It came an hour late, was barley a scoop of Ice Cream in the wrong flavour and gave us regular cookies vs the 2 vegan ones ordered. (Which if they had called us about we could have figured something out)our.Overall I am disappointed that the quality has dropped so much in the past few visits and this last time was the icing on the cake...
Jessica: These cookies are delicious. Served warm, so flavorful and worth the trip! Went to get a 12 pack for desert for our family after getting dinner in the area, smelled the cookies down the street and we are glad we followed our noses! I will forever compare peanut butter cookies to theirs, best I've ever eaten! Still soft 8 hours later, they didn't last much longer than that so I can't comment further. Yum!
Katie Lauzon: This was so horrible! I paid 28$ for some cold old cookies! They didn’t bring the ice Cream and it took 2 hours to arrive! Oh and the horrendous customer service is the highlight of anyones Saturday Night…..said no one ever!! Get your stuff together Insomnia!! You lost yet another customer!!

sean revoltah: The cookies in my 8 pack were cold/stale. The driver left them outside without handing them off for me to check. To also expect a tip before services rendered is super sketchy. I've gotten great cookies from this location several times and am wicked disappointed

Julia Victoria: I absolutely adore this place. The cupcakes are absolutely delicious and whimsical! I come here at least once or twice a month and get two dozen cupcakes for my employees each time. They are little pricy but worth it! You earn points with every purchase and can later utilize it to get a discount. I got treats here for my wedding, baby shower and many monthly workplace celebrations. Never had a bad order! I’d say the employees working here are much nicer than at Gerardo’s or the Bean Counter, which is also another reason I come here so often. Highly recommend it!

Carlos Deschamps: I used to get these cupcakes weekly when I was a college student 7+ years ago. I happened to be in the area and decided to visit after many years. The quality has stayed the same, the cupcakes are moist and perfectly balanced both inside and outside, and I couldn't resist but get a set of 6 cupcakes. You won't be disappointed if you are in the area and want something to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Molly Burbank: My husband had been wanting to try this place for awhile and we finally made it there on 12/30/22. We were hoping for decent coffee and some yummy treats but our expectations were blown away! We had iced coffee with a shot of flavor and they were SO good. The coffee itself was such great quality, we are huge coffee lovers and these hit the mark. We got little cupcakes for our kids which they loved. We got their fluffernutter treat which was peanut butter and what tastes like homemade fluff between two peanut butter cookies. I was worried it would be too sweet, it wasn't it was UNREAL. We found the prices very reasonable considering the quality of all the products we had. We cannot wait to go back!

James Pang: I stumbled to this place after brunch and I met one of the owner’s who told us they were actually closed. She then decided to let us in and said she’ll see what she has left. She pleasantly showed us an array of desserts and we bought some cupcakes, cheesecakes and cookies. Not only were the desserts some of the best I tried, the owners were some of the nicest people ever.

Christina Rivera: I loved queens cups for a very long time until i made an order with them a while back for my baby showerI paid $100.00 for 24 cupcakes and when I got them they looked like cupcakes you could pick up at the grocery store I was extremely upset but took them anyway because I had already paid so much money for them , they didn’t taste the best either the buttercream tasted really weird and they definitely were not fresh we even let them sit to room temperature before eating them,they make such beautiful stuff and to see mine was very upsetting the icing was not the color I wanted either it looked lime green and they didn’t even bother to make them look cute they just slapped some gold sprinkles on and that was it. (We put the signs in the cupcakes to make them look a little better)

Prior to committing to a type of cake/flavor, I purchased some chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache and peanut butter buttercream. It was delicious and they turned that cupcake into an amazing wedding cake! Mara is so easy to work with and everything was stress free on our wedding day! Thank you so much!

Kayla Hepler: While visiting my boyfriend I decided to start exploring the coffee shops in the Worcester area and this is by far the best one! The service, the coffee, and the pastry’s are all you could ask for. My quiche was amazing and when my hands were full she delightfully carried the desserts I ordered to go to my seat so I could eat it. Skip all the other places and come here you won’t regret it.

Staff is super friendly and seem to genuinely take so much care in serving customers. I'm a baker, and I go to OTR, so definitely check this spot out.
Kelcey O'Neil: Betty is simply incredible! Our family is gluten free and we choose On the Rise for every dessert/pastry need. We've placed numerous custom orders and every single one has been creative and delicious. The flavors are spot on and texture (which is difficult to attain for gluten free desserts) is impeccable. Most importantly, everyone at On the Rise is so friendly and easy to work with. Betty's desserts are always as stunningly beautiful as they are tasty. I wouldn't recommend anywhere but On the Rise!
