Nadine Casimir: This is the worst place ever. I went there for the first time, started to check things out i saw a wig for $249.99. I said waw expensive your review said price went up i told my kids let me check online. A lady who works there kicked me out of the store, said you're not coming here to my store and said people talk bad about my wigs my wigs are expensive leave my store if youre not buying just like that, ibwas touching a displayed she said don't touch my wig. She even left the store came outside to insulted me i just ignored her. Bad customer service i will never ever recommend this store to any body! Regardless. I didn't say nothing wrong. She was so mad in front of another customer. The other customer told me she did something bad to her and you can't express your feelings because she gets mad and take everything personal. Some people wrote nice stuff hummm😕! Say something negative about her products! A friend of got took a video of what happened, as proof just in case. i never experienced anything like that before. It's a shame.

daisy reeves: Well I must say I'm a little disappointed with the store in general. The prices have gone up and the quality of the goods seems to have gone down. I used to shop here a lot for my wigs and things. I did purchase a beautiful wig two weeks ago but now it's so frizzy. Also a lot of the wigs that were on display looked like kids had been playing in them, so old and frizzled! Well I guess it's back to ordering online for me. On the flip side though their makeup and accessories seemed to have a good selection.

Charlene Rathons: Ummm, worst experience in a hair store and I wasn’t even there long. It’s my daughters picture day tomorrow and the beads I had were all too small. I live in Milford so to find an actual hair store that has products for us is hard when you’re so far out. Couldn’t get them online as they wouldn’t come in time. So I found this place and went in. Was not greeted, seen the bead section when I walked in. My daughters braids are chunky so I needed beads that were wide so I had to look through. This girl literally stood directly behind me and STARED and just stood there as if I’m gonna steal. It was so awkward. Then a customer came in she walked behind them for a moment and then awkwardly hustled back to stand behind me. I had to call a friend because it was so awkward I was beyond uncomfortable. I grabbed the beads and asked if I could put them on the counter whiled I shopped…. I also do hair and wanted to see what else they had because I need a hair store that’s near me for my clients, I hate having to always go into Boston.As I start to try to look around the girl proceeds to FOLLOWWWWWWW me not even discreetly. Like GLIDING BEHIND ME, still has not said hi or asked if I needed help.If tomorrow wasn’t my daughters picture day I would’ve left those beads and walked out. I will not be going back there. For some reason I was not allowed to shop in peace I was followed in every aisle even when I went upstairs I understand that people steal but following me is not going to stop people from stealing. as matter of fact following me is preventing you from catching people who are stealing. you are following the wrong person. I am no longer shopping here I should be respected where I go spend my hard-earned money and not be harassed profiled judged just because I look a certain way. terrible way to do business.

Jules G: Extensive inventory. Anything you need you will probably find. They follow you around the store from entrance to exit and even watch while you are checked out. I feel these are explicit instructions to employees from store owners. But like I said, they have every kind of braid you could ever want.

Amber Cannalonga: I was asked numerous times if I needed help with anything. I declined the offer stating I was all set with finding the products I was looking for. Once I found my product the employee starts asking me why I use that particular product. She claimed she hated it for her hair and that everyone buys this other product. I was very annoyed at that point because I already said I didn’t need help with anything or any advice. I get that you want to help people. However, you should listen to the customer. I also think when selling various products it may be easier if you keep certain opinions to yourself. Just because you hate a product doesn’t mean others will feel the same way especially since everyone has different hair texture/ styles. I went to check out and she sent me to the other register. At that point I don’t think she wanted to ring up a product she hated. I won’t be shopping there again.

Melissa Duquette: Kimberly who works there was beyond phenomenal. Approaching the store with my 4 year old daughter she was needing to escort a woman out due to stealing and assaulting her. Kimberly held her composure and the woman eventually left. Not even getting a moment to collect herself she jumped in and helped me and another customer that was present in the store. Several more customers came in and she also took care of them as if what just happened 10min ago, didn't. Kimberly, thank you for the amazing recommendations and treating my daughter and myself with kindness.
