Bob Hudon: 100 percent happy with their work.They went over and beyond expectations. Fronts& rear bushings all 3 axles alignment. Rides like it’s bran new again. They also bailed me out of a bad experience with Spring rebuilders.Ballard Spring will also be my choice
D s: I’ve owned and operated OTR trucks for 38 years, putting my equipment in a shop is a big deal. That’s my paycheck in that service bay.This truck is a 2018 KW T-680, 212,000 miles.My dealer doesn’t fix springs and suspension issues. I had a spring that wouldn’t take grease and developed a squeak while going over bumps.Karen at Ballard got me in there ASAP, the mechanics are top notch, they fixed this truck to a condition better than it came from the factory with !! Can’t beat the prices,I could not be happier, will not hesitate to bring my equipment here for work.

Gatescaper: They kept me waiting for over 45 minutes and still didn't know what my 99 Chevy Tahoe needed for parts. It's the same as every other GM truck/SUV for that generation (10 years). I went down the street to Spring Rebuilders and they knew what I needed on the spot.
omar: I’ve been taking my company trucks there for as long as I can remember. The level of quality of work and honesty is amazing. There were times where they would tell me that a vehicle was not worth putting the money into repairing and they also always find me the most inexpensive way out, if they felt it wasn’t worth repairs. They are extremely honest people and did a lot of extras without charging me. I’ve heard similar things from other customers. I highly recommend Ballard springs. I wish more businesses operated this way.
Mathew Duszak: VERY helpful. had concern with my leaf springs and they told me to stop right in and they would take a peak. The woman at the front desk brought me right to the back to show a mechanic my concern, and he told me nothing to worry about! Honest help! Will be back if needed in the future!

I give the information about my vehicle, and it narrows the search to make my shopping faster and easier.This location was phenomenal. The cashier helped me find brake lights for my car, and I have no knowledge of how to change them. The guy was extremely nice and helped me change both of my brake lights.I wouldn't have been able to do it because I didn't have a socket wrench to unscrew the bolts.I'm very thankful for the cashier going above and beyond to help me with my car. I hope he gets a promotion or bonus or something. Workers like that are hard to come by.

William Dirschka: I was looking for a pressure gauge so I chose one that was on sale. While I was still in that aisle someone came and removed the sale sticker. I told the cashier that it wasn't right that the price changed after I selected my item.

Edgar Ortiz: Import autopart is the place you need to go to get what you need! Ordered brake pads, HID’s, oil filter, oil and paid hundreds less than online stores or your regular autopart retailers. They beat anyone else’s prices and delivery time! You’re stupid if you go anywhere else!
