Joseph Bagnell: I called Mia's early Am. Told them I need 2 used tires. He had 2 of the size tires I needed. I asked, how much for each tire? On the phone the guy said 45 each. I get there after 3 once out of work. They changed the two tires and plugged another one that took 5 minutes. Charged me 15 for the plug. Pete's true in Webster plugs for free. Then the guy tells me 50 for each tire. I said the guy on phone this morning told me 45. Went back and forth. At the end, I ended up paying 50 instead of 45 for each tire. It's not a lot of extra money but that's not the point. The crew that worked there were as ll Spanish guys talking Spanish. I believe I got taken for a ride. Will not go back.

Michael Williams: Brought in 2 used front snow tires to be mounted and balanced, was told by the older man $20 a piece. The technician told me $10 a piece to dispose of the 2 old ones. I repeated the $20 back too the older man that supposedly does not speak english, yet all of a sudden spoke English. At the end told me it was $30 a piece per tire for mount and balance and that I misunderstood. So, $40 to $60.. I get the disposal fee..then went to $80. When the older man left the desk area the technician told me he doesn't speak english, and gets those numbers mixed up all the time. (Mind you, tried to make me feel like I misunderstood). Told me to never come back.. GOOD!! It's not the $20, it's the principal of dishonest business tactics. I've been doing tires for years ...was in the industry for quiet sometime, and this is a common scab way to get more money out of a customer when you come in with your own tires. Unfortunately, that's what the Federal Trade Commission is for, along with the US attorney general's office. Played games with the wrong person LM tire auto repair!!

Why: Would've had given zero stars. Four weeks after they plug and installed a tire it popped on the inside sidewall due to a bubble. Let me mention that tire was fairly new with no defect prior to the plug. After speaking to two men and the supposed owner and admitting to fault the suppose owner left and never came back. To make long story short they refuse to replace the tire or even sell a use one at a discounted price. Never again.

Nikki Erskine: I made an appointment and brought my car in December. The techs put the wrong tires on my car and broke one of the air pressure sensors while doing it, which they did not tell me about. I drove for a few days with my sensors going off before going to Town Fair Tire, who pointed out the damage, fixed it, and put the correct tires on. I returned the tires to the Worcester Tire Warehouse in January (within the 30-day window), they took the tires back and said the refund would appear in 7-10 days but said there was no paperwork they could offer. As I already didn't trust them from the first experience, I insisted they give me a written confirmation of receipt for the tires and when to expect the refund. No refund came through, and each time I've called I get the response that they'll look into it and call me back that day - no call comes in so I call a week or two later. It's been almost 3 months since I returned the tires so finally I called corporate. They assured me that the refund will be issued in 3-5 business days, but I don't trust this sketchy company AT ALL so they're getting this review. If all this weren't enough to show how poorly run and unprofessional Tire Warehouse is, the day of my first visit I waited in the unattended waiting room while a customer kept answering the phones like it was an open mic - maybe I was speaking to another unstable customer impersonating an employee when I called, because I don't know know that any employees were made aware of my call, much like the calls that odd woman answered the day I was there. It was a also very cold the day of my visit so I brought the techs some handwarmers... see above for what a nice gesture gets you at an establishment like this.
