Adonay Resom: WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED.After basically begging them to work on it for months, they finished and gave me my car back. The car run WORSE than when I gave them (making a lot of noise) AND there were PIECES MISSING!!! They promised to order, call me back and install the missing parts. But not only did they not call back they never answered my calls (And I called so man times). I didn't end up going back to their office. I'd never want to meet these people ever again.ALSO they promised to get my car fixed within weeks but they kept my car for MONTHS!! Not only that but they kept avoiding my phone calls. I had to call using other friends phones to get in contact with them. They kept saying next week. When next week came there was no progress on the car.
Alexa Brandenberg: Sadly, I have to amend my glowing review from last year. The customer service is wonderful but ever since my new clutch was installed I had problems and I had to get a new one a month ago. That’s not cheap.It looks like they didn’t use a new part or they didn’t replace the whole thing or something. Go somewhere else for clutch replacement. Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!

I took my car for repairs, I was charged $650 to fix the front arm control, fix the o2 censor, and they promised to fix the oil that slightly drops from beneath my car. But guess what, those problems still persist. When I went back to them for the o2 censor issue, they said what the engine light read was not o2 censor related even when another mechanic had told me it was o2 censor. I really wanted to involve authorities, but my friends advised I let it go.

At first, I was a bit hesitant on inquiring about it because of the "not so great" online reviews. I took a chance and called them anyway. I spoke to Lucas, he was very friendly and seemed pleased to help. I never physically saw the car in person, but between Lucas and Tony, they were transparent about the cars small defects through video and pictures. Reza T. Mousavian: I bought a Toyota Rav4 from this dealer. It was rejected for inspection due to the front rear lights and they quickly fixed it. Blind spot had problem and they changed the side mirrors and it's working now. They are responsible for the cars they are selling. I recommend them. It was a very easy deal.
Tristan Luke: I bought a 2012 Highlander from Hilario Auto in May of 2021. I found them uncommonly helpful and considerate. They gave me a fair price and stuck with it. What's more, when just out of the warranty period I found some small dents were turning to rust, and there was knocking in the front end, they came out and got the car, gave me a loaner, and fixed all of this, without charge. I was exceedingly grateful to Hilario Auto, and to Heidi, who sold me the vehicle and was so helpful.

I am changing my review again because I found out in April they did not actually fix a problem I had while under warranty with them with a non working front head light. . When I called to let them know I got the complete run around. I will never buy from a small dealership again. Buyer beware if you choose to go through these guys. I just want Matt to know my 2011 Nissan Murano runs amazing and has never missed an oil change contrary to your belief that women don’t take care of their cars, I take great care of mine Matt! Stay away from this place if you’re a single woman. I have dealt with many dealerships before and regardless of my credit I should not have left in tears! Terrible business

Josh Sigel: Bought a 2007 Nissan frontier a few weeks ago and have had no issues with any part of my experience. Before I bought it I test drove it and checked the truck top to bottom and found the muffler was split. It was replaced before I took the vehicle off the lot. I see a lot of complaints in these reviews and wonder if they are even talking about the same place. Give them a visit and you can even tell them I sent you.

My husband and I had bought a vehicle from them 3 years ago and we absolutely loved it and the experience we had there, so when looking for a different vehicle we knew we at least had to go check them out. We went in looking for a specific truck that they didn’t have. The owner offered to search for one if we had the time to wait. Which was awesome for him to even offer that to us. We ended up falling in love with a different truck that they already had there and Jen was awesome! She helped us get a loan on the vehicle we really fell in love with when we didn’t even think we could a loan. Let me tell you, she worked very hard to get us into it!! She kept us updated every step of the way and we felt like we had known her forever. I don’t know that I’d go anywhere else in the future. If you’re into business suits and people just looking to make commission off of your sale, then don’t go here.

The SUV failed inspection 3 times, come to find out from the mechanic that the SUV did not have original transmission and appears that Park Ave Auto replaced the transmission with an old transmission from the Junk Yard. These people are swindlers be careful, we are suing them since they refuse to take their auto back
