bouncing around trying to get customers through in a timely manner and is always courteous and thorough. Today my car was also serviced by Arthur who I was told was just there for the day from another location and he was great also!! Rick Boucher: FWorse experience ever. Young untrained personnel!!! Charge more than a dealership and very inexperienced. Never go there trust me. Follow up : owner read review and asked for vehicle vin # and make and model of vehicle which I submitted. Never heard back so I had to dispute the transaction on my credit card. I also failed to mention that this was my 2nd visit to this location. On my first visit I requested synthetic oil which allows 5k miles before it needs another change. Well I went the second time because my oil indicator light was flashing so brought it in and oil was almost all used. I questioned the attendant why it almost ran out and his response was Hyundai and Kia burn oil quicker than most cars! So now they change it again and I leave and now the check engine light is on! I go back and Edward says well it will definitely go off after driving it for an extended period of time. Guess what? It never goes off so now 2 hrs later I have to return once again where Edward has to reset it manually. Local ownership may read your review and respond by requesting more information but still does nothing. I now am dealing with Valvoline Corporate to make them aware of my experience so that they will hopefully take some action. Stay away!!!!

Pat Howe: After paying $125 for a full synthetic oil change I was very disappointed to find out when I get home they had never changed the oil filter. Luckily mine is visible from the engine compartment was plainly not new nor the correct brand they use. Upon returning and showing the manager his response was simply... will do it again under warranty. My general impression was a poor attitude by management and lack of supervision for what appeared to be inexperienced workers. This is not my first bad experience with Valvoline quick oil changes but it will be my last. I will not be back.Service:Oil change

Workers if you don’t feel like working don’t go to work just stay home. This guy literally was very rude like I did something to him. I know working means you have to wake up and go to work but stop complaining if you are going to go to work, if you complains wait until customers leave at least they don’t have to hear you complaining about making Money.

I took my car in for an oil change and the moment I drove out I noticed there’s a weird sound coming from the engine and the fact that my car was shaking/staggering as I drove. I brought it back and explained to them that I did not have this problem before I did the oil change. They seem to have no clue what they did wrong. They redid the oil change service yet I still noticed my car weirdly shakes. I never had this issue before I brought my car into this place. I will now have to take it to a mechanic to find out what is going on.

Dave Della Cioppa: I always go to Valvoline on Lincoln St in Worcester for my oil changes. They keep accurate records about your car and are very transparent about what you need without being pushy. The service is thorough and quick, usually in and out in less than 30 mins. Last time in, I had my transmission serviced and I could immediately feel the difference afterwards, a smoother ride with more pep. I also had a headlight out and for some reason they couldn't get the connection to work, but one of the techs, Alex Cordova, showed me what to get at Autozone down the street, so I went and bought it, brought it back to Valvoline and Alex put it in for me in no time. Nicholas Kieler: I went here for a standard oil change, got a new wiper, had them check my oil filter. After I left my air filter started to rattle when I used my heat, which I then had to drive back and wait in a long line (over an hour) for them to fix (even though it only took them a minute and a half to fix). While I was there they said that my battery was at the end of its life and that my brakes should be replaced. I went to a battery dealer who tested my battery and said it was totally fine and needed no replacement. Today I brought my car to a mechanic for the sole purpose of replacing the brakes which I had been told months ago were close to done only to have the mechanic tell me my brakes were not even halfway to needing replacement. Predatory sales tactics only last until people catch on. Enjoy the short-term revenue while it lasts.Services:Air cabin filter replacement,Oil change

Emma Mathie: I went to get my oil change and the guy was super nice and attentive I got in fast and quick but he broke my glove box. He asked to check my cabin air filter and I just said yes not knowing what he was really doing. So he took my glove box completely out of the car and struggled to get it out and back in. I’m not sure if this is the only way to check my air filter but this is the first time they have ever done that out of the many times I’ve been there. He was mumbling under his breath like he was really struggling. I didn’t notice at first but when I was driving away my glove box kept falling open. You have to slam the glove box shut and it either falls open or u have to struggle to get it open. he knew he broke it by the way he acted while putting it back but didn’t want to say anything. Will not come back here again.

Anonymous Customer: Went for the Groupon, waited 20 mins to get in the garage which is fine but then sat there for 1.5 hours while 3 cars that came after me left before me, one of which had the same model car as me. The guy doing my car made sure to check that my oil fill cap was tight 4 times while roaming around chatting and never checked the dipstick once. I was there 45 mins after they filled the oil.. why? Because I owed $4 in tax and all they had to do was run my card. I had to pull over and check the oil level after leaving… overfilled by about a quart and had to drain some out when I got home. They also left the windshield washer fluid cap open. Honestly would’ve been faster to do it myself in my driveway. Next time I will.Emailed the email as directed and received no response. My spark plugs failed today. Likely a result of this service as they are coated in oil.

Laura Passamonti: Been coming here for over 20 yrs. Greg, Mark and the rest of the staff are very knowledgable. This is not a shop where they will pressure you into fixing it if its not broken.
All the Small Things: Brought my car in here to address an oil leak.When I got the car back, I parked it at home, didn’t drive, and overnight I had an even bigger leak than before.I took it back and they told me it “was just leftover oil that needed to be cleaned.” So I came and got the car back, and drove maybe 50 miles over the course of a few days, and it was leaking again in the same spot. They finally did fix it on the third try.Now about 1-2 months later I am having a MASSIVE leak at the other end of the oil cooler line they replaced. I pulled out the bolt connecting the cooler line to the oil filter adapter and it’s completely stripped. It was a disaster waiting to happen, and it finally did.Now I have to remove ALL of their work because I don’t trust it at all. Absolute waste of $1200. Oh and my coolant is still leaking so that’s like, super duper cool.Don’t even trust them with an oil change.

Jessica Baker: I was visiting family from out of town, and had an oil change, which comes with inspection of fluids, air pressure, air filters, etc.The technician did a quick oil change, and told me that the front brakes were thin, but could not give me the precise amount left on my brakes in mm. Unfortunate, because that information is necessary for me to know if the car would pass its yearly inspection in my state. The tech seemed unaware that a tool exists for measure brake pad thickness.When I requested a written quote for front brake replacement, the worker manning the front desk at first refused, and when pressed, tried to tell me that it's not standard for car shops to provide written quotes. This is where he began to lose credibility, as I've never had experience in which any shop has had a problem to provide a written quote for work to be done.This same worker spoke to me in a condescending tone, interrupted me, and even took calls and began to walk away as I was talking. I definitely wouldn't recommend this shop to any woman customer for this reason. There are plenty of shops who will treat you professionally regardless of your gender, so you should go to one of those instead.Edit: Just got back from my local Subaru dealer, who measured the front brakes at 6mm, and said that Sprint Lube & Repair "obviously lied" about the brakes being really thin.Service:Oil change

I needed a Timing Belt change so they do that and they saved me both time and money by replacing the water pump and belts and that is were they noticed that I would of had to go back for another job if they didn't replace warn out spark plugs wich is were the save of both time and money. I still feel the same today........I called last moment to have my tired changed as my original appointment elsewhere fell through. They got me right it. The girls up front are very friendly and professional. The owner goes above and beyond. The short time I was there I witnessed this twice.
