Kenneth Gallant: Been a member for about 15 yrs....used to be open 7 till 5 every day and until 1 on Saturday...also a couple of days a little later than 5....now it's 830 to 430 and noon on Saturday...why not just open 10 to 1.....people have to work for a living
Sasha Nowel: All branches are closed due to a storm, yet the hours on Google maps don’t reflect this. Chick filet is open but all Central One branches are closed.. least you can do is notify your customers who are working and driving in the snow

Erin Cossette: I used Central One’s complementary service to purchase a new car. I wasn’t even aware this service existed, but I’m so grateful an employee told me about it. I had a very awful experience at a car dealership at first. Once Central One teamed me up with one of their representatives, he came with me to the dealership and pretty much ran the whole process. He advocated for me and made the process go so smoothly. I walked away with a new car that day! Definitely one of the many perks from being a member.
DJ Sandstrom: I have been a member for a about 10 years and I love doing my banking here. I have my bank accounts, auto loans, and HELOC with Central One and I've never had any issues whatsoever. Everyone I talk to are always so helpful and you can tell they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend!
Scott John: I have been a customer with them for 20 plus years. Up to about a year ago it has not been very good. You use to have good and friendly tellers, customer service people who did a great job. Now they have rude tellers and customer service reps that are terrible. I went last week to have an old account closed and the women who helped me had a hard time understanding and speaking English. So instead of closing the old account she closed my main checking account. Ok mistakes are made but when I called her she still messed it up. I called a third time and was told by another person that it was an IT issue. The blame game. Well I am going down this week to close my accounts completely and find another place to bank where people are friendly and can understand English. Do not respond saying your sorry because you really do not care.
tina dupont: I first opened an account here in 2002. Left for another bank, and came back. The customer service is unmatched. My entire family uses this bank dating back to 1991 when they moved out this way from the North Shore.

And for teen age kids to start banking and helps in educating kids on how to start with savings and provides kids with all education on different kinds of banking (savings, deposits, loans etc)

Barry C: This credit union has changed for the worse since I joined them in the 1960s when they were the smaller Mass Electric Credit Union. My parents were two of the first members back when my dad worked for Mass Electric.After I payed off a Central One credit card balance last August, they added a $13 finance charge, unbeknownst to me, because I never received a bill. 2 months later, I found out by chance I owed it when I happened to go online to my Central One account. By then, Central One had added 2 late fee charges, and worse, reported me to the credit bureaus, which has caused my credit rating to drop from Excellent to Good. I immediately payed off the finance charge and late fees in October when I realized on my own that I owed them. I talked to a man in Central One's credit dept. in December who said he would correct the problem for me with the credit bureaus, but he apparently never has. A 30-day late payment, for a charge I never received a bill for, remains on my credit reports, and my credit rating continues to be adversely affected by this. I have closed my Central One acct. after some 55 years.

Bob Dumais: I have used the Shrewsbury branch many times and as recently as last week. I have been doing business with them for about 15 years. They have gone over and above in customer service each and every time. The lending dept is easy and awesome and don't give higher rates just because the vehicle is older like most banks. You will be glad you became a member of Central One.
Christine Bates: Best Credit Union! Everyone treats you like family, they know your name and really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They have great rates on certificates and loans.

If you call to speak with some one they don't care about your issue or care to find a way to resolve it UPDATE Shrewsbury branch resolved the issue finnaly. How ever my bad review still stands for auburn branch.

Anthony Kline: This bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I deposited a payroll check and then they put a hold on my check. When I called customer service they told me it would be atleast a week before my funds are available from my payroll check. First thing Monday morning I will be closing my accounts and be done with this bank.

I live near Crompton Park. 20 minute walk,only to find the ATM yet again Out of SERVICE!!! I was helped in part by a blonde teller, who helped me in person,yet I was still UNABLE to complete ALL banking needs as I could not complete a credit card cash advance. Someone should inform main office

Bill Coyle: I have been a customer of Santander for about 6 or 7 years now. I just have basic checking and savings accounts, nothing special. The tellers working up front have always been nice and helpful. They actually discovered my bank acct was compromised and someone was trying to make International transactions so they froze the acct and notified me by text, an email, and a phone call. They took care of everything so I'm not out any money. I also use their billpay option to pay my bills, the mobile check deposit option to deposit checks without going to a branch/ATM. Their mobile app works well. I would definitely do my banking here, they treat you the same whether you have $1 or $1,000,000 in your accounts.

craig spurlock: Worst bank ive ever had the "pleasure of using" so they stole hundreds of dollars from my girlfriend. Her sister got scammed and someone stole money from her account and her account went negative and since my girlfriend had the same last name they froze her account and said her family is under investigation and said they only thi k they could do is close the account and keep all of her money... how is this even legal. This company is a scam i would never use they dont care about customers or anything.

Scott John: This branch is excellent. Great tellers and friendly. After my horrible experiences with the Shrewsbury branch and their staff I decided to travel to the Northborough branch. It is well worth the extra 10 minute ride to be treated nicely. The Shrewsbury branch should take lessons from these people in how to treat their customers. Keep up the good work.
