Nikki Erskine: I made an appointment and brought my car in December. The techs put the wrong tires on my car and broke one of the air pressure sensors while doing it, which they did not tell me about. I drove for a few days with my sensors going off before going to Town Fair Tire, who pointed out the damage, fixed it, and put the correct tires on. I returned the tires to the Worcester Tire Warehouse in January (within the 30-day window), they took the tires back and said the refund would appear in 7-10 days but said there was no paperwork they could offer. As I already didn't trust them from the first experience, I insisted they give me a written confirmation of receipt for the tires and when to expect the refund. No refund came through, and each time I've called I get the response that they'll look into it and call me back that day - no call comes in so I call a week or two later. It's been almost 3 months since I returned the tires so finally I called corporate. They assured me that the refund will be issued in 3-5 business days, but I don't trust this sketchy company AT ALL so they're getting this review. If all this weren't enough to show how poorly run and unprofessional Tire Warehouse is, the day of my first visit I waited in the unattended waiting room while a customer kept answering the phones like it was an open mic - maybe I was speaking to another unstable customer impersonating an employee when I called, because I don't know know that any employees were made aware of my call, much like the calls that odd woman answered the day I was there. It was a also very cold the day of my visit so I brought the techs some handwarmers... see above for what a nice gesture gets you at an establishment like this.
rachel marie: Showed up without an appointment to get a price for swapping out our tires. They greeted us immediately, staff was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, and the price is unbeatable!!! We'll never go anywhere else for anything tire related. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars 🤩

I'm a young woman and I'm used to being treated with condescension or being upsold a ton of extra things when dealing with my car, but they didn't even hint at any disrespect or upselling. Decent prices too. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Rachel: I have come to Monro multiple times for various issues with my car (tires, brakes, alternator, we hate Nissan) and the guys have been no less than stellar every time! Today I came in complaining about a wheezing sound in my engine and they very quickly found that I needed a new alternator and before just ordering the most expensive part they heard my concerns, gave me suggestions, and helped me shop around to find the best deal that fit my budget while still being safe and getting the job done. I have never felt pressured into getting additional work done like I have other shops and the gentlemen that work there genuinely make what is a normally a wildly stressful experience comfortable and almost fun. Just weeks prior I had gone in for a brake job that went just as smoothly, even with a 2 year old child in tow! I will absolutely be coming back whenever I need quick service I can trust. The boys are the best!

Shyheim Harrington: I woulda gave this place 5 stars but the manager can’t even take care of his customers I bought 4 tires from this place got on the highway once I hit 50 60 my whole car started shaking so I called them up explained the problem manager says come down I go down they balance my tires only the rear I said take it for a test drive so I don’t gotta come back the kid legit took it down the st came back nd said nothing wrong with it so I left got on the highway had the same problem finally went back again for the 3rd time and told them it’s a balance issue I was told not all rims need weights sometimes the machine won’t require one ok they ended up balancing all 4 tires and guess what problem is fixed. Lesson learned customer is always right

Bright: I went to this place for a for a wheel bearing replacement and a bent inner tie rod replacement they advised me to change the outer too, since they were the professionals I agreed. Which was unnecessary after further thought. I had a call that during the replacement wheel sensor was broken on one side. That costed me an extra $90. I went to pickup the car and heard a noise in the vehicle while turning at first I thought it was from the new parts that needed lubricant to pass through the parts. I booked an appointment for them to check it and they said it’s axel issue. And they suggested I change both sides. I know for sure it happened when they were changing the wheel bearings the same area that had the broken wheel sensor.These two pictures were taken a week before the job(when I changed my break rotors, calipers and pads) and the other 2 was taken after the job.
Megan Tully: I came here a week ago because I had a flat tire. There were two guys (Dave and Chad) that helped me out and replaced my flat (I had to also replace an additional tire because I have AWD). A week later I came back because my tire pressure light was on and the same two guys were working. The tire light was on for the front tires, not the ones they replaced! They still helped me make sure all my tires had adequate pressure and I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be back.

I get there after 3 once out of work. They changed the two tires and plugged another one that took 5 minutes. Charged me 15 for the plug. Pete's true in Webster plugs for free. Then the guy tells me 50 for each tire. I said the guy on phone this morning told me 45. Went back and forth. At the end, I ended up paying 50 instead of 45 for each tire. It's not a lot of extra money but that's not the point. The crew that worked there were as ll Spanish guys talking Spanish. I believe I got taken for a ride. Will not go back.

Why: Would've had given zero stars. Four weeks after they plug and installed a tire it popped on the inside sidewall due to a bubble. Let me mention that tire was fairly new with no defect prior to the plug. After speaking to two men and the supposed owner and admitting to fault the suppose owner left and never came back. To make long story short they refuse to replace the tire or even sell a use one at a discounted price. Never again.

Mark Barkhouse: I had my car towed to Monro on the evening of November 8, 2022 expecting for them to at least look at it on November 9. I called around November 11 to find out they had only just looked at the car two days after they got it. once they diagnosed the issue (which I was told was break caliper and wheel) they told me it would take about 5 days to get the parts- which would have put it around November 16.I called November 16 and was told they in fact did not order the parts and had not even gone through Insurance to approve the work yet.I called every day after and once I found out the work was approved I kept getting told we don’t have the parts yet over and over again.It is now November 22 and my car still is not done. It took me going into the shop and telling the employee I’m not leaving without my car for them to actually work on it.I’m not sure what’s worse: it taking almost two weeks to do anything or that anytime I called I got a different story (and no one ever called me with updates).The Insurance company involved recommended this place so I didn’t have much of a choice, but I definitely will not be returning.
Dak_891: From the moment I went in the shop, the worker, I don’t know his name, was rude and acted like he hated everything. Just terrible customer service. I felt so uncomfortable and felt like I needed to apologize even though I did nothing wrong. Argumentative and seemed annoyed when I asked any questions.I got my car back after the tire replacement he left the dirty floor mat caked with mud on it in my car. He also neglected to put my spare back in my trunk correctly. He put it upside down, didn’t screw it in and it was unaligned. It really messed up my mood for most of the day. The guys attitude was absolutely abhorrent. I will never go back there even though it’s the closest shop. Also on my receipt I saw that I was charged 25$ for “hazard fee” which seemed to be irrelevant and an arbitrary charge. A 169$ tire ended up costing me 239$. Do not go here. It will be the worst service experience you have ever expect at a mechanic shop.

keaghan spring: Got a “new” tire for 150, tire was slightly used and was leaking at 10 psi 2 days after service (supposed to be at 35 psi) due to a leaky rubber valve that is supposed to be changed every time you put a new tire on. Had to go to another tire shop to get fixed because when I called nobody answered. Over priced and won’t do the job properly.

Arleen Lugo: Made an appointment online, when my fiance showed up they said they couldn't take the car in EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED DAYS PRIOR, they called the other Monro location on Park Ave and was told they would take my appointment for my car today once my fiance arrived he was told that everyone was leaving for the day and they couldn't help us. WASTED MY TIME, GAS AND MONEY. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Maybe a call ahead of time the next time you can't actually fulfill a previously scheduled appointment rather than sending me on a wild goose chase ?

Regan Kelley: The manager Jose is probably the most honest and professional mechanic I’ve ever met. Not only did he help me with a lug nut problem that was completely unrelated to my oil change, but he gave me honest advice about repairs needed and when I could push some things off until. Aside from being very friendly and polite, his honesty definitely will make me go back!

Michael Williams: Brought in 2 used front snow tires to be mounted and balanced, was told by the older man $20 a piece. The technician told me $10 a piece to dispose of the 2 old ones. I repeated the $20 back too the older man that supposedly does not speak english, yet all of a sudden spoke English. At the end told me it was $30 a piece per tire for mount and balance and that I misunderstood. So, $40 to $60.. I get the disposal fee..then went to $80. When the older man left the desk area the technician told me he doesn't speak english, and gets those numbers mixed up all the time. (Mind you, tried to make me feel like I misunderstood). Told me to never come back.. GOOD!! It's not the $20, it's the principal of dishonest business tactics. I've been doing tires for years ...was in the industry for quiet sometime, and this is a common scab way to get more money out of a customer when you come in with your own tires. Unfortunately, that's what the Federal Trade Commission is for, along with the US attorney general's office. Played games with the wrong person LM tire auto repair!!

I had to sit and wait for two hours for them to change the tire againIn less than 3 days the tire they gave me was damaged and they will take no responsibility. They blame the potholes for the tire damage. None of my other tires have a problem but the one they put on.I implore you to look out for these guys as they are sneaky and will take no responsibility.
