Lisa Marie Laroche: My husband and I wanted to upgrade our phones. We had no expectation of them even having the phones we wanted in stock since the two other stores we tried previously did not. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the one who wanted in stock so we could upgrade. We did have to wait a little over 2 hours but, it was very worth it. Naima was amazing. She was so helpful and had such a pleasant attitude. She even double checked to see if they had a certain color of the phone I wanted in stock. She made the experience a positive one 😁 I would highly recommend making an appointment if you can before you go in that way you are not waiting very long.

They give wrong information and its oh well we are sorry but guess what we can't change it!! Can't wait for another internet option!

Antoila80: Some companies set out to employ people with strong customer service skills who actually enjoy their work and helping other people. Then there Spectrum that appears to search for the most unhelpful people who have no desire for any positive outcome in any interaction.One word -- TOXIC. The staff at this 68 Stafford Street exemplify toxicity well. It's obvious that at the end of the day, they have seen perhaps 20 customers but only truly helped 5 or 6 selflessly. The employees seem to be proud of NOT helping you at all ("It's a one hour wait...go to UPS and drop off...the system is down...we don't look at ABCD here").Conveniently, the check-in device at the entrance is down, so even if one arrives early, the employees walk around to whomever they prefer to check them in manually regardless of who arrived first. Some customers are courteous enough to point out they'd only just arrived.Hollow, disagreeable, unaccommodating, ill-natured, discourteous and unpleasant staff at this location who are proud of turning people away at a whim.I can picture them sitting in their cars after work, relishing their "power" unaware of life's karmic cycle -- every day they work at NOT helping customers is just as miserable as the day before.So glad Verizon Fios is finally available in Worcester, and that I don't have to deal with Spectrum's toxicity anymore in person or over the phone.
Kristin Kavorkian: Came in a few months ago to swap out a dead remote, worker told me next time don't wait just come up front to swap it out quick. Came back today to swap out another dead remote and told I have to wait in the queue which will be who knows how long because he'll "get in trouble" if he just gives me a new one. Seriously?! One would think they want to move customers along as quickly as possible but I guess not.

B A: If I could give less stars I would… was told by employee that we’d have to wait 15 minutes in queue before being seen so I asked to be placed in the que and then was told it would take 45 minutes to be seen to return the equipment and would be faster to go to either park avenue location in Worcester or auburn Massachusetts location because it was more convenient to where I lived… will never go back to this location and spectrum is lucky they have monopoly on the internet in this area or I would leave the company completely and go to Fios
Mike Hope: Spectrum has to be the absolute worst internet provider in the entire country their service is choppy every time you try and watch a movie on demand the signal doesn't run at a steady stream. If you do not have to sign up for spectrum in your area I highly recommend you don't. And also if you have a issue with spectrum good luck with their customer service it is absolutely horrible I spent literally over 40 hours with them on the phone trying to fix a error that they caused then they had the nerve to put something on my credit report so then I had to call back and talk to five different people just to get somebody that actually understood and had the authority to access different information in their own system if not they will have to transfer you to another person who will transfer you to another person and so on and so on. I wish you the best of luck future spectrum customers.

Kyle Wheaton: Over 2 hours just to swap a modem. They spend a lot of time giving every customer the hard sell for their mobile service, just skip the unwanted sales pressure and call the next person in line!
Harold Rodriguez: Went to pick up a modem and was told by the worker the wait time was estimated at one hour. I've been here for at least two and the staff has been assisting the same two people. During my time waiting I've witnessed a handful of people complain about the slow work speed. Some even leaving after being told to wait an additional hour. I'm disappointed at the customer service here. Wouldn't recommend this specific location.
Michael Kielion: We are more than happy with the customer service, plan and cost of Spectrum internet and mobile. Today we met with Matthew at the Spectrum store on Stafford St in Worcester, MA to convert our mobile services from Verizon to Spectrum. We were already using Spectrum for our home internet service and after meeting with Matthew earlier this week decided to switch to their mobile service as well. We moved two iPhones and two Apple watches. Matthew thoroughly explained the plan options and made the conversion simple and painless. We gained additional service with unlimited data, voice and text and were able to cut our monthly bill in half. Matthew was courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. Not only are their payments ILLEGALLY taken their internet drops SEVERAL times a day and their only solution is to up grade every time
