Cheeba Man: They plugged my tire, fixed my taillight, and did my inspection! In and out in 20 minutes! Very professional and a pleasure to deal with! This will be my go to place from now on!
Carol West: We, my husband, son, his fiancé , my 3 year old granddaughter, and my two labs,were traveling home to Jersey from Maine and our van started to make a very loud sound. We got nervous and stopped in a gas station but they could not help us. They sent us to Goodyear in Worcester Mass. Goodyear was not able to help us but they recommended the Ecco gas statioN on Grafton Street. He told us to ask for Mike or Sam. When we pulled into the gas station it was jammed with cars being worked on. But that made no difference to Sam. He came out and looked at her van and immediately assessed the problem. He took his time away from all the other cars to assist us. He then went out of their way to order the part and have one of his people go and get it. Within an hour we were back on the road. The kind Goodyear person who recommended Sam was spot on. What a wonderful person Sam was in helping us. We were certain that we would be spending days in the area and we were not sure how to do this with the dogs and my family all having to get back to work. I’ll never forget Sam giving us the thumbs up that he had fixed it! My heart just flows with gratitude. For those of you who live in Worcester, check this gas station out. It’s the only place I would ever go to if I lived in the area. Except that I might get my tires from Goodyear! Thank you so much to the Ecco gas station and to our hero, Sam.

TSP: Great professional and friendly shop. Very passionate about customer service/satisfaction. If you are in need of automotive care, please consider them as your go to shop. Anytime I’ve called them I have been told to come right in and they don’t rip me off because I am a woman, like previous shops have done! They are very fair with their pricing! Their experienced staff diagnosed my issue and fixed it in a very timely manner. Thanks for the awesome service. If you have never stopped in, please consider giving them a try and see for yourself the quality of service offered.
Sammie Jean: The sales guy was nice. Pump 1 and 2 don't work on cards on the outside pump. So just go to pump 3 or 4 or go inside

Janina Ramos: One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I called ahead and asked if they would be able to replace a starter in my Honda Civic and of course they said yes. I bought the part and brought it down with my car. About 5 hours later they called and told me that I was all set so I picked it up and drove my car home. The next morning I got ready for work and when trying to start my vehicle it wouldn't do a thing, nothing!! I called EcoFuel and they proceeded to tell me that it was the wrong part and that they put it in anyway. They told me that it was my fault that I should figure it out, and they're suppose to be the professionals. Needless to say I got my car towed there in hopes that they would be able to fix it but they wanted me to bu yanother starter, same part mind you, so they could replace it again because they got all the wires crossed. They neither fixed my starter, refunded my money for labor and starter that was purchased and my car is now in my driveway with no starter. Beware!!! Went down to the Courthouse and filled papers for my money back.
Boom Stick: Great place to bring you car or truck. They do GREAT work and no hassle. Easy & quick. They fix your issues and price is very reasonable. Trusted place to go. Will be back next time and will start getting gas here more often. Great work :)

Philip Lord: Road trip from Cape Cod to Maryland. Battery light came on. Stopped at Autozone for battery test. Test showed alternator failed. Autozone recommended Eco Fuel auto repair. It was like they dropped everything they were doing and immediately went to work getting my truck repaired. Very reasonable price. No gouging. I gave the mechanic a $40 tip. Well done.

Proprietor helped me swap to my spare tire, taught me where to place the jack for the next time it happens, and wouldn’t let me pay anything for it. Sarah Deal: They apparently close at midnight and turn the pumps off fifteen minutes before they close. The cops didn't improve the sketchy feel, and this isn't the first time I've seen the employees there not wearing masks and seeming a bit hostile to mask wearing. Your choice if that's a plus or a minus I guess.
Ian MacInerney: Staff were kinda hostile. I came by after they closed, and when I realized my error and started to walk away, they threw a roll of paper towels at me.
Tela Curlan: Mostly enjoy this gas station. They have a good convenience store and gas prices are fair which makes it a good one. Sometime can be slow at mornings, but overall a good one.
Josh Fuller: Great convenance store close to local colleges. They have everything you'd need at 1 am, and their gas prices are usually the best around.
Andrew Brown: The price is alright, but I'm sure you can go elsewhere in Worcester for more affordable rates.

Joel Robbins: So annoyed. I know this is a first world problem but they shut their pumps down before 11:55 p.m. they had told me it shuts down from 12 to 12:15 for shift change. This minute detail cost me about $5 in rewards points on my gas because they dropped from $0.60 off per gallon to $0.20 off after New year's lol FML.

Carl Taylor: This mechanic SUCKS. Went there to change the studs on car. The mechanic change the ones on the back, didn’t change the one on the front because he said it would need bearings, so I took the car home ordered the bearings and decided to drive to work until the parts came. Didn’t notice he broke one of the stud on the front wheel. I’m on the highway driving felt the car start shaking so I pulled over to check. The 7 lug nuts on the two front wheels were loose. I went back to him and told him what happened and he try to blame it on me. Say I was driving too fast. This guy is dangerous don’t go there.
Claritza Jimenez: Worst service I have come across. I took my car to these people thinking they were honest and asked them for a tune-up on my vehicle plus an oil change and they literally took my $310 and did nothing to my car. They said they put sinthetic oil into my vehicle as an oil change but never actually changed the oil nor the filters they just added new oil to the old one. My car sounded so much worse than when I actually gave it to them. I took it to the Mazda dealership to get it checked out after this incident and they explained to me that nothing had been done. I went back to the owner and mechanic and they refused to refund me my money and or to admit what they had done. They took advantage of me because I was a women. Needless to say now we are currently in the middle of a lawsuit. Horrible service do not go there they will steal your money. 0 stars on my part.
