Bean Counter Bakery Cafe: what do users think?
Ben goobidiegootch (Spaghetti): there was a time where when anyone asked for a great bakery shop, I'd direct them towards bean counter. but lately, prices have veen going up, and food quality has been stagnating or declining. it is almost $8 for a sandwich, a very mediocre sandwich at best. their bagels are almost 6 dollars, meanwhile Bagel Time down the street has been making them from scratch, theirs are bigger, tastier, and at only half the price.let me clarify all these issues stem from the owners, the baristas are top notch, excellent people and are one of the only few reasons I return at all. their coffee is the only thing going for them these days.
Phil Malm: Been very displeased with this location lately. Overly expensive for low quality customer service and poor quality drinks. I even ordered an iced water and got a cup of piping hot water.
Lizzy: Delicious cupcakes and friendly staff
Tom Hul: Like someone else mentioned, they sell old baked items. Cupcake was awful.
John Finn: I like buying cupcakes and tarts here.
Herb Collins: I always enjoy my regular visits to the Bean Counter!
Tina Gorham: The cake was absolutely delicious and perfect! I ate a ton of it later that night and couldn't stop. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend
Kyle McFatter: Wonderful cozy little spot, a great way to start the day!I love this place! Plenty of fun tasty drinks, and nice breakfast options like bagel sandwiches or pastries. Also it's got a great atmosphere, nice for some quiet or a little chat with a friend. Great place!
Lisa Dobson: Tried the molten lava cake. I had to ask for it to be warmed. It was so good I have not photo to share! Next time lol.
Markos A: Is very good
Sheila Toro: I've been coming here for years. Never bad customer service A+ and always get the Al's Banana foster latte.... but today, it was cold when it was suppose to be a hot latte. Than the female with her acrylics on stayed biting her nails at the cash register , while I waited for my latte to be made by the guy. The guy noticed me waiting for my dessert that she forgot all about because she was distracted behind the counter doing maybe" texting"and nail biting.🤢Hope its better next time.
Kelsey Haggett: We used the Bean Counter Bakery for our GLUTEN FREE wedding cake! For the style, we wanted something classic and timeless, and they created exactly what we were hoping for. Alice was incredibly easy to work with and made the process simple for us. And then the best part - the cake was absolutely delicious. As someone with celiac disease, I wanted to be able to eat my own wedding cake, and the Bean Counter allowed me to do just that. When our guests saw me eating it, they couldn't believe it was GF, that's how good it was. I would highly recommend using them for a wedding cake! But I have also gone to the Bean Counter plenty for coffee and other GF treats, and it never disappoints.
Maliha Alma Marium: The frosting is too sweet. Not to mention, some of the frosting clearly shows that they are old pastry. Old frosting is sort of like playdoh, so you can understand that they do not take time to throw out old items. The coffee tastes horrible. When Starbucks tastes better than a coffee place, that coffee place is not worth going back to. Also, depending on who makes your hot chocolate the taste will vary drastically. Also, bad customer service and they do not follow instructions.
Izzy H: EDIT: I changed my rating due to management responding and policies being more clearly enforced. Since I reviewed this, the employees have immensely improved on allergy accommodations! they've also put a sign up about allergies which is appreciated.
Marilyn Perez: Excellent cake!! Delicious
Michael Lewis: Very good place for a great cup of coffee, way better than Starbucks.
Elizabeth Niejadlik Schauwecker: Favorite coffee shop and bakery in Worcester! Plus its allergy friendly! My friend with celiac disease can enjoy the gluten-free options. I'm lactose intolerant and love the dairy free options specifically the oatmeal whoppie pies. Anyways, in the area or not it's worth the stop in.
meghan tennant: Cute place to stop for breakfast or coffee
Gabriela Braga: The smoothies are fake powder and very sweet, but you get charged like you are getting the real fruit.
Sulena French: The food was outstanding I’ve ordered cakes tarts and luxury cupcakes everything was amazing great taste you can taste how fresh the fruit was it was the most healthiest delicious sugary thing I have ever ate
Wendy Cluff: It is totally worth a wait in line!!! Amazing coffee and pastry.

On The Rise Baking: what do users think?
Leigh Rutkoski: Great scones and breakfast sandwiches!
Lisa Wondolowski: Amazing selection of delicious treats!
Matthew Lincoln: Had a cake made by them it crumbled as it was cut into it. Tarts fell apart too with one bite, and the cookies weren't fully cooked.
April Brady: We hired On the Rise for our wedding cake and they didn’t disappoint! Prior to committing to a type of cake/flavor, I purchased some chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache and peanut butter buttercream. It was delicious and they turned that cupcake into an amazing wedding cake! Mara is so easy to work with and everything was stress free on our wedding day! Thank you so much!
Raphaela Zaruha: 2 words. Veggie quiche. Thank me later! My new favorite breakfast / coffee spot. Love grabbing my book and enjoying a nice breakfast and espresso here. And oh, the scones are fantastic!
Mooman 1313: Fire scones! And the cheesecake is bomb!
Jacqueline Kassis: Good bakery items and th baker was so kind and answered all my questions
Sam kassis: They have good coffee and pastry will stop again
AND: What can I say, I absolutely love this friendly neighborhood patisserie. The cakes, the pastries, and the QUICHE - j'adore! My only regret is that I don't have more calories to spend here.
Laurie Moran: By far the best quiche I’ve had anywhere in the world. Incredible desserts and coffee. I love this place, and Betty🌹 It’s a 10!
J. Njenga: Nice quiet spot. Delicious pastries
Pat Guillette: Excellent!
Bill Krauss: Good pastries
Kayla Hepler: While visiting my boyfriend I decided to start exploring the coffee shops in the Worcester area and this is by far the best one! The service, the coffee, and the pastry’s are all you could ask for. My quiche was amazing and when my hands were full she delightfully carried the desserts I ordered to go to my seat so I could eat it. Skip all the other places and come here you won’t regret it.
Kelly W: This is, hands down, the best bakery in Worcester. The quiche is amazing, croissants are delicious, baked goods are beautiful and just perfect. Iced snickerdoodle latte is my fave. Staff is super friendly and seem to genuinely take so much care in serving customers. I'm a baker, and I go to OTR, so definitely check this spot out.
Kelcey O'Neil: Betty is simply incredible! Our family is gluten free and we choose On the Rise for every dessert/pastry need. We've placed numerous custom orders and every single one has been creative and delicious. The flavors are spot on and texture (which is difficult to attain for gluten free desserts) is impeccable. Most importantly, everyone at On the Rise is so friendly and easy to work with. Betty's desserts are always as stunningly beautiful as they are tasty. I wouldn't recommend anywhere but On the Rise!
mary arello: The MOST fabulous pastry around. The items are mouth watering and taste as fine as they look, everything is freshly made, and going there is an exhilarating experience. The servers are exemplary and so personable, I love this shop, always VERY SATISFYING !!
Kate Sweetser: Everything I've ever had from here has been fantastic, but the cheesecake is to die for. I've ordered them for 3 celebrations in the past year and they were incredible every time.
Kathleen Ross: It is an understatement to say that their cakes both, look and taste amazing!
Joan Golden: Amazing freshly baked pastries and breakfast sandwiches. Wonderful friendly owner Chief Casey!
Donna Quick: Best pastries and service in Worcester county.

Helen's Bakery Shop: what do users think?
Angus MacGyver: Love their danish in all the flavors! The eclairs are the best around with a nice dry pastry, sweet custard filling, and just enough chocolate ganache on top. Their other Swedish baked goods are great as well especially the pepparkakors.
Josh Wright: No frills here but yummy inexpensive breakfast food. Normal bakery stuff. Looks to be the sort of place where they know your name. I enjoyed a freshly cooked bacon egg and cheese on a bagel that was made to order.
StickyIckyTRaiiN: Best bakery in the city. The staff are the great loving people. Get the cornbeef!!!
William White: Some items where good other like apple turnovers truthfully I rather get from BJ's horrible never to buy again sorry
David Lingner: Donuts, eclairs, rugelach, fig squares, and RUSK! We sat inside and enjoyed our eclairs with coffee, then took the rest home. Best rusks in Worcester, and probably anywhere. I've been to Helen's twice during my current visit to my old home town, and I hope to go one more time before I head back to the other coast.
Evan Porter: Bulkie rolls were like the good old days of Widoff's and Lederman's. Chocolate chip cookies and pizzelles were also excellent. Most importantly, the service was friendly and attentive.
Ann Traganos: Breakfast at Helens yayyyy
Exseleon: Charming and very welcoming, pastries and food was delicious, and the staff is very friendly definitely would recommend it to everyone.
Ed: Great sweet apple bread
Hayley Paquin: I was disappointed with the flavor of some of the cookies I ordered. They had a weird gritty texture almost like chewing on sand. There were also MANY bugs and flies in the case that the cookies were kept so I can only imagine how many germs were on them from the flies landing. But oh well!
David Nugiel: Great old fashioned bakery/ breakfast place. Delicious pastries, baked goods and amazing bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. Daily specials!! Close to the turnpike for a quick breakfast detour.
Philippe Telemaque: Nice place to get your sweet
Scott Medina: Breakfast sandwich was great.
BG: It's bread.
Tim OBrien: Great place.
Kathy desrosiers: Helen's is that place near home that your thankful for. Cakes, cookies, hermits, lemon or raspberry rings just to name a few of my favorites. Absolutely yum
YUKKON LA MUZIKARIA Yukkon 69: Amazing bakery
W M: Great little bakery. The hermit cookies are delicious.
Brett Malofsky: Yummy breakfast sandwich, great fresh rolls and amazing cookies and pastries! I will be back!
one tear: Great service great hospitality just great all around
Alexxia Bell: Great stuff....a gem in the area. All is delicious here.

Bean Counter Bakery Cafe: what do users think?
Meredith Moga: Love this spot! I got my wedding cake here and it was delish and Alice was great to work with!We come in now for the great coffee and yummy pastries. Super cute decor inside and the staff are all very nice and friendly.
Dylan Martin: A classy, clean, and fresh cafe and bakery. Great for getting some work done. Excellent pastries
Joe Rosado: Got the oreo and one of there famous vanilla cakes and omg it's to die for
Kathy Gervais: THE MOST AMAZING , DELICIOUS, Jumbo Cupcake 's , Brownies, Bars and Swedish Coffee bread EVER. 10000 STARS Everything Is Soooo Good there. Thank You Alice !!!!
Joe Mangiameli: Nice quiet spot with good deserts and coffee
Janel H: Best bakery in the area!
Mama Jama: Poor customer service!I had been wanting to check this place out for some time and yesterday my dad asked me to go in and check it out. Everything looked amazing. Pricey, but everything looked good. I'm all about trying to support small business so I was willing to try it. My daughter ordered an oreo cupcake which was $7.50, a tad bit crazy but it was pretty good and i could see it required quite some time to make so i guess i understand, my dad ordered an eclair, he said he liked it but he didn't think it was worth the $7.50 price tag, I got the chocolate chip cookie dough something... lol, i thought it was pretty good, but then again, mine was only $4.My issue was when I ordered the raspberry elephant ear and the lady gave me the wrong item and then tried to tell me I didn't ask for what I asked for and then wasn't trying to give me the correct item. The elephant ear was put Into a paper bag, so I couldn't see what i was given, I only took it out a little bit, just enough to bite it because it's sugary and flaky and I was trying to avoid making a mess. I took one bite and then asked my daughter if she wanted a bite, she wanted to see it so I went to take it out the bag and that was when I noticed the lady gave me the wrong item, we were still standing in the restaurant at this time. Immediately I told the lady that she gave me the wrong item and she tried to tell me that I didn't order what I ordered and said she wouldn't give me the correct item because I had taken a bite out of it. I'm not one who likes to have someone try to talk to me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I know what I ordered. Luckily there was another lady there, although she wasn't trying to fix the situation or happy about it, she did Eventually. If the customer service was better I would have given a 5 star review even though we weren't wowed for the prices. I would have given a 1 star if they didn't fix the situation. We probably won't be back, Especially not with the workers that were there yesterday.
Relaxedsoul: Clean store , I bought pastry and honestly wasn't the best I've had.
Dawn Morin (Auntie-Dodo): I ordered my daughter's 19th birthday cake from here, and we were all thrilled with the choice!I chose the White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse cake from their cake menu on the website. It was one of the best cakes we've ever had, and the raspberry mousse filling was sublime! The cake itself had delicious flavor and was moist. We didn't sit and stay in the cafe when we picked up the cake, but we would definitely go back to hang out there. It was spacious and clean.I also got an eclair for my husband when I picked up the cake. He said it was delicious!I would 100% get a cake from Bean Counter in the future.
Stephanie F.: The staff here aren't overly friendly and often have no idea what flavor or ingredients are in the items. Also, $5 for a Cake pop that was way undercooked. I used to love it here but, sadly I don't think I'll be back.
Robert Hill: Simply the best baked goods
Becca Corwin: Alice was so great to work with. The cupcakes we ordered came out perfectly.
Stephen Sycks: Love their 6 inch cakes...just the right size for a small family celebration
Jessica Auger: We had a Pumpkin and Vanilla cake from Bean Counter Bakery for our wedding and it was delicious! So many guests came up to us during and after the wedding to say it was the best cake they had ever had at a wedding before - and I have to agree! Highly recommend Bean Counter Bakery for any big events or to simply treat yourself!
Jackie S: I ordered the vegan Snowflake cake and was not satisfied at all. It was a waste of $91. As I was cutting the cake, the pieces flopped. The cake itself tasted like Duncan Hines artificial cake. Another thing, when I went to the Grove Street location to pick up the cake, the employee Angelica was absolutely wonderful. I felt badly for her that she was working by herself at the front counter while the boss and others were walking back and forth, not even trying to give her a hand.I also asked about the ingredients in a particular vegan dessert, asking about the cream, and was told by the boss that it is vegan based. Ingredients should be listed on the labels of the wrapped desserts. Telling me it was a vegan based cream is not the correct response. I will not go back again.
Bev Peña: We love all the baked goods we have tried. We're fairly new to Worcester and we consider ourselves food/bakery connoisseurs. We were so happy to find the local The Bean Counter. I have dropped in several times in the morning or later in the day to grab dessert for after dinner. BUT, this morning was my last attempt. I walk in, it's not busy in the morning which is a plus. The employees see me and then ignore me for almost 10 minutes each time. Nobody in front of me, or maybe 1 person ahead of me. There's always 2 people working, one will be preparing a beverage. This has happened 2 other times. Last evening, we decided to get dessert from Bean Counter, we checked the hours and saw that they close at 6pm on Sundays. We got there at 5pm, 2 other customers there as well. It was dark and door locked. There was a girl behind the counter mouthed "sorry". I am so disappointed. Acknowledge customers, if there are 2 or 3 in line, take orders and then go do your thing. Time to find a new place
Adam Ross: Fast and friendly service in a bright clean café setting. The sandwiches are great; fresh quality ingredients. The coffee is good but their flavored lattes make for a wonderful morning treat. A great place for a sit down chat in-between errands.
Labbe: Small place with good coffee but it gets very busy.
Force410: Bean Counter Bakery is our go-to for all delicious celebratory needs! Founder and owner Alice Lombardi takes pride in what she does, and it shows in the final products. We have never had a cake or cupcakes we did not thoroughly love and devour from her or her team at Bean Counter Bakery! Most recently, I ordered two custom cakes and cupcakes from them for my wife's surprise 30th birthday party. The goal was to have the sides of the cake look like my wife's childhood bedroom's wallpaper. Alice prioritized me with multiple phone calls to outline the pricing, review what is possible and what is not possible, and ensure our visions of what we wanted aligned. It was difficult because usually there is an in person consultation, but because of how far away I currently live (the party was being hosted in MA since my family lives there though), we could not do an in person consultation. Despite this, Alice worked with me (multiple times) by phone to ensure the cakes were exactly what I hoped for.And boy did she deliver! The sides of the cakes were immediately recognizable from my wife's old childhood bedroom, and the cake toppers were nicely done with printed photos of my wife as a newborn and on her actual 30th birthday pasted with white chocolate onto a mold of fondant for the topper. Unfortunately, the printer for printing the photos on the cake broke just the day before, so this was not possible, but Alice quickly called to inform me, and pivoted with the above idea at no additional charge! The cakes were spectacular, matching exactly what I had envisioned aside from the lack of printed photos on the cake (again, not within anyone's control as the printer broke just before the day of the party). The words written on the cake were delivered just as promised to celebrate my wife's big day, and the toppers were placed nicely to display her photos prominently. Alice even went the extra step to add clouds to the borders of the top of the cake at no extra charge since the printer broke! The sides of the cake were absolutely beautiful, and truly highlights the work that her and her team do at Bean Counter Bakery. Again, they matched the wallpaper from my wife's childhood bedroom, with ornate details including the phenomenal watercolor effect done with frosting, the fluffy buttercream clouds and swirls, and the beautiful faces of the sun and moon from the wallpaper! The faces were all done with buttercream too - no fondant! - and came out so accurately (not cartoonish at all in my opinion!).Plus, of course, the carrot and red velvet cakes were delicious!! The red velvet is uniquely its own creation at Bean Counter Bakery, and the carrot cake was nailed - two favorites of my wife's! Furthermore, all of this was done in a timely manner - all set and ready to go for pick up before the surprise birthday party.Everyone at the party, and most of all my wife, was impressed with the cakes. Even the staff at the venue were asking where the cake was from so they could take note and order from Bean Counter Bakery in the future. And I almost forgot to mention the cupcakes - WOW! To have such heaping gobs of edible cookie dough on top of these cupcakes was amazing. They should truly be a regular flavor offered at Bean Counter. Everyone was RAVING about the cupcakes thanks to that heap of edible cookie dough on top. We would definitely purchase these again should they be available.Overall, I would recommend Bean Counter Bakery every time asked about which bakery to go to for all cake/cupcake needs. The cost is reasonable (higher of course with custom orders and with more details and colors needed) given the quality of the products you receive.Alice and her team are outstanding, and please go check them out at their flagship site on Grove St in Worcester if you haven't already. They even have other baked goods and coffee there for a relaxing way to start your day. And trust me, you won't be leaving without a cake or cupcake! With warmest regards for Bean Counter Bakery,Javin
David M: Actually very good pricing.
Todd Church: Good treat, pastries, decent coffee . A little pricey for the coffee sizes . But I would recommend it .

The Queen's Cups: what do users think?
Julia Victoria: I absolutely adore this place. The cupcakes are absolutely delicious and whimsical! I come here at least once or twice a month and get two dozen cupcakes for my employees each time. They are little pricy but worth it! You earn points with every purchase and can later utilize it to get a discount. I got treats here for my wedding, baby shower and many monthly workplace celebrations. Never had a bad order! I’d say the employees working here are much nicer than at Gerardo’s or the Bean Counter, which is also another reason I come here so often. Highly recommend it!
Christina Slocomb: Wow!! Key lime cookie stuffed with cream cheese! My first time but not my last time visiting.
Carlos Deschamps: I used to get these cupcakes weekly when I was a college student 7+ years ago. I happened to be in the area and decided to visit after many years. The quality has stayed the same, the cupcakes are moist and perfectly balanced both inside and outside, and I couldn't resist but get a set of 6 cupcakes. You won't be disappointed if you are in the area and want something to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Anne Durand: Sooo good
Nick Burbank: ☕ made fresh Infront of you. Peanut butter and fluff cookie and cupcakes. All Delicious!!
Molly Burbank: My husband had been wanting to try this place for awhile and we finally made it there on 12/30/22. We were hoping for decent coffee and some yummy treats but our expectations were blown away! We had iced coffee with a shot of flavor and they were SO good. The coffee itself was such great quality, we are huge coffee lovers and these hit the mark. We got little cupcakes for our kids which they loved. We got their fluffernutter treat which was peanut butter and what tastes like homemade fluff between two peanut butter cookies. I was worried it would be too sweet, it wasn't it was UNREAL. We found the prices very reasonable considering the quality of all the products we had. We cannot wait to go back!
Matthew Bernasconi: VERY very talented and creative person who makes the cakes and cupcakes!!! They've earned my return business many times over now and I've never been disappointed. Oh and they are so delicious!
Abby Baker: Cupcakes were delicious.
James Pang: I stumbled to this place after brunch and I met one of the owner’s who told us they were actually closed. She then decided to let us in and said she’ll see what she has left. She pleasantly showed us an array of desserts and we bought some cupcakes, cheesecakes and cookies. Not only were the desserts some of the best I tried, the owners were some of the nicest people ever.
Crystal Rahaim: So delicious!
Nivia C: The young ladies at the counter where friendly but the iced latte had a tad to much milk. The cannoli filled chocolate chip cookie super delicious and my kid gobbled down the M&M cookie. Would definitely go back for the baked goods but probably not the latte. Very cute spot.
Nahani Meuse: Fabulous, locally owned bakery. Assortment of options. Though most known for their Matilda cupcake, I prefer their cherry cheesecake! Sooooo good. They even offer pet cupcakes! Friendly staff. Amazing prices.
Dwarakesh Nallan: Great gourmet cup cakes!
Mariana Muniz: The best cupcakes around!
Christina Rivera: I loved queens cups for a very long time until i made an order with them a while back for my baby showerI paid $100.00 for 24 cupcakes and when I got them they looked like cupcakes you could pick up at the grocery store I was extremely upset but took them anyway because I had already paid so much money for them , they didn’t taste the best either the buttercream tasted really weird and they definitely were not fresh we even let them sit to room temperature before eating them, they make such beautiful stuff and to see mine was very upsetting the icing was not the color I wanted either it looked lime green and they didn’t even bother to make them look cute they just slapped some gold sprinkles on and that was it. (We put the signs in the cupcakes to make them look a little better)
Dawn Geoffroy: I’m so thankful for the Queens cups. One stop shopping for vegan, gluten-free, and regular baked goods when I am hosting a party or celebrating with friends. Thank you for your delicious selections!
Sydney Manthe: Lovely macarons, beautiful patterns on them too. Lemon is to die for ! A bit pricey I bought 4 macarons and a cake pop and it was $17 but honestly it was worth it for the flavor and the quality!
audra hauck: Beautiful little place. So many yummy things. Bought 7 to try. So far so good.
Vaughn Garabedian: The magic bars, nutty butter, coconut creme pie, and the funny bone are my favorite treats!! 😍 So fresh and delicious 😋 not only was I satisfied with the treats, but the bakery in general is so clean, staff was friendly and they always are very helpful. One of my favorites in the canal district ❤️
Cale Putnam: Ordered a batch of 40 monster truck/Grave Digger themed cupcakes for a birthday party, individually wrapped, and they were all each in their own little plastic boxes with ribbon! The cupcakes looked great and tasted even better.
V Ramirez: Love the variety of cupcakes. Its nice there's options for both adults and kids. My family really loves coming here when we're in the mood for a yummy treat.

European Bakery & Pastry: what do users think?
Diana: Grew up coming to this bakery. Wow, has it declined over the years… The past 4 times I have gone in for pączki, they have been extremely dry or they have give me the wrong kind of filling that I requested. Horrible. I have learned my lesson to let this place go the same way the new owners have.
Izik Kohanim: Excellent tasty soul-fulfilling treats and amazing breads. Real quality ingredients. This brings you back to what the good bakeries used to be about. A true gem and a taste of the old country. Oh yeah, and fantastic customer service!
Serena Neslusan LMHC: Delicious nut bread!
M S: Like stepping off of a plane into Europe! Delicious pastries, breads, and sweets! Definitely recommend checking this place out!
Stephen Moniak: Brest bakery in worcester, best selection ,friendly staff
Kevin Miller: A little hard to get to. Weird rotary. Very good bakery.
Joe Wilkins: The best Polish rye bread. Great desserts.Staff is awesome. Plenty of parking.
Megan Stowe: Loved the paska and supporting Ukrainian refugees. I will be back to try the desserts and various breads.
Stephen Creaghan: The real deal. Nice people, family run.
Katya Maiser: This is a Polish bakery not a European deli. Good butter cookies and breads. Friendly service and seasonal variety. They clearly do stay in their own/Polish lane so their name should reflect that.
Jonathan Arsenault: I got some butter cookies and a cinnamon roll for my mother. However it's hard for a bakery to have gluten free options too. They don't.
Adam Steiner: As I write this I'm eating the loaf of challah bread I got here. Delicious. Rye bread, amazing. Sprinkle cookies, buttery goodness. I was referred to this place and it did not disappoint one bit. I will be back again and again.
kelley Horner: Great staff, very friendly delicious breads pastries and the cakes😘😘😘.
Arteria's Arts, interior decor: Nice Polish bakery, nice staff, clean. Good variety of choices. Will go again.
Ben Myers: Superb Eastern European style rye bread, no seeds.
Ralph M Bohm: 02/06/2021OMG! Having just loaded up at the wonderful deli next door, I didn't think I could find another wonderful place but there it is! A "two-fer". A real bakery like the ones I grew up with in New York.Real Chruschiki! But what really made this a great stop was the kind lady behind the counter. What a wonderful person who made this first time stopping in a nice memory. If you stop in and happen to remember, tell her the truck driver from Maine is thinking of her. :-)
Vito Fintzel: Great Polish pastries, breads, tortes, and donuts baked the old fashioned way! Yummy!!!!
edwin vermette: Great taste on all fresh baked goods yummy ...bread there so soft love our rys bread we buy for rubens we make at home ...apple pie yummy also great taste.wife and i love it
Barbara T.: Love the product!
J K: As a wife of a Polish American man, this place is a must for anyone who embraces Polish heritage. I really like Polish donut (called Pączki), even more than Dunkin donuts! When I come in Sat. morning, I pick up their bread rolls because they taste so delicious with butter / spreads.Their breads are nothing like a grocery shop's bakery department. Natural without preservatives. But you do need to finish the bread within a week or it gets stale or moldy. I definitely recommend this place. The owner and shop clerks can speak Polish but they also speak English as well.
Jbar Rutl: Love this place!!!! Great neighborhood bakery. Friendly people. Great baked goods. Love it!!

craigfitzy21: Sandwiches and sweets are all amazing. This place might make me fat one day
Butch Mula: Small bakery but the cookies were great and the staff was very friendly
Brian S: Try the meatball sliders,Iim addicted to them, great staff, friendly service. Great pastry's, Great place!!!

Christopher Laythe: Great prices and food. I ordered a dessert platter for my uncle's celebration of life this past weekend and the price was well worth it for the amount we got. Also everyone enjoyed everything too. Highly recommend this place.
sherrie colebrook: The raspberry turnover was delicious! Service was great! The girl behind the counter was very kind!
Dot: Best lobster tail pastries Also delicious turnovers
Lynn Largesse: OMG cannolis lobster tails are to die for not a good place to go if your on a diet their cakes are the best. Has not changed. 👍
Jacob Racine: Fantastic pastries, good sandwiches although a bit pricey. Still a great place to grab lunch.
Amanda Muldoon: I always get the Italian sandwich and it is the best in Worcester. I decided to order a birthday cake and it was fantastic! It fed about 30 people and everyone was raving about it and taking slices home. This is the spot to get a cake (and Italian sandwich).
Jacqueline Doiron: Always get my cakes and pastries here! And now my deli meats! Just celebrated my mom's 85th birthday and every year I seem to get the same cake with raspberry filling inside! It is so delicious!
Kristie Warner: Great pastries, homemade sauce and super good homemade meatballs... And I'm Italian and Swedish so I know good meatballs, "gravy" & awesome pastry.Makes great subs as well!!!
Moe Jash: could’ve gotten a fresher cake at the gas station.inside of cake was as soft and moist as a tire.
Krysta D: We drove an hour just to pick up a few sandwiches and eat them in the car, and boy! Was it worth it!! You can tell the people here really take pride in what they do. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious! The bread is soft, the veggies and meats are fresh. This place does not disappoint!
K Grim: A gem!! The pastries are delicious!!
Todd Church: Good sandwiches, wonderful treat and pastries, cakes and so on . You won't be disappointed
HJ Manzari: Overrrated and overpriced. Nowhere to sit. Sandwiches were salty. Meatball sub small and way too expensive. I would not return. Ok. I have to admit the cannoli were quite good. Kudos there!
Josh Wright: Wonderful bakery , super friendly staff. Bakery cases are always full of amazing creations. This shop could be in any European village and yet here it is just off a rotary in Worcester.
Patrick Swayze: Best lobster tails in the city. Also the deli has great sandwiches. Great everything really.
