Best Dental Hygienist Worcester Near Me

Kris Kross: I would NOT recommend this practice. I went here for the first time for a deep clean, and was told I should come for cleanings every 3 months afterward. I actually upgraded my dental insurance for this year to cover this frequency of visit, and called in March to start booking my appointments. I was told they had nothing until SEPTEMBER! Why would you tell a patient to come every three months when you know you're understaffed and overbooked to that extent? I'm paying for a premium dental plan so I can fit in ONE VISIT a year? I will be seeing a new dentist.If you're coming here for a one-time procedure, maybe it will work for you, but I would NOT recomment Monica Gobran and Assoc. as anybody's ongoing, regular dentist.

Marissa Lussier: I had honestly the most bizarre dental experience i’ve ever had here, I came in for a new patient appointment and was told immediately that someone had been trying to reach me about my old x-rays when I had gotten no voicemails and neither of the numbers listed had called me at any point. I asked if it were okay to just do new x-rays to which they asked me how many which I have never been asked before and didn’t know how to answer, so I just said the two points where I had been having pain and that I have extreme dental anxiety. The hygienist was super sweet and took care of the x-rays and took pictures of my teeth and told me the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Gobran came in eventually and did a thorough exam, I told her I had been having pain to the point where I couldn’t eat on either sides of my mouth and again that I had extreme dental anxiety. Once I was sitting upright again she shrugged and asked if I wanted to wait until my old x-rays came in and I agreed because I wasn’t sure what that meant exactly, and I do freeze easily when i’m anxious situations. I realized a few seconds later that Dr. Gobran had left the exam room and that I was asking the hygienist if there was any type of treatment that they could tell now considering I had just had an exam done and Dr. Gobran was giving some type of numbers to the hygienist during the exam. I also mentioned that I had questions about the oral sedation mentioned on the website. She went to get Dr. Gobran to come back into the exam room only to come back minutes later and say that she told her to tell me that she’ll call me when the x-rays come in with a treatment plan and that I had to come back the next week for a separate consultation. I was honestly appalled and so disappointed that I was not only leaving without a treatment plan (after having had an exam) but that Dr. Gobran wouldn’t come back into the room to answer my questions- considering all of the exam rooms are open door I could see that I was the only patient there. After that point I felt so uncomfortable trusting them with my future care that I just accepted that my questions would go unanswered. This was late January and I still have not gotten a call back, at this point I’ve had several more visits with a different dentist and already have gotten the treatment done that I needed. I don’t really understand how this practice has hundreds of incredible reviews yet I had this strange, awkward, and uncomfortable experience but needless to say I would advise others it is not worth the potential waste of time if you have severe dental anxiety.

I had a lot of anxiety going into the day especially with being awake. Dr Harry and Andrea did a phenomenal job of easing my nerves and talking me through everything. I had gone through several procedures (regular cleaning, filling, root canal, crown) at 64 highland dental during my time in Worcester. Most of the work were performed by Dr. Kasouha.The quality of their work passed the test of time. My current dentist said the previous work, especially the root canal and crown, were remarkable and well performed.

Dr. Kim explained the situation and recommends a consult with an Endocrinologist. I was concerned of course and made an appointment with a specialist. Dr. Albert Kim is an easy doctor to speak with and found him to be concerned for my well being.

My insurance was not in-network any longer. I found Common Park Dental on Google and I am so glad I did! I was very happy with my service. They have great up-to-date dental equipment. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, informative, and very professional. They took the time to wipe everything down as they finished each step. I have already recommended them to 3 people in my family and will continue to recommend them. We were in a rush with new patient paperwork and getting my appointment started at exactly 1:20 pm. They were so friendly, patient, and helpful. I was able to finish my paperwork after the appointment. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome.

courtney collins: I don’t write bad reviews usually not worth my time but I have to say I had the best dental work 5000$ worth as a teenager done no tmj issues ever or cavities I don’t even like sweets always brush and floss multiple times a day and ever since I’ve been going to common park I now have tmj a filling fell out a year after having them put it in causing me horrible pains for weeks I have surgery coming up and cannot have an infection as I explained to them they refused to help me until I had to fight with the office manager who told me it was my fault the filling fell out because I hadn’t come in for a cleaning mind you it’s only been a year and obviously with covid hasn’t been easy. The day they finally put the filling back in of course they rushed it and were mad at me for complaining about pain and infection I had to go to the ER from projectile vomiting after they filled it which they sent me home with nothing. The hospital was upset with their poor care and told me the tmj is from not filing down the filling so that my bite is correct my jaw now clicks really bad I wake up with migraines so I had to buy a mouth guard. Knowing I was suffering that day they never followed up to check how I was doing instead they were rude, didn’t want to help me etc not happy still in pain and have to visit a different office to correct their mistakes.Because of all the proof I have of their poor work and my ER visit may be taking up a lawsuit I’ve wasted so much money paying for braces to correct my teeth for 6 years and they screwed up my teeth.

ricky amoros: So I just literally finished my first visit with Common Park Dental and it's by far the best dental office I have ever been to. Plain and simple! The staff is very friendly and the dentist and Doctor are very informative and habitual when it comes to what they do and how the do it. Good luck finding a better place!
