Juliana Robinson: TERRIBLE!!!Recently I had a disheartening experience with this establishment. The worst part of it is that had been a loyal customer for over 6 years and one interaction completely overshadowed this. As an Asian-run business servicing the black community and specifically Black women, you would think they would show their consumer base more respect, unfortunately, that is not the case. I went into this store on a Sunday and rushed to purchased Marley hair to finish my hair to go to an event. One hour later I realized I picked up color 27 instead of the 30 I meant to because they were so similar. I returned to the store because I have exchanged a purchase several times before with no problem. I entered and began speaking with one of their service associates I knew very well asking about their return policy and engaging in casual conversation. As I placed the hair I intended to purchase in the bag and began walking with the associate up to the register, the young Asian male (one of the managers) walks up to me abruptly and yells at me saying WE DON'T DO RETURNS HERE, YOU NEED TO GO! He then invades my personal space and grabs the item out of my hands and walks away from me. As shaken as I was, I mustered up the courage to give him a piece of my mind and tell him how disrespectful and disgusting his behavior was. Upon all the business I have given this establishment, to just assume that I was stealing, without an attempt to engage me in conversation, on top of physically and abruptly grabbing something out of my hands IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC, is pitiful. Furthermore, I urge my black community members to continue to invest in Black-Owned businesses. It is made clear time and time again that Asian beauty supply businesses view the Black community as an opportunity to line their pockets and not a people worth servicing with common respect.

Black PWI: Terrible customer service. The owner and his family will watch you like a hawk. And are extremely rude and disrespectful.Black people DO NOT shop here!!!

Charlene Rathons: Ummm, worst experience in a hair store and I wasn’t even there long. It’s my daughters picture day tomorrow and the beads I had were all too small. I live in Milford so to find an actual hair store that has products for us is hard when you’re so far out. Couldn’t get them online as they wouldn’t come in time. So I found this place and went in. Was not greeted, seen the bead section when I walked in. My daughters braids are chunky so I needed beads that were wide so I had to look through. This girl literally stood directly behind me and STARED and just stood there as if I’m gonna steal. It was so awkward. Then a customer came in she walked behind them for a moment and then awkwardly hustled back to stand behind me. I had to call a friend because it was so awkward I was beyond uncomfortable. I grabbed the beads and asked if I could put them on the counter whiled I shopped…. I also do hair and wanted to see what else they had because I need a hair store that’s near me for my clients, I hate having to always go into Boston.As I start to try to look around the girl proceeds to FOLLOWWWWWWW me not even discreetly. Like GLIDING BEHIND ME, still has not said hi or asked if I needed help.If tomorrow wasn’t my daughters picture day I would’ve left those beads and walked out. I will not be going back there. She has the right hair in stock and other hard to find black hair supplies. I have had box-braids twice and cornrows once and I have walked out looking fabulous each time. The braids were not overly tight so there was no pain. The braids looked good for months. I have recommended the shop to two other people, both of whom were very happy with their braids. This is the shop to go to if you live anywhere near Worcester.

She even left the store came outside to insulted me i just ignored her. Bad customer service i will never ever recommend this store to any body! Regardless. I didn't say nothing wrong. She was so mad in front of another customer. The other customer told me she did something bad to her and you can't express your feelings because she gets mad and take everything personal. Some people wrote nice stuff hummm😕! Say something negative about her products! A friend of got took a video of what happened, as proof just in case. i never experienced anything like that before. It's a shame.

Also a lot of the wigs that were on display looked like kids had been playing in them, so old and frizzled! Well I guess it's back to ordering online for me. On the flip side though their makeup and accessories seemed to have a good selection.

Amber Cannalonga: I was asked numerous times if I needed help with anything. I declined the offer stating I was all set with finding the products I was looking for. Once I found my product the employee starts asking me why I use that particular product. She claimed she hated it for her hair and that everyone buys this other product. I was very annoyed at that point because I already said I didn’t need help with anything or any advice. I get that you want to help people. However, you should listen to the customer. I also think when selling various products it may be easier if you keep certain opinions to yourself. Just because you hate a product doesn’t mean others will feel the same way especially since everyone has different hair texture/ styles. I went to check out and she sent me to the other register. At that point I don’t think she wanted to ring up a product she hated. I won’t be shopping there again.

Kimberly held her composure and the woman eventually left. Not even getting a moment to collect herself she jumped in and helped me and another customer that was present in the store. Several more customers came in and she also took care of them as if what just happened 10min ago, didn't. My order was accidentally cancelled for SameDayDelivery and she helped me fix it, checked her entire stock for all SKU numbers and put it aside for me so when I re-did my order online she was ready to pack it and send it for delivery. Heather also helped me verbally formulate because a couple toners i needed were not available, and wasn't annoyed with me one bit with my 4+ phone calls prior to placing the order. If she isn't a manager, she should be! Thanks girl!

Sheri Bennett-styckiewicz: Called ahead for my trinox developer. The employees are so helpful and friendly the girl I was dealing with was so sweetShe held the 4 bottles of trinox that I needed. Til I could get there. It's really never on the shelves. It so good .never any damage .I can turn the blacks hair pale blond on or off the scalp . With or without heat. Any color or highlighter ,bleach .you get rid of their developer and use trinox instead. Works in 10 mins with a dryer for any color. Or if you prefer no dryer and time as if you were using the developer it came with. I never use a toner ever. No need for one . You do have to use heat to bring down very dark hair to a pale blond or any shade in between. Just keep watch on it and remove when you have reached the color your looking for. I bleach and perm my hair and in prefect shape and condition. Picture will be below. I can't tell you how wonderful this developer is . It's worth every penny. .
