Kayley Markvenas: I don’t know who was working at 8 o’clock March 23rd 2022 at the grafton street shop because the girl didn’t bother to tell me. I had tried to call about a question that she could’ve been way MORE IMFORMATIVE about it and was giving an unwanted amount of attitude for working in customer service. When I had asked her what was her name and who her a manger was- she instantly hung up on me. So I tried to reach out countless of times and she just had kept hanging up on me. Then she had picked up a call and said you’re “harassing me and I already spoke to the district manager”. She had also stated that she was the manager to the shop and then turned around and said “why do you want to speak to the manager”. If I could be reached at this email that would be great. I have NEVER in my life encountered such pour customer service.

Alia, the Store Manager and Ona, another Supervisor, gave me superior service. I never lifted a finger except to pop the hood for Alia to replace my headlamps as a courtesy. Ona quickly saw what I needed and Alia got the best bulbs for me. Thanks so much!
Anekdotin “Anekdotin”: I needed a belt for my snowblower and went here to see if they could find a match. The 2 girls after knowing they couldnt look it up in the computer because its not an f150 with normal part # gave me the runaround and said sorry and refused to look in the back stating they dont have belts like that (just a normal v drive belt). Went to there competitor advance auto zone and they immediately went in the back and brought back a couple matches of the belt and were very helpful. Lazy store employees who wont go out of there way here. Avoid this place.

Scott A Speaks: While driving my car I realized the front light was out so i decided to stop by AutoZone to get another bulb. They were pretty helpful and making sure I had the correct bulb. I though that it should only take a minute to install. No problem I could install it in the parking lot. It was a little more difficult than it looked. I decided that I would go home and replace it the next day. The manager said that he would replace it for me. It turned out not to be the bulb at all but some wires were shorted. He repaired the short and now the headlamps work. That electric short would have been $125/hour if I had taken it to the shop. I really saved going to AutoZone.

Oscar Gonzalez: Decided to take a trip from Queens, NY all the way to Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg. Along the way my tire popped with an object left on the road. I managed to get off at the exit, went to the “auto/tire centers” in the area explaining my situation. Went into Auto Zone, the employees helped me with the equipment needed. Juan in particular came out and went above and beyond, helped and instructed me on how to fix my situation. It’s like a guardian angel came down to help, if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have made it to Great Wolf Lodge to celebrate my daughter’s graduation.

Came in to the store and asked for a code reader, a really nice employee came out to my car and showed me how to use it. The manager took time to explain the P0303 code to me, not in any way condescending as it was clear I didn’t know what to do. Just above and beyond helpful service, and I’m really grateful!

I had a headlight go out in the middle of a road trip and managed to get my hood jammed while trying to replace it. A red haired gentleman and a dark haired gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't catch their names) got my hood unjammed in no time and replaced the bulb for me. Beth: This review is long overdue :( Last September I needed a new battery for my fob. Minutes before my car wouldn't start at the gas station and I barely got it started. My first stop was Autozone and they had my battery and much to my surprise Anthony offered to install it for me. I also needed new wiper blades and Anthony offered to install these as well. I was so super grateful for his kindness. The fob wasn't cooperating but he kept working at it and was successful! He also showed me how to install the wipers. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this store. The convenience, kindness, and thoughtfulness provided to me from Anthony is always something I will remember. Thank you again Anthony if you are reading this! :)

Dom Casteel: Fantastic employees! I have a 2006 volvo s60. And I needed my headlight bulbs replaces. Jiffy Lube, and other auto service companies wouldn't assist me because of how difficult it can be to replace the bulbs on my car. Auto Zone is different! Their employees took time out of their day to help me replace my bulbs at no charge (I had my own). From now on I am only coming to Auto Zone for parts, these guys are the best!

I’m from out of town and was heading back to my home state when my car suddenly broke down on me on the highway. A series of lucky occurrences within the next 3 hours, landed me at this AutoZone in Shrewsbury, where the store manager tried helping me resolve the problem with my car. Very knowledgeable guy and he recommended multiple parts (which my car needed anyway) but those parts ultimately didn’t resolve the issue. I have to give a perfect score review because this guy did everything he could to help me get my car working again, and that’s what customer service is about. 10/5, wish I could give more stars than 5. larry ciummo: Went in for the $29 oil and fillter special. They don't have a cross - reference for the filters, so clerk looked it up. He grabs some oil and the filter, and said you get a free air filter. I took the deal - $45 at checkout. I could have gotten it done for me at JiffyLube for a couple buck more. They also had no bags, and the computer locked up so I had to wait 10 minutes for a receipt.

Devon Charest: I Love that Autozone will check your engine light for free, print out the code with an explanation as well as parts needed to fix this issue! Their part prices are sometimes reasonable but always check competitors! I changed my review from a 5 to a 2 after I called early morning for a 3rd brake light assembly (which was needed for MA inspection in a couple days). The rep assured me that he would order the part from another store and that the part would be at his store first thing in the morning the following day. I asked for a call to ensure my part came in. I never received my promised call.. I called Autozone and was advised it appears the store didn't have this so my store stated they could order it again but from the factory which may take 4+ days. I understanding many places are short staffed but regardless management and employees need to update customer (especially when a customer is waiting on an order to get their car inspected). Although, everything happens for a reason, I ended up ordering the same part from NAPA, saved $14 on part and will have my part tomorrow.

He was so friendly and professional during the whole interaction it blew me away. He thanked me for military service by seeing the USMC symbol on me and applied a military discount. Times are tough for everyone right now but you wouldn't know it dealing with this guy. 1000 times thank you for turning an inherently bad situation into a pleasant one. I hope he sees this.

It’s one of the best autozone teams around.The guys greet you as you come in the door and offer help.They have delivered for me in the past in a completely different town and the manager brought over the oil himself. When I walked in, I was greeted, and they also explained exactly what my options were. To boot, I was also told that I didn't need the higher priced options, because my car didn't require them. I trusted these guys right away ( not something easily done for me). After I paid, he offered to show me the way its done. He made it seem so straight forward that I decided to give it a try. After 5 minutes, my AC was now working again. I drove off in a nice cold car. Did I save money? You bet! My dealer wanted $130 and we did it for $39. These guys gave me more than a great deal, they helped restore my faith in American business and people. Do yourselves a favor before you go anywhere else, check with these guys. You'll be glad you did.

AUTO ZONE IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER PARTS STORES.....FOR SHURE OIL PRICES FOR LESS.FILTERS ARE REASONABLE, AND ALWAYS WILL HELP YOU OUT REGARDLESS OF FINDING YOUR PARTS.NOT A BAD STORE.
Melanie Nelson: Came in on a rainy day for windshield wipers because mine had broken. The guy helping us was nice enough but not very friendly. Turns out the only person who could complete the transaction went to smoke and could not be found. We didn’t know how to install the new wipers and they didn’t help us or at least give us some instructions despite the fact that we asked, so we stood outside in the rain trying to attach them. Not very happy, especially since I’m the past I’ve come here for wipers and they attached them for me very quickly.
Ryan Jansson: Ben was absolutely incredible. Needed to replace my ignition coil and spark plugs. Have me all of the tools and material I needed and was able to get the job done in 30 minutes. Some of the employees there are not the best but Ben is incredible. Will definitely get my parts from him again.

Mike Davison: Ordered brake pads online to be picked up in store. As I drove up received a phone call that my order had been canceled and refunded as they were out of stock. Checked anyway since was there. My order was sitting there on the counter so I re-paid for order. Next day, my bank shows I was charged 3 times. Called store and was told I had to come to store with my bank statement to have problem fixed. Did so, but they could not find 3 charges in their system so I would have to resolve problem with my bank. Not impressed.
Gina Marie Ferreira: Nice people but I wish I didn't have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke every single time. They are always, always, always smoking outside, sometimes even in a group.

We showed up and were told that it was going to be in the afternoon instead. We showed up in the afternoon and were told the next day it would be in. We showed up yet again and were informed the part was never ordered because the place of origin did not have the part. This has happened in the past as well. So unless you guys can find a way to be accurate and stop wasting my time. I will do all my business elsewhere
