Nani Espinosa: Bad customer service skills, as soon as we asked for cappuccinos they said with an attitude, NO we don't have that, only cold coffee, (-12 degrees outside) so then we asked for regular hot coffee, and they said yes, and then we asked for a sandwich, and again an attitude to say they don't have that, finally we were given the order wrongly made, a wanted my small coffee with almond milk, and there was barely almond milk on it and my husband wanted no almond milk at all, and they poured it on it. Another customer came in behind us and he was nicely and respectfully treated, what does make the difference between customers? I don't think that's the way to treat customers I work on customer service, and even when I don't have a given product, I answer respectfully and offer options in a empathetic way. A little bit of kind doesn't harm.The tables were dirty also.

Terrible customer service and you will have to wait a hundred years to get any of their lousy service. Plus, they are often out of products on their menu. There are egg white wraps along with original breakfast options as in bagles, toast, bacon, wake up wraps. Along with countless types and flavors of coffee you could find yourself enjoying a chi or a warm tea of your liking. They even have bottled soda for those who don't do morning drinks. Great place to run through in a morning rush... and around here we call it 'Dunkies... (and if ya don't know now ya know....) 😉

The staff have gotten much friendlier, the building has been updated to look more modern and fresher, and the overall quality of the food/drinks is great!Also to the review that says they got towed for parking in their lot after hours to go to a different restaurant. You're not supposed to do that. That goes for most, if not, all other businesses with a parking lot, and that's your fault for not paying attention to the signs saying you will get towed.

Nini Panini: Quality of the overall food has gone down within the past couple of months since they have new workers. They are nice and polite but always either get the order wrong or undercooked the food. I got snackin 🥓 that was floppy and translucent but figured they just took it out of the oven so I would need to give it time to harden up, turns out it was halfway cooked and as soon as I ate it 5 to 10 minutes later I had a mild stomach ache which I know will turn into full-blown food poisoning at some point because you're not supposed to get a belly ache right after you eat something that looked iffy to begin with. The only reason why I'm upset is because I fed a piece of this undercooked bacon to my three-year-old son who I hope doesn't get sick because people don't know what they're doing or care to do their job properly while on the clock. I've recently started going to the Dunkin Donuts downtown and it's what the Dunkin Donuts on Main Street should be or at least used to be. They remember your order right off the top of their head if you're a regular and their food is always thoroughly cooked especially if you request well done.

Sunshine82: I go to this Dunkins every morning and if I want one in the afternoon I go out of my way to go here. I absolutely love a certain 4 that work in the morning. The one I have not seen in a while and I wish I knew everyone's names so they could get the credit they deserve. I know one and her name is Sarah( hope I spelled that right,lol) she knows the other ones and I pray she relays this. They know my voice at the speaker and because of my son I have sometimes been laughing so hard I couldn't speak and they know who it is and start laughing with me instead of getting mad(how it should be) I look forward to my visits in the morning between them and my son it starts my day off right. I pray they all see this and know how much we appreciate them. The time to go to this Dunkins is 4:30-5 in the morning to get this kind of treatment. They have to deal with a lot working at this location so if they are having a bad time please do not get mad atthemtry to be understanding. They put their lives at risk(not an exaggeration) so we can have our Dunkins in the morning. Please be kind and patient with these Dunkin workers.

Ali Anabestani: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Possibly the worst Dunkin’s ever. they never toast the bagels even though on the bag it says the bagel is supposed to be toasted. Second time I had to eat cold and soft bagel. The Dunkin’s on Plantation and Lincoln intersection is MUCH MUCH better because they actually toast your bagels.

briana donahue: LADY TAKING ORDER WAS MAD RUDE! So I get up to the speaker in the drive thru where I am greeted by the most unfriendly fast food worker I've ever met. "What can I get you." She said in the most unsincere way you can imagine. I then proceeded with my order because I have worked in the fast food industry before and I know that sometimes it gets to you. "Can I get a Lg Mocha iced coffee with reg cream & sugar. Can I also get a choco frosted donut, and uuh double choco frosted... Uuh" I said about to continue when the lady decides to interrupt me while continuing to be very rude in tone "ok thanks, pull forward". Now to be fair I was going to end it there but in no way did I say anything that resembled my order being over. "Ok, I guess I'm done" I shot back. I paid for my order and left. I will not be buying a single thing the next time I am treated like this, I will gladly go next door to McDonald's and get a dollar coffee and be greeted with much better decency. Yes I get it, they aren't our servants and in no way am I saying they are. But you're in the fast food industry for a reason so you should at least greet people with a form of kindness.PS: for the manager or any higher ups that actually even review the comments to better there business. It was the lady assigned to taking orders on 9/15/2022 between 9:20-9:30am
