Rachel Mengel: I have been following this place on the social media platforms for a while now, and what really roped me in was their array of flavored cream cheeses! I have always been a big fan of A GOOD BAGEL but paired with a perfect cream cheese, NOW WE’RE TALKIN! Today while visiting Worcester with my family, I made Bagel Time our first stop of the morning. For myself, I ordered a Caramel Latte (simply delicious) as well as a “Good Morning” breakfast sandwich on a sesame bagel and Buffalo cheddar cream cheese. The sandwich was served hot and in a timely fashion. It tasted so delicious with the toasty bagel, spicy cream cheese, warm over hard egg, crispy bacon, and a creamy avocado. Truly, perfection in a breakfast sandwich!Well done! I can’t wait to visit again.

Jenna Lucky: The best bagel spot in Mass and probably all of New England! It is run by some of the nicest, hardest working staff. Is it busy, yes. Are the waits long sometimes, yes. But the quality and love that goes into the food, makes it well worth it and they’re clearly busy for a reason. If you’re looking for quick, fast food style, thrown together sandwiches/bagels then I’d recommend you try Dunkin Donuts, not WBT!Since moving to FL, I have yet to find a bagel spot that even comes close to bagel time.

Also, one of the staff members was obnoxiously loud. Like I can tune out background noise but we were all subjected to her stance on mask wearing with another customer. Kay Yo: I love myself a good ole locally owned and run coffee shop. I'd never been *here* before but I promise to return whenever I'm in the area. Had myself their little "egg bowl" with kale, spinach, tomatoes, cheese (hold the cheese), and add bacon. It. Was. So. Good!!! But....more importantly, the service was amazing. Just outstanding. I was also very very impressed with the fact that if you pay w a card, they don't spin the screen for a "tip" option. I will always tip, and the better the service I receive, the better I tip. We paid with a card and tipped in cash, AMAZING food (that egg bowl!!! sooooo good), great coffee and OUTSTANDING service!
