Joshua Coughlin: I've been coming to this location since I was a kid so I've been loyal for years but this will be my last time ever going here and for only 1 reason. The price is wrong!!!! Wayyyyy wrong. A pizza, cheese bread 4 drinks and two 45 minute play cards for my children....just shy of 100 dollars. The thing is I expected it to be expensive but I must draw the line. I'd can think of a thousand better things to do with 100 dollars. Especially when 100 dollars only gets you a pizza, cheese bread, drinks and just 45 short minutes. Staff was cool so no knock on anyone there. My beef is with the greedy ownership. This is coming from a guy who's had multiple parties here for my kids. I'm not bitter I'm just in shock really.

Peter Rasmussen: Extremely disappointing in todays lanky box collaboration. Ordered before the store opened. Received no lanky box items even just a plain on cardboard box. If you didn’t have any of the items the order should be canceled. To not have the promotional cards is one thing but to have nothing and still fill the order in a plain box is an obvious money grab. Already called and emailed lanky box corporate and will continue to make a big deal out of this over priced - kid disappointing - flat out rip off. Shame.

Mary Diaz: Terrible experience on my daughter’s birthday. When picking out prizes, all she wanted was a Chuck E. Cheese plush. We picked out all of her prizes, Melanie was extremely unhelpful and rude. We asked to get the plush and she told us to go wait in the other line where people order food. The line was extremely long. Why would we have to wait in two separate long lines to get prizes? I don’t know why they couldn’t have one of them hop on a register to ring people up who were getting prizes. There were three workers sitting behind the register taking and texting instead of helping customers. My daughter left crying. Never returning to this location.

Sean Duffy: We were excited to finally try this place out after driving by it a million times. Unfortunately it was not at all what we thought it would be. The entrance is extremely unorganized and too small for a check in area. Also they don't have any lockers for your things and even the adults have to take their shoes off. Instead they have some wire shelving and people's belongings were stacked on top of each other. The noise level was insane. To the point where I couldn't even hear the other parents when speaking to them and had to yell the whole time. They for sure over stuff the place. Only maybe a quarter of the arcade games worked and all the other ones were gated off. The only saving grace was at least the kids had fun. It's a huge play structure. Will definitely not plan one of our kids birthday parties here.

Troy Bottger: Wonderful place to take the kids to burn off some energy. Adults are allowed on the climbing structure and slides so it is perfect if you have child that needs additional support. Staff is friendly and helpful. It does get busy on weekends and school holidays but we have never been turned away. Highly recommend for kiddos probably under 10 years.

Adam Ross: There aren't many affordable indoor spaces where kids can run around on a padded floor. Luv 2 Play in Sutton is reasonably priced for admission, the food isn't too expensive, and there is a sprawling playground loaded with interactive obstacles. The video game section is adequate but several titles always seem to be down and a couple of the claw machines are infuriating. This place is a great way to blow off steam with decent seating for adults to watch the little ones.

Donna Renaud: Affordable and of course the kids love it but we must have gone on an off day. Every surface was filthy and I didn’t see anyone cleaning that’s reason enough to not go again.

Marie Burovsky: I like this place and would recommend having a birthday party. It is noisy and busy and crowded, but guarded. The space is large enough to encompass all screaming, jumping and running kids. They make they own pizza for party and have a small cafe counter inside serving everyone. They have arcade games but they are not free and you have to pay for them separately. Arcade games are for a younger and older ages.

Angie Stephens: This place is great actually, for the amount of money you would pay for 90 mins of play elsewhere you get unlimited play after you pay here. There are also attractions for all ages and plenty of seating for parents to watch the kids play. Another great thing about this place is parents can go on the equipment with the kids which like Noone allows anymore. The food is decent which makes it worth paying a little more for.

Mateo Hernandez: If I was able to give this place a 0 star I would. Rude workers, dirty bathrooms, crammed check - in area, trouble booking parties. My daughters friend had a birthday here a couple of weeks ago. When we arrived, there was a very small check in area and along with that they "couldn't find our party". After a while we were able to get in and then it went even further downhill. The kids wanted food, despite us telling them that the kitchen was dirty, so we got it and didn't realize how much the food would cost!!! Overpriced junk food! Meanwhile the employees working in the kitchen weren't wearing any coverings and/ or protection. No gloves, no hair nets, nothing!!! I then went to the bathrooms... Don't know where to begin. Paper Towels and toilet paper all over the floor. Toilets look like they haven't been cleaning in a very long time. Disgusting business. When I brought this up to a manger all I got was an attitude. If you're thinking of bringing your kids here, dont!

Samuel hawkes: Great place. Well run. Parties are fun. Lots of video games & physical activities for everyone from 2-50. 5ft+ you are allowed but your back will take a beating.

It could have so much potential, so many kids came in at 10 AM over 20 kids, they made good $ but won't upgrade and maintain the facility. no more balls, ball spitting machine is so dusty, or broken to the point it's dangerous , they did install few 3d arcade but the head set looks disgusting, I would never use or let my kid use it. The knobs of spinning window broken, the ball pit ball blowing machine is also dead, the facility is now just plain climbing structures, nothing else works

Taylor Cellini-Nagle: We were extremely excited to host our wedding at the VFW with Marconi's last year in 2020. However unfortunately COVID hit making us postpone our wedding. While we talked with them right before this postponedment and they ensured us we would be taken care of. They instead completely ghosted us. They wouldn't answer and calls, texts, or emails. This not only resulted in us losing our deposits but caused us to have to search elsewhere and find a more accommodating venue. They not only lost our business for events, but we don't even want to step in side for any of the fundraisers or Marconi's theater shows, which we loved. They lost a valuable customer and our respect.

Pamela Rossi: Nice people, very hospitable, jukebox, Sunday afternoon meat shots and other function with a function room, roomy, so downstairs is free for a small get together for no cost. Downstairs is very roomy and you can self decorate the tables! Bar service is always open and always available to public! Very nice atmosphere with a jukebox and a good dancing space!
