Worcester Oral Surgery, P.C.: what do users think?
Chris Barbieri: I had a great experience here the Dr and his staff walk me through all the procedures and made me feel really comfortable since I had fear of dentist since I was little kid.I had 6 teeth extracted and had the iv sedation it went by so fast I highly recommend this dentist office for anyone who has fear of the dentist
Amy E: Happy with my experience. Kind and professional doctor and staff. I would recommend. Masshealth doesn't cover here fyi.
Jada S: Awesome staff. Quick and easy wisdom teeth removal
Sonya Brock: Just had a tooth pulled yesterday as part of an implant procedure. Dr. Gill and the hygienists were incredible, friendly and the procedure could not have gone better. I've had bad experiences so I have a lot of dental anxiety; they walked me through each step, helped me get comfortable and it was over before I knew it. IV was painless and I had no swelling and very minimal soreness for about an hour after the novocaine wore off. I only needed one round of pain pills and I'm feeling great. Dr. Gill made a phone call the day of my surgery to check on me. Definitely recommend.
Rhyannonn Hobbs: The nurse was a sweetheart. The receptionist did a great job helping make sure I got as much done before the appointment as possible. But the doctor was terrible. He blamed me for not getting my wisdom teeth out sooner, sorry something that didn't cause pain when we didn't have insurance wasn't a priority. He was dismissive of the questions I did have and just kept running through his little speech. Terrible bedside manner. He made faces at me when I said I was only in the state for a week, when I had TRIED to get everything set up over the phone so it WOULD work to fit in the time frame.
Jun Lamarche: This is a wonderful practice and I’m truly impressed by the level of professionalism, expertise, and overall pleasant experience that’s been shown by the staff here. My daughter had to have teeth extracted and they immediately made her feel at ease, letting her watch a movie, etc and I’m grateful she won’t have a fear of getting dental procedures done bc of her experience here, as well as at her pediatric dentist. Also, the front desk staff is excellent, especially Kara, who goes above and beyond on everything I’ve asked for her assistance on. She’s definitely an asset to this practice. Overall, very highly recommended!!
Ryan Angelo: Nice people and caring, but the billing and the way they deal with insurance is completely backwards. They estimate what you will owe from your deductible and make you pay that, then refund you back what actually gets paid by insurance. Never had to do with any other doctor, even another oral surgeon. So now I am out $468, and have to wait for insurance and I will probabaky end up getting $300 back after. Just crazy!!! Be aware before you decide to use them.
Dawna Mendes: I had an appointment here. On the day of my appointment for oral surgery I was told that conveniently I was not on the schedule. I was also told that they double booked appointments and could not be squeezed in due to this. My appointment was made on the 8th of November for December 18th. I had to schedule a appointment somewhere else to be seen. So please don't waste your time with this place as I have. It was not worth it in the end. Gentle Dental has an oral surgeon who doesn't double book.
Caitlyn Waddell: Amazing place! I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and everything about Worcester Oral Surgery was exceptional! Everyone there is so nice and kind! They are easy to schedule with and treat everyone like family! Highly recommend!!
Meghan Dunn: The staff here is absolutely amazing. I had four wisdom teeth pulled and they were so informative from the initial consultation all the way to post surgery. Dr Gill even gave me a call the same night of my surgery asking if everything was going okay. Truly great nurses to get you well prepared as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs dental treatment.
Hamid Mohaghegh: On 3 occasions, Dr. Jas S. Gill, oral surgeon at Worcester Oral Surgery, P.C., has performed oral surgery on two of my children. About 3 weeks ago, while leaving his office after my son’s oral surgery, I felt compelled to write this review as a pharmacist and a former Hospital admisinistrator to let everyone know about how impressed I have been with Dr. Gill and his great medical team in a manner that they have taken care of my children. At this great medical office, one can expect the perfect balance of amazing professional competence, highest quality of care, and fantastic bedside manners! We are truly grateful for medical services that we have received from Dr. Gill and his staff.
Samantha Griggs: My husband had his wisdom teeth taken out here. Fabulous service. My husband had no post op pain, and was treated well. Highly recommend
Katherine B: I recently had my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Gill and had a great experience, as far as recovery, procedure, and patient treatment goes. Would definitely recommend this location!
Sandra B: I recently took my daughter to have a tooth pulled and she is petrified of dentists. We saw Dr Gill , who explained the whole procedure and made us feel very comfortable . My daughter had the tooth taken out with gas, it was painless and we even got a call from the doctor in the evening to check on my daughter ,which I think shows that they really care. I have already recommended this office to many other people.

Crompton Park Oral Surgery & Implant Associates, LLC: what do users think?
Christopher Pantazi (The real Chris P): These folks were amazing across the board!!! The procedure was conducted with the upmost care and professionalism. I would give them more than five stars if I could.
Brittany G: Didn't wait til I was numb to start pulling my tooth out, asked if I could feel pain and I said yes, proceeded to rip my tooth out anyways. Man was rude the entire time, very unprofessional. Don't give them your money.
Roger Godbout: i'm in my seventy.s and had my last 15 teeth extracted while awake.I highly recommend Dr Kelly and his staff especially Kaye. They all made me feel very comfortable and with very little pain
emma snow: I got 4 wisdom teeth removed here. First of all, he stitched my inner cheek to my gums, leaving me in large amounts of pain until the sutures finally dissolved. Then, when I developed an infection in my lower left extraction site, he stuck a prong into the hole from the infection without warning me what he was doing or how bad it was going to hurt. I cried while he drained the infection and the only person who showed any remorse was his lovely assistant who consoled me the entire time. He was not gentle whatsoever and when I continued to cry after he was finished and he seemed to only want to get me out of the office. I'm no dentist so I don't know if either of these things are a common practice but I wish he would have at least explained these things to me before I was put in excruciating amounts of pain. Horrible bedside manner.
Erin Parker: I got 4 wisdom teeth extracted last week and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Kelly and his staff made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Usually these things make me nervous but it was truly a breeze. The day after the surgery I got a call from the office checking up on me and reminding me of the aftercare. I wouldhighly recommend this office!
Shane Collins: Very Good Had 2.... Teeth Extractions No problem
Diana Comer: Safe professional friendly. Very pleased with the whole experience when I had to have a tooth extracted during this pandemic
Laurie Rozell: The staff @ Crompton Park Oral Surgery are professional, empathetic, caring, & understanding. They know that their patients are anxious about their procedure, & they put you at ease the best they can.Dr. Kelly is phenomenal, professional, and funny. Before I was anesthetized, they clarified the procedure I was there to have. When I was woken up, they had already given my ride discharge instructions as well as myself. The say afterwards, the office called my home to check up on me. You dont get this kind of care from most dental officesI highly recommend Crompton Park Oral Surgery for any specialized work you need done!
Maher Shaikh: Really nice staff.
Michelle Backhus: They helped my daughter get through having teeth pulled and me with paperwork. The staff and Dr. Kelly were amazing.
Ann Marie Cummins: Dr Kelly and his staff are professional, sensitive to their patients needs and extremely proficient in their work. I was very anxious before my extraction but my fears were quickly put to rest. Dr Kelly and his excellent assistant Erica spent a great deal of time with me before as well as after the procedure. The morning after, I received a call from the office to inquire how I was doing!....What more can I say..... EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT CARE!.....Thank you very much.
Kristy Kaminski: Refused to see me unless I was a patient of 4 other dentists.
Lisa Liao: Staff was very friendly and professional throughout the surgery and recovery.
Anthony Bello: From booking the appointment to going for my consultation everything was exceptionally smooth and efficient, everyone was helpful and courteous and made me feel extremely comfortable
Adam Bengtson: Went for wisdom teeth. They took them out, no complaints was fast and the people are nice
jeff Campbell: Efficient and kind.
dj peters: I needed to have a couple of back molars removed. I had prior experience at Crompton Park Oral Surgery. Dianne at the front desk is always especially welcoming as is all staff. Doctor Kelly is very personable , gentle and kind. He makes his patients feel very comfortable and is a highly skilled Orel Surgeon. I desired to be IV sedated and Dr . Kelly administered the medication with extreme skill. I always feel comfortable at the office and with Dr. Kelly's expertise. I highly recommend, without hesitation, this Dental practice to anyone requiring this specific type of oral care.
Julia Gamache: Everyone was super nice and helpful.
Jennifer Joubert: Awful. I brought my girlfriend here to get her wisdom teeth out. She was nervous about the needles. Dr Kelly went to give her the iv. Grabbed her arm and she asked him to let go for a minute so she could calm herself. He said no. I told him to let go. He said no and when she tried to pull away he clamped down on her arm, leaving bruises. Awful experience. No bedside manner at all. I would advise him to switch careers and not work with living beings. He is easily the most insensitive doctors I have ever seen. I would not recommend him for anyone who is even slightly nervous for surgery. I would also not recommend him for anyone who expects to be treated with respect. He needs to be taught the words "no" and "stop".
Richard Pinkes: Pleasant Staff, Knowledgeable oral surgeon, calming and painless.
Tammy Ducharme: Very professional staff, and Dr Kelly is nice and experienced.

Baystate Oral Surgery Associates: what do users think?
Alex Robles: This place can change your appointment for their convenience but if you call to change it for yours they het upset. Either have a policy about same day cancellations or don’t. My time is just as valuable as theirs why should I be waiting for a Dr. To get out of surgery so the staff can ask him what to do. With the exception of Fiona the staff I spoke with were childish and unprofessional. If you have anxiety issues don’t go there they don’t care!
Dmytro Tkachuk: They simply refused to help the child and asked us to leave the office after I wanted to be with my child during the visit. Because it's not their policy they said. Why can't parents stay with the child? Have you ever heard of the Hippocratic Oath?
Paul Blanchard: Dr shen was great did a great job very explainitive as to the procedeture and Lisa his assistants was very nice to my daughter who has anxiety issues the whole procedures and that thing would be just fine and that's how it turned out desk staff was very nice also so these people that had issues in past might just have been having bad day but in other hand you can't please everyone thank you Dr when Lisa and staff
Jenny Aponte: My 16 year old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth’s removed. Lisa, the dental hygienist assistant was amazing, she knew what she was doing and was right on top of everything. Made us feel comfortable and at ease. Great team and place.
belinda nabiswa: Had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr shen my recovery was fast went for a follow up and was given the seal of approval that my teeth were healed. I would like to thank Dr shen and dental associates for taking care of me when i was in pain and knocked out on anesthesia I was anxious but this was all taken care of thanks to the dream team
Matjane Mataj: I wish I read the reviews before going there. Dr Shen was the worst. My son has anxiety with dr, waited 2 weeks for this appointment and my son started screaming he was scared, who is 6 years old by the way. Didn’t look at my son, he said “you need to leave” you’re scaring my patients. I asked to speak to the manager and while I was talking to her he came again and and asked to leave or he was going to call the police on me. What kind of dr does that? He was so rude and mean. I have never been treated this way. I wish I could give zero stars. The worst experience of my life. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. The rudest dr I have ever met.
Nate Hopkins: Really appreciate the service provided here. They helped me with a very difficult wisdom teeth removal operation and were caring and committed throughout my post-op appointments. I am grateful for all that the Baystate Oral Surgery Associates have done and continue to do
Stephanie Diaz: If I could give zero stars I definitely would!! My daughter was referred here because she has high anxiety with any dentist. Long story short, she was tearing up before she even sat in the chair. Dr. Chen kept saying “I don’t have time for this” “We are short staffed” “I canceled a couple patients today already” I grabbed my daughter and left & would never return. I called the receptionist shortly after who was super nice, the only helpful person in that office and she took my complaint. ZERO STARS!!!
Brittany Clark: Extremely happy with Bay State Oral. Definitely would recommend. This was our second visit to an oral surgeon within 2 months. Unfortunately the care my daughter received prior was a terrible experience compared to our care at Bay State. Such a kind, caring, and knowledgeable surgeon. Explained everything thoroughly through every visit. The whole Staff was fantastic and really understanding and friendly and thorough. No attitudes in this office! Everyone works professionally together from start to finish.I’m so grateful for them and the care they gave my 13 year old daughter.
Stacey Mcdonald: Dr. Shen and his staff are wonderful. I myself have had dental work done here as well as my eight year old daughter. Everyone in the office is extremely kind, caring and thorough. I’ve called in between visits with questions and received call backs from Dr. Shen himself answering all my questions. He and his staff have gone above and beyond any time myself or my family has been to the office, making everyone feel comfortable. All dental work that has been done has been done properly with no issues, pain free and in a comforting environment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for an Oral Surgeon for themself or their children.
Eden Sidlo: had all 4 wisdom teeth removed here, great experience. i was very nervous but they were very kind and helped me calm down. one complaint: sometime during the surgery (i was put out for it) a seperate incision was accidentally made, on the outside of my gum a little behind my lower canine, that ended up needing stitches. they did not inform me of the cut post-op, i discovered it myself later that day after the heaviest of pain meds wore off. healed perfectly fine though
Evan Daigneault: Such a great group of people I was so worried going in and left with a smile on my face.. I was expecting an extraction to hurt but it was pain free thanks dr shen
Carrie Gannon: Dr. Chen is a terrible human being and dentist that needs to lose his license. He was very aggressive to my non verbal autistic 7 year old sweet boy. He was screaming at him about eating a cracker in his office and said what am I gonna do with him. He can’t listen. I explained he is severely disabled and he yelled at us to leave and he wouldn’t treat my son that was in severe tooth pain.. We left in tears. I’m consulting with an attorney! Avoid this monster at all costs ! He needs to lose his license!
Angie Dickieson: Dr. Shen and his staff are amazing!!! I had two teeth extracted and I am petrified of needles and did not feel a thing. The entire procedure was painless. Thanks again Dr. Shen
s hanks: My daughter's 4 wisdom teeth extraction was scheduled for 915 today. We followed all presurgery instructions, including my daughter wearing pajamas. I took time off work, and her from school. After the hour drive from my house, while trying to keep her anxiety down, we arrived on time. When I called to let them know we were there, I was informed that her surgery had been CANCELED because I didn't answer the 2 confirmation calls (to remind of the date and time) Usually the calls say call the office if you need to reschedule. I understand why some offices charge a fee for missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice. It wastes the doctor's time and money. I would say if people keep pulling no-shows to an office that is prebooked for weeks, they could even charge 100 dollars for a missed surgery. But what about MY TIME MONEY AND GAS. I don't have sick time. Time off is not payed. And my daughter missed school, had anxiety and now has to go through it all again when we come back in MAY. I have never heard of an office cancelling appointments due to a missed call. Not sure if this is really their asinine policy, or just complete incompetence. Either way, they need to retrain reception, or implement a missed appointment fee for people who don't show up.
Victoria Obvious: I don’t recommend at all
karen Mckissick: I had aniexty the oral surgeon was very rude to me .I wasn't allowed to go back to office because missed two appointments because of my aniexty
macy sharp: If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I woke up half way through having all four wisdom teeth extracted, and the doctor said my eyes were open and they just held my arms in place and finished the surgery. On top of that, all stitches dissolved in 2 days rather than a week or two, leaving huge painful holes in my face. When I called to have them release me as a patient to my regular dentist I was literally yelled at and then put on hold in the middle of talking. The receptionist even had the audacity to say I was making it up. Incredibly unprofessional staff and less than decent dentistry.
Leigh B: Such great staff! They were so kind. They helped me prepare when I needed two teeth extracted and got me in as soon as they could. It was quick, easy, didn’t feel pain and I felt like the whole staff was so helpful. I highly recommend you check this out if you have anxiety, or just want a good job done 🙂 10/10 for me
Nina Anina: My experience was amazing. I did 4 wisdom teeth in one extraction and I didn't have any pain AT ALL. I was only sore and obviously uncomfortable not being able to open my mouth. A day after surgery, I was back to eating my regular foods and pursuing my life as normal. Thank you so much for such great performance!
shaolay jiang: Dr. Shen is an excellent oral surgeon. Very skilled! Have been going to him for years. Trust him completely!!!

New England Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery: what do users think?
Dianne Milewski: Everyone there put me at ease as my tooth was pulled out.. Dr Beanland was very professional but very caring that I was at ease during the procedure. Keep up the great work Dr Beanland and staff that help him.
Amy Gustavson: Staff were understanding, respectful, knowledgeable, compassionate. It's a team work effort, from receptionist to techs. All creating a comfortable positive environment. The go beyond extras in care was comforting and reassuring. Dr T. Kang was wonderful to work with, down to earth, understanding and took every measure for a swift successful procedure. The office and rooms are clean and well organized. I am a huge whimp when it comes to dentists and procedures...bu if i ever need another extraction, I would not hesitate to have dental work at New England Oral surgery
Evelyn Dankwah: Everyone was so kind to us thank you so much 😊
Jake Nahkala: Great
Curtis LeBeau: Great experience. Everyone was extremely nice and comforting. Friendly staff. Very professional.
colleen triola: I had to have a tooth pulled and I can’t say enough about Dr. Beanland and his staff! The whole process was amazingly easy and painless and the nurse was so kind and thorough. The entire staff was amazing. I f you need any oral surgery I highly recommend them!
Marce Jimen: I brought my son to see Dr. Beanland after a terrible first opinion from someone else. My son had been choking and gagging on food/unable to eat and I was certain he had a tongue tie. Dr. Beanland confirmed he had a significant tongue tie and a lip tie. Dr. Beanland did both procedures and my son did great. The whole team was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, understanding and above all made it so easy to do both procedures in the office. Dr. Beanland was professional and it was clear he is well versed in his craft. Dr. Beanland and his team treat their patients as if they were their own family. I am forever grateful for Dr. Beanland and his team. As as a nurse myself, I 100% recommend them and would bring any child of mine there again.
sydney nichols: When I tell you that this place is absolutely amazing, I mean it. They take the time to get know their patients and make sure that both the child and parent are comfortable. They are patient, thorough, and I highly recommend this office.
Dina: Very unprofessional aftercare. Don't listen to patient whatsoever. Had to go to my regular physician to provide services needed despite 2 phone calls. I spoke with Dr. Beanland over the weekend and an assist on Monday. Was told to take ibuprofen and move on. Went into the ER that day to receive IV antibiotics. Why would I call the practice now. How will they make it better? Doesn't make sense. 3-10-23 follow-up. Just received a copy of my records from this procedure so I can finish up elsewhere. Filled with CYA comments and blatant lies. Very unethical.
Helen S Given: Dr. Tony Kang was great and the office staff were great also
Meli Mel: They were so gentle and able to do my extraction on a Friday afternoon and did not rush. It was done right and I trusted them. I would recommend them to everyone
Robert Moylan: The office location is easy to access. The office itself is spacious and comfortable and the office staff is outstanding. Doctor Kang was equally outstanding
Phil Young: Discrimination and horrible customer service. They refuse to take people over 21 with MassHealth for wisdom teeth extraction, thus discriminating by age. Called 10:15am Wednesday 01/25/23. Spoke to an extremely rude woman who hung up the phone before I was finished speaking and told me “Can’t help you, call MassHealth.” Avoid this place like the plague. Very unprofessional and do not want to help you whatsoever. By the way reviews are laid out on here I reckon many of the good reviews are fake. I would not be surprised if this place has been subjected to lawsuits in the past.
Kim Kingsbury: I went for a consultation and the office staff were very pleasant, friendly and professional. Dr. Kang asked questions and was very knowledgeable in his field. Fortunately, I didn’t need further treatment but would highly recommend this practice. If I do need an oral surgeon in the future, I will return to Dr. Kang. Thanks so much!
John Abermanis: Everyone I talked with was very friendly, well informed and helpful.I came away with new insights and reassurance about my condition.I will recommend this practice to anyone with oral concerns in the future.
Camoreyt Anthony: I was referred to NE Oral by my dentist for a condition that my personal dentist could not diagnose. I was seen on two consecutive days by two different Drs. The first day, they saw me immediately on reference from my dentist at the very end of the work day.I cannot express how professional the whole staff was during both visits, from the receptionist to the consultation, each person was pleasant, polite, professional and very thorough, not to mention a high level of compassion. My condition was diagnosed, explained thoroughly and treated expertly. The thoroughness of the exams, the calming confident explanation of my issue and how it would be resolved was honestly much higher than my expectations, based onmy previous experiences of being blindly referred to a specialist.I highly recommend this office and extremely competent staff for your dental needs.
Doris Powers: Pleasant staff, fantastic DR, felt welcomed and right at ease immediately. Would recommend this office to family and friends.
Raymond Kary: Though I was a first time patient, I was treated like I’ve been going for years. I truly look forward to going back!
Jenna Gerrish: Always a great experience! Everyone in the Worcester office is fantastic!
Glenn Wallace: Dr. Kang and the entire staff were awesome! Friendly, professional environment. I am grateful they were able to get me in.
Pauly Rodriguez: When I tell you this place amazing and you should get your wisdom teeth removal here GO NOW!!! Such an amazing place full of amazing staff. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. Always answered any questions I had through the phone and kept me updated with my appointment. The doctors and nurses we’re all amazing. I felt so nervous about getting this done but once I went in and got ready to get it done they all made me feel so much better. They put on some music for me to relax and just spoke to me with so many nice words to make me feel comfortable. When it was ready to use anesthesia one nurse made me feel so great it was so nice of her. She just spoke to me with so many nice words and told me that I was doing so good. The doctor was also so kind! I felt no pain what so ever. After that it was all done and I was all ready to go! It was the most easiest and fastest proceder ever and I was able to feel calm and chill throughout all it, mind you I am a very anxious person. If you are trying to find a place to get this done and are scared you won’t find the right one I promise you this is the perfect place to go to!!! They will not disappoint you what so ever. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much New England Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for taking great care of me, you guys were amazing.

Laurie Manthos DMD: what do users think?
Jasmine Da Silva: The office is nice and clean. The staff are business and know what they’re talking about. I thought they were great. They got my insurance settled fast and sent me a quote well before my surgery. As for Dr. Manthos I personally enjoy her she is a bit eccentric like myself. She didn’t miss a beat. She told me every detail I needed to know. Personally I would’ve preferred to be completely unconscious during surgery but she warned me I’d be in and out which I was and it was fine. I was comfortable as she did her work. If you want an office that knows their stuff and will do right by your oral health, this is the office.
Jessica Bristol: Dr. Manthos explained the procedure clearly. She has a professional and engaging personality which made me very comfortable during my surgery. I highly recommend her.
Lyn Abbie: Dr.Manthos treated my grandmother with complete disrespect and no compassion
Kyle Latino: Dr Manthos got me right into an appointment for a tooth extraction. She was educative, supportive, fast, and efficient! She made the procedure painless and anxiety free! The staff were also very friendly making the environment warm and welcoming! Little to no post procedure pain, nothing ibuprofen couldn’t fix! She even listened to my anxiety about having a hole in my smile line and reassured me about it and educated me on future solutions to fix it!
Amaka Alpha: Both of her staffs on the phone were very rude and were not customer friendly.
wawa hoosky: was literally traumatized here. I got two molars extracted some years ago, and Dr. Manthos didn't care when I said I wasn't ready for the novacaine shot and needed to wait a few seconds to mentally prepare myself, or that the laughing gas wasn't working. when the procedure was done, she forgot to put me back on oxygen, had me stand, and I nearly passed out and my dad had to catch me. she seemed in a huge rush to get my procedure done, which caused me to be terrified the whole time. during this entire thing, I was crying. this place was recommended for kids who have anxiety about getting teeth pulled, but I came out traumatized. shame on Dr. Manthos.
Tess Meier: Dr. Manthos and her staff are lovely and thorough!
Paul Letourneau Jr: 1 hour wait to have stitches removed. Poor planning. Dr. Manthos is great.
Patricia Sposato: I want to thank the staff and Dr Manthos for their professionalism and kindness to me during my recent oral surgery experience. I had been to another dentist for a loose cap and It turned out my tooth underneath was fractured and I did not feel comfortable with this dentist. I called Dr Manthos office and was put on a cancellation list. I saw Dr Manthos for a consultation and she was so compassionate and caring about my situation. She explained everything that needed to be done including some things that might make it more difficult for her, due to my medical history.. I appreciated her honesty and expertise in this situation. The procedure was performed and everything turned out great. The procedure was painless to me as she made sure I couldn’t feel any pain. She explained to me the after instructions to follow. The staff was wonderful in doing their best to get me in for an appointment due to so many people now returning to the dentist for issues that could not be taken care of during Covid.
Denise Khalili: I have to concur about the staff at her office. They were not very pleasant or welcoming and seemed as though we were putting them out for coming in for a consultation. We had an appt in April and are still waiting for a call from them . The dentist herself seemed fine but honestly if your staff is not doing their best to gain our business then you will lose out.
Kara: If you are even slightly worried about this surgery - Do not come here. After waiting almost an hour to get into the surgery chair, I wasn't even able to get the surgery. Dr Manthos attempted three times to get the IV in my arms and hands, aggressively slapping me to try to get a vein and becoming frustrated when she could not. Meanwhile, I'm crying the entire time and no one offers a tissue or any consolation. The door is WIDE open to the hallway. After three failed attempts, she couldn't get in an IV and so I was sent home. They said I'd have to wait months to be seen in a hospital setting to "try again". I absolutely won't be returning to work with this office. Every step of the way they have been standoffish and I tried to ignore to just get this over with but instead I got completely screwed over. Lastly, she lied straight to my face. I asked her if all surgeons for this procedure have to use an IV she said yes. I’ve already booked with someone else who uses another method. Find another doctor, do not waste your time.
Kuhlyedascope: I got my wisdom teeth yanked out and was fine by the time I got home. The next day was eating pizza. flawless extraction.
C Zot83: Dr. Manthos is wonderful and respectful to her clients! I highly recommend her for dentistry and oral specializatioh!
Catrin Weimbs: We had to see Dr Manthos for a consultation and it was an all-around good experience. She walked us through everything and took an appropriate amount of time to ask and answer questions. I would recommend her without hesitation.
Sheryl Marrazzo: I rarely do a negative review, but this one has got me needing to post. My son needs his wisdom teeth removed, the kicker is he has Duchenne MD and has to have the extraction done in an Operating Room, so we are limited with who we can see. First they knew he was in a power chair when I made the appointment and didn't tell me that the accessible entrance was on the side of the building. So we went in the pouring rain and went into the normal entrance, I walked down the stairs and then the told me where the door is. So we went around again in the pouring rain and no one opened the door. So we had to go back in and ask them to open the door, which they did and we went around the building again. We were soaked by the time we got in and no one seemed to care. We actually laughed because they were so indifferent to us. They didn't seem like a happy group at the front desk. Dr. Manthos was wonderful and she was thorough and said her next OR time would be in September, so we waited. Last week I called to check in and they said oh we have not heard back from your insurance co. OK...so in 3 months they didn't hear anything and never called me to have me work on it. She said it was all due to my son having Mass Health as a supplemental insurance, but they don't take Mass Health and we knew that. Then I said ok he is having pain can we get this moving, then she said oh we want you to come back in to see what is causing the pain. Can we just take these freaking teeth out already. Now I have to wait likely until NEXT SUMMER to have it done in Boston, because I am not going back there. I am really upset as we deal with enough challenges with Duchenne and you would think a wisdom tooth extraction would not be this freaking hard.
Cara Flanagan: Dr. Manthos was amazing! She explained in detail how the extraction could go one of two ways and she did her damn best to do it the easy way for me! Highly recommend this lady to anyone who is as scared to have dental work done like myself. Amazing! And her assistant Joanne was very helpful and professional as well! Thank you for making me feel as relaxed as I possibly could be!!!
Kelley Lavine: Dr. Manthos has treated four generations of my family, and we all love her. She diagnosed my husband's grandmother with oral cancer when treating her for a separate issue, and referred her to the best care in Boston. When I had a molar crack she was honest about options for treatment, and won't do work that has a high risk of failure; my dentist referred me to a different oral surgeon for some extremely expensive procedure, I went to her instead and she explained that procedure would likely fail and cause problems for me due to the proximity to my sinus. I really appreciated her frankness and honesty instead of just trying to make money. Two of my young daughters have needed teeth pulled due to crowding, and she is WONDERFUL with children. She takes the time to thoroughly explain different sedation techniques, makes her recommendations, and is very easy to talk to. She explains things well at a child's level of understanding, and monitors them closely throughout. I felt very safe placing my children in her care.
John M: I do not know what entity has the medical community running scared but they have certainly gotten through to "Dr." Larie Manthos with respect to pain medication containing narcotics. The dental industry induces some of the most intense pain on human beings for any doctor to decide if you are in pain and if so how much pain your in, to me, is ludicrous especially when pain is so subjective and varies so widely from person to person. You can say what you want but I have been through the dental gambit for most of my adult life and have endured excruciating pain that has on more than one occasion literally brought me to my knees. After an extraction performed by Miss Manthos I requested percocet for the pain I knew would follow. Miss Manthos pushed back and argued there "SHOULD BE" no pain. Wrong Miss Manthos, I know myself and knew what would follow, PAIN! Miss Manthos finally conceded and wrote me a prescription for two (2) percocet. I will refrain here from saying what I really think of Miss Manthos. What I will say is you chose your profession and you have an obligation to your patients who put bread in your jar. Ask those who are managing you by threatening your license what good your license will be if you have no patients! You get no recommendations from me for your unwillingness to advocate for me (there are plenty of dentists out there who will), and Miss Manthos, no stars for you, none! OK I was forced to give you 1 otherwise my post wouldn't post. You don't deserve it.
Linda Louise T: ..have had Dr Manthos on two seperate occasions. One extraction was not easy as the tooth was cracked and splintered. Dr Manthos and her staff throughly explained what they were going to do and what I would expect afterwards. The office staff is professional and friendly
Linda Su Zen: Never saw the doctor as they were booked out so far but not sorry as the receptionist was the rudest, most uncaring person I've ever spoken to and I speak to a lot of people all day. She just could not have cared less and made a point of letting it show.
Tara Berry: First oral surgeon that I actually felt comfortable with and no anxiety! Recommend to everyone. She and her staff are amazing!

Dental Team of Worcester: what do users think?
George Edwards: Great experience, everyone was very helpful. Nice and caring, Dr. Donna porreria I'd very gooda ND made a painless experience. Coming from someone terrified of dentists, they are absolutely great :)
Shuddh Pani: Always Smile 😁
Betty Levins: I had a wonderful experience at Dental Team! Dr. Singer and his assistant Jessy were so nice and made me feel so comfortable they are great.! I had been afraid of the dentist my whole life but not any longer. Thanks to all the staff at Dental Team❤️
jason carl: Due to a incident 20 years ago I developed PTSD which destroyed my back teeth from biting down as a coping mechanism for stress. The staff at Dental Team (Worcester) not only did wonders for my teeth and mouth health in general, they tailored the procedures to the needs of my particular case. After several visits, 5 extractions, 5 crowns and 2 partials, they not only fixed my teeth, they restored my confidence both professionaly and personally. To say I'm grateful would be an understatement. Their personal approach and passion for dentistry as more than a cosmetic correction but a 'living artform' offered me an experience that supported, understood and addressed all my concerns through every one of the procedures! The team accommodated my personal needs and reinstalled my faith in the dentistry industry generally. Dentisry is not a privilege but a necessity! It allows a 'quality of life' immeasurable and often underestimated by health insurance institutes. Particularly as you age or have adverse conditions which effect your teeth, no matter how hard you try to 'maintain' dental health! Thank you so much for restoring the SMILE that brought me through so many MILES in this life..... thankfully, Jason (designer, age 43, showcased work in 37 countries and .... still smiling 😃)
Rachel Corbett: After 10 years of severe anxiety over dentists and avoiding it, Dr. Singer was able to make me feel comfortable and get work done. He has a great confident attitude. Really able to chit chat and make me feel comfortable. He has pulled 3 teeth (2 wisdom and one bad tooth) for me. The first visit was the bad tooth causing me pain. He talked to me, assured me things would be easy and great, went at my pace. Once I was comfortable, we went forward with the extraction. He talked me through it and it was done in no time. Today was my second visit and my anxiety was minimal because I knew he was going to do a good job and get it done quickly. It was another amazing visit! I highly recommend Dr Singer as an Oral Surgeon. Everyone at Dental Team of Worcester has been great! I go in for more work with another member of their staff next month and I'm actually looking forward to the experience and getting my teeth back in shape.
Victor Suski: Friendly, efficient staff and brand new clean equipment
Mandy Tetreault: Absolutely would not recommend. Not only did I have a poor experience today, was left in tears and treated rudely by the Dentist alone, 2 other people had similar experiences at the same time. Today was not his day and he was a rude man. I am very grateful for the wonderful girl who assisted me today and that man, if not for her I wouldn't have made it through.
Barbie: This is the best place in Worcester to get your wisdom teeth extracted. I have just gotten the second one done today and once again, it was easy and painless. I adore the staff too.Not every small practice has good staff, believe it or not. Some places have receptionists and PAs with horrendous communication and social skills so its become important to me to find a place with those traits regardless of how good the provider is.Also, Dr. Blinder is good at assuaging fears as well so if you're afraid of the dentist, don't be afraid to come here.
Cindy Berthiaume: Time efficient visits, pleasant staff, would recommend.
