Amber Cannalonga: I was asked numerous times if I needed help with anything. I declined the offer stating I was all set with finding the products I was looking for. Once I found my product the employee starts asking me why I use that particular product. She claimed she hated it for her hair and that everyone buys this other product. I was very annoyed at that point because I already said I didn’t need help with anything or any advice. I get that you want to help people. However, you should listen to the customer. I also think when selling various products it may be easier if you keep certain opinions to yourself. Just because you hate a product doesn’t mean others will feel the same way especially since everyone has different hair texture/ styles. I went to check out and she sent me to the other register. At that point I don’t think she wanted to ring up a product she hated. I won’t be shopping there again.

When I asked for help I was ignored, and once I finally got her attention I got attitude for days.I just personally think it’s so unprofessional and if you’re trying to run a successful business this isn’t the way. You’re literally running clients out of the door.When shopping for hair color I want to be sure I’m going to end up with the correct products and be treated with human decency, I will not be going back !

Melissa Duquette: Kimberly who works there was beyond phenomenal. Approaching the store with my 4 year old daughter she was needing to escort a woman out due to stealing and assaulting her. Kimberly held her composure and the woman eventually left. Not even getting a moment to collect herself she jumped in and helped me and another customer that was present in the store. Several more customers came in and she also took care of them as if what just happened 10min ago, didn't. Kimberly, thank you for the amazing recommendations and treating my daughter and myself with kindness.

Cam Dudley: Store closed over 10 minutes early with no warning and the person inside clearly saw me at the door, ignored me, counted down the drawer and left. Lazy employees and bad service. I shouldn't expect anything more from this part of town. My purchase would have taken less than two minutes and I arrived over ten minutes before closing time.

Sheri Hanlon: This location is one of my favorites! I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I always go to Sally’s once a week sometimes more to get supplies! The staff there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I noticed they have replaced the whole staff over there, which is why they where probably closed a couple times. Either way I still enjoy going to this sally beauty and I appreciate all the advice and tips the staff have given me. I noticed a few people wrote reviews saying they where closed and seemed upset but we are and where in a pandemic and they replaced the entire staff I believe except one. I highly recommend going to this location!!

She went above and beyond and spent time looking for the hair dye I was looking for on top of being very friendly and professional to my three children that came in with me. I told her I had no clue what I was doing in the store and boom she made me feel comfortable and confident! Will come back just because of her service! She instantly welcomed me when I entered unlike the other sallys I had just left from that had better reviews, great customer service rep, educated on hair and products and isnt afraid to go that extra mile! Charlene Rathons: Ummm, worst experience in a hair store and I wasn’t even there long. It’s my daughters picture day tomorrow and the beads I had were all too small. I live in Milford so to find an actual hair store that has products for us is hard when you’re so far out. Couldn’t get them online as they wouldn’t come in time. So I found this place and went in. Was not greeted, seen the bead section when I walked in. My daughters braids are chunky so I needed beads that were wide so I had to look through. This girl literally stood directly behind me and STARED and just stood there as if I’m gonna steal. It was so awkward. Then a customer came in she walked behind them for a moment and then awkwardly hustled back to stand behind me. I had to call a friend because it was so awkward I was beyond uncomfortable. I grabbed the beads and asked if I could put them on the counter whiled I shopped…. I also do hair and wanted to see what else they had because I need a hair store that’s near me for my clients, I hate having to always go into Boston.As I start to try to look around the girl proceeds to FOLLOWWWWWWW me not even discreetly. Like GLIDING BEHIND ME, still has not said hi or asked if I needed help.If tomorrow wasn’t my daughters picture day I would’ve left those beads and walked out. I will not be going back there. That was insane.IF YOU HAVE TIME TO STAND BEHIND YOUR CUSTOMER AND STARE AT THE BACK OF THEIR HEAD, YOU HAVE TOME TO SAY “HELLO” YOU HAVE TIME TO SAY “CAN I HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING” “HOW CAN I HELP YOU”Your trouble is sleeping now but pride will wake you up soon enough that is not how you treat ppl !!! For some reason I was not allowed to shop in peace I was followed in every aisle even when I went upstairs I understand that people steal but following me is not going to stop people from stealing. as matter of fact following me is preventing you from catching people who are stealing. you are following the wrong person. I am no longer shopping here I should be respected where I go spend my hard-earned money and not be harassed profiled judged just because I look a certain way. terrible way to do business.

I feel these are explicit instructions to employees from store owners. But like I said, they have every kind of braid you could ever want.
