Nikki Erskine: I made an appointment and brought my car in December. The techs put the wrong tires on my car and broke one of the air pressure sensors while doing it, which they did not tell me about. I drove for a few days with my sensors going off before going to Town Fair Tire, who pointed out the damage, fixed it, and put the correct tires on. I returned the tires to the Worcester Tire Warehouse in January (within the 30-day window), they took the tires back and said the refund would appear in 7-10 days but said there was no paperwork they could offer. As I already didn't trust them from the first experience, I insisted they give me a written confirmation of receipt for the tires and when to expect the refund. No refund came through, and each time I've called I get the response that they'll look into it and call me back that day - no call comes in so I call a week or two later. It's been almost 3 months since I returned the tires so finally I called corporate. They assured me that the refund will be issued in 3-5 business days, but I don't trust this sketchy company AT ALL so they're getting this review. If all this weren't enough to show how poorly run and unprofessional Tire Warehouse is, the day of my first visit I waited in the unattended waiting room while a customer kept answering the phones like it was an open mic - maybe I was speaking to another unstable customer impersonating an employee when I called, because I don't know know that any employees were made aware of my call, much like the calls that odd woman answered the day I was there. It was a also very cold the day of my visit so I brought the techs some handwarmers... see above for what a nice gesture gets you at an establishment like this.

rachel marie: Showed up without an appointment to get a price for swapping out our tires. They greeted us immediately, staff was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and the price is unbeatable!!! We'll never go anywhere else for anything tire related. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars 🤩

Maggie Davis: Shockingly good experience. Popped a tire. They changed both of them and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes, had me come back the next morning to have it tightened for free. I'm a young woman and I'm used to being treated with condescension or being upsold a ton of extra things when dealing with my car, but they didn't even hint at any disrespect or upselling. Decent prices too. Would recommend to everyone I know.

I arrive then he claim that there was only one employee I see two you and the poor girl he has her doing all the jobs . Today I came in complaining about a wheezing sound in my engine and they very quickly found that I needed a new alternator and before just ordering the most expensive part they heard my concerns, gave me suggestions, and helped me shop around to find the best deal that fit my budget while still being safe and getting the job done. I have never felt pressured into getting additional work done like I have other shops and the gentlemen that work there genuinely make what is a normally a wildly stressful experience comfortable and almost fun. Just weeks prior I had gone in for a brake job that went just as smoothly, even with a 2 year old child in tow! I will absolutely be coming back whenever I need quick service I can trust. The boys are the best!

Shyheim Harrington: I woulda gave this place 5 stars but the manager can’t even take care of his customers I bought 4 tires from this place got on the highway once I hit 50 60 my whole car started shaking so I called them up explained the problem manager says come down I go down they balance my tires only the rear I said take it for a test drive so I don’t gotta come back the kid legit took it down the st came back nd said nothing wrong with it so I left got on the highway had the same problem finally went back again for the 3rd time and told them it’s a balance issue I was told not all rims need weights sometimes the machine won’t require one ok they ended up balancing all 4 tires and guess what problem is fixed. Lesson learned customer is always right

Tonya Gaston: Needed 4 tires ASAP for winter. I was given a recommendation, but went home and did some research and decided on a different tire. They didn’t have them, but advised they could get them. I called in the AM and by that afternoon I had the tires I requested.

Bright: I went to this place for a for a wheel bearing replacement and a bent inner tie rod replacement they advised me to change the outer too, since they were the professionals I agreed. Which was unnecessary after further thought. I had a call that during the replacement wheel sensor was broken on one side. That costed me an extra $90. I went to pickup the car and heard a noise in the vehicle while turning at first I thought it was from the new parts that needed lubricant to pass through the parts. I booked an appointment for them to check it and they said it’s axel issue. And they suggested I change both sides. I know for sure it happened when they were changing the wheel bearings the same area that had the broken wheel sensor.These two pictures were taken a week before the job(when I changed my break rotors, calipers and pads) and the other 2 was taken after the job.

There were two guys (Dave and Chad) that helped me out and replaced my flat (I had to also replace an additional tire because I have AWD). A week later I came back because my tire pressure light was on and the same two guys were working. The tire light was on for the front tires, not the ones they replaced! They still helped me make sure all my tires had adequate pressure and I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be back.

Monro’s was incredibly helpful and got me in immediately. After realizing it might be more than just needing air, they handled everything and made the entire process incredibly easy for me.
