Just Mois: I wish there was an option for NEGATIVE STARS! This store is absurd! I go in there to purchase a wig and this African lady tells me that I can't try on more than 3 wigs. How is that even a thing? Than she says, you still have not made a choice. Please make it make since! There is nothing out here in Central MA when it comes to wigs. I am tired of these places lacking customer service and expect me to give you my hard earned dollars! Never again, I rather travel far away to purchase a wig! That is just crazy!

Charlene Rathons: Ummm, worst experience in a hair store and I wasn’t even there long. It’s my daughters picture day tomorrow and the beads I had were all too small. I live in Milford so to find an actual hair store that has products for us is hard when you’re so far out. Couldn’t get them online as they wouldn’t come in time. So I found this place and went in. Was not greeted, seen the bead section when I walked in. My daughters braids are chunky so I needed beads that were wide so I had to look through. This girl literally stood directly behind me and STARED and just stood there as if I’m gonna steal. It was so awkward. Then a customer came in she walked behind them for a moment and then awkwardly hustled back to stand behind me. I had to call a friend because it was so awkward I was beyond uncomfortable. I grabbed the beads and asked if I could put them on the counter whiled I shopped…. I also do hair and wanted to see what else they had because I need a hair store that’s near me for my clients, I hate having to always go into Boston.As I start to try to look around the girl proceeds to FOLLOWWWWWWW me not even discreetly. Like GLIDING BEHIND ME, still has not said hi or asked if I needed help.If tomorrow wasn’t my daughters picture day I would’ve left those beads and walked out. I will not be going back there. That was insane.IF YOU HAVE TIME TO STAND BEHIND YOUR CUSTOMER AND STARE AT THE BACK OF THEIR HEAD, YOU HAVE TOME TO SAY “HELLO” YOU HAVE TIME TO SAY “CAN I HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING” “HOW CAN I HELP YOU”Your trouble is sleeping now but pride will wake you up soon enough that is not how you treat ppl !!! For some reason I was not allowed to shop in peace I was followed in every aisle even when I went upstairs I understand that people steal but following me is not going to stop people from stealing. as matter of fact following me is preventing you from catching people who are stealing. you are following the wrong person. I am no longer shopping here I should be respected where I go spend my hard-earned money and not be harassed profiled judged just because I look a certain way. terrible way to do business.
Jules G: Extensive inventory. Anything you need you will probably find. They follow you around the store from entrance to exit and even watch while you are checked out. I feel these are explicit instructions to employees from store owners. But like I said, they have every kind of braid you could ever want.

Lauren Garick: I've had chemotherapy induced alopecia for over 20 years and wear a wig daily. I only recently found Sanremo's but I wish I had found them sooner. It's a family run business and everyone is so kind, helpful and respectful. Not only do they have beautiful wigs but they also take the time to trim and style them so they look and feel like natural hair. They also clean wigs on the spot while you wait (~30 min). I can't say enough about how professional they are and the quality of their products. If you need a wig and/or wig maintence in central MA (or from even further away) it's worth the drive. I'll be using them from now on and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mary Ann Morrissette: After receiving a wig from another source I decided to call Sanremo for a wig fitting. I am very pleased to say that the experience was amazing. They are very knowledgeable. I tried on a wig that was the color of my own hair, wasn't sure of the style because I wanted it to look like my own hair. They guaurenteed that it could be cut and styled to match my own. I have never been so pleased, infact I left the wig on for the rest of the day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Juliana Robinson: TERRIBLE!!!Recently I had a disheartening experience with this establishment. The worst part of it is that had been a loyal customer for over 6 years and one interaction completely overshadowed this. As an Asian-run business servicing the black community and specifically Black women, you would think they would show their consumer base more respect, unfortunately, that is not the case. I went into this store on a Sunday and rushed to purchased Marley hair to finish my hair to go to an event. One hour later I realized I picked up color 27 instead of the 30 I meant to because they were so similar. I returned to the store because I have exchanged a purchase several times before with no problem. I entered and began speaking with one of their service associates I knew very well asking about their return policy and engaging in casual conversation. As I placed the hair I intended to purchase in the bag and began walking with the associate up to the register, the young Asian male (one of the managers) walks up to me abruptly and yells at me saying WE DON'T DO RETURNS HERE, YOU NEED TO GO! He then invades my personal space and grabs the item out of my hands and walks away from me. As shaken as I was, I mustered up the courage to give him a piece of my mind and tell him how disrespectful and disgusting his behavior was. Upon all the business I have given this establishment, to just assume that I was stealing, without an attempt to engage me in conversation, on top of physically and abruptly grabbing something out of my hands IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC, is pitiful. Furthermore, I urge my black community members to continue to invest in Black-Owned businesses. It is made clear time and time again that Asian beauty supply businesses view the Black community as an opportunity to line their pockets and not a people worth servicing with common respect.

Andy Cardin: I struggled with hair loss from 18, and after 10 years of covering it up, I took the step to walk into IHS at 28. This was a life changing experience. Doug and his team were very warm and sensitive to the impact this has on a person's self image and they were extremely helpful in selecting the right system and tailoring it to be seamless. People thought I lost weight, grew my beard (which I already had) grew taller, or changed my clothing style, but never suspected the hair system. If you are on the fence of whether to shave your head or get a hair system, I 10/10 recommend stopping in to visit Doug first.

Jen: We visited Womens Image Center today with the need for a wig for my mother. Vicky was kind, compassionate and incredibly sensitive to my mothers needs and how she was feeling throughout the appointment. She helped make the experience easier with her upbeat, understanding and reassuring attitude. The room was private, welcoming and cozy and the extreme attention to detail from fitting to finish was fantastic. Would highly recommend Womens Image Center to anyone in need of the services they offer and would give Vicky an easy 5 stars, she was fantastic!

Michael: This place is truly Devine. To simplify, my mother had a rapidly progressive cancer course that caused her beautiful hair to fall out quickly. While her prognosis was terminal, her need to fight and feel good as long as possible became compromised. Our financial situation made purchasing a decent wig very trying; yet they worked to find us a top-quality wig and have her insurance cover the cost. We were blessed to be connected to this organization, who found us the perfect wig (my mother's head and former hair style was unique; and, they found an identical match).Everyone there made her (and me) feel incredible; and bought us more "borrowed time," together. Extra thanks to Kirsten who went above and beyond to accommodate and support my mother (and me her caregiver/son). So much love and gratitude. Highly recommend!

I said waw expensive your review said price went up i told my kids let me check online. A lady who works there kicked me out of the store, said you're not coming here to my store and said people talk bad about my wigs my wigs are expensive leave my store if youre not buying just like that, ibwas touching a displayed she said don't touch my wig. She even left the store came outside to insulted me i just ignored her. Bad customer service i will never ever recommend this store to any body! Regardless. I didn't say nothing wrong. She was so mad in front of another customer. The other customer told me she did something bad to her and you can't express your feelings because she gets mad and take everything personal. Some people wrote nice stuff hummm😕! Say something negative about her products! A friend of got took a video of what happened, as proof just in case. i never experienced anything like that before. It's a shame.

daisy reeves: Well I must say I'm a little disappointed with the store in general. The prices have gone up and the quality of the goods seems to have gone down. I used to shop here a lot for my wigs and things. I did purchase a beautiful wig two weeks ago but now it's so frizzy. Also a lot of the wigs that were on display looked like kids had been playing in them, so old and frizzled! Well I guess it's back to ordering online for me. On the flip side though their makeup and accessories seemed to have a good selection.
