Kris Kross: I would NOT recommend this practice. I went here for the first time for a deep clean, and was told I should come for cleanings every 3 months afterward. I actually upgraded my dental insurance for this year to cover this frequency of visit, and called in March to start booking my appointments. I was told they had nothing until SEPTEMBER! Why would you tell a patient to come every three months when you know you're understaffed and overbooked to that extent? I'm paying for a premium dental plan so I can fit in ONE VISIT a year? I will be seeing a new dentist.If you're coming here for a one-time procedure, maybe it will work for you, but I would NOT recomment Monica Gobran and Assoc. as anybody's ongoing, regular dentist.

Marissa Lussier: I had honestly the most bizarre dental experience i’ve ever had here, I came in for a new patient appointment and was told immediately that someone had been trying to reach me about my old x-rays when I had gotten no voicemails and neither of the numbers listed had called me at any point. I asked if it were okay to just do new x-rays to which they asked me how many which I have never been asked before and didn’t know how to answer, so I just said the two points where I had been having pain and that I have extreme dental anxiety. The hygienist was super sweet and took care of the x-rays and took pictures of my teeth and told me the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Gobran came in eventually and did a thorough exam, I told her I had been having pain to the point where I couldn’t eat on either sides of my mouth and again that I had extreme dental anxiety. Once I was sitting upright again she shrugged and asked if I wanted to wait until my old x-rays came in and I agreed because I wasn’t sure what that meant exactly, and I do freeze easily when i’m anxious situations. I realized a few seconds later that Dr. Gobran had left the exam room and that I was asking the hygienist if there was any type of treatment that they could tell now considering I had just had an exam done and Dr. Gobran was giving some type of numbers to the hygienist during the exam. I also mentioned that I had questions about the oral sedation mentioned on the website. She went to get Dr. Gobran to come back into the exam room only to come back minutes later and say that she told her to tell me that she’ll call me when the x-rays come in with a treatment plan and that I had to come back the next week for a separate consultation. I was honestly appalled and so disappointed that I was not only leaving without a treatment plan (after having had an exam) but that Dr. Gobran wouldn’t come back into the room to answer my questions- considering all of the exam rooms are open door I could see that I was the only patient there. After that point I felt so uncomfortable trusting them with my future care that I just accepted that my questions would go unanswered. This was late January and I still have not gotten a call back, at this point I’ve had several more visits with a different dentist and already have gotten the treatment done that I needed. I don’t really understand how this practice has hundreds of incredible reviews yet I had this strange, awkward, and uncomfortable experience but needless to say I would advise others it is not worth the potential waste of time if you have severe dental anxiety.

Neena Pires: I had extreme dental pain, and attended this office in hope of discovering what was wrong. When I spoke to the dentist I explained that it was coming from the back of my mouth, to which they assumed was a wisdom tooth issue. For reference, my teeth were not checked whatsoever prior to me walking out of the office that day. I was simply told that I needed to remove my wisdom teeth, and was sent home with nothing more. At this point in time, all four of my wisdom teeth had been mostly grown in and had never caused me any issues. This makes me think that if they had taken the time to review my records, or even briefly look at my teeth they would have concluded that my wisdom teeth were not the issue. Moral of the story, I did remove all four teeth, and the issue persisted. I ended up attending another office, where they were quickly able to tell me that what I needed after all was a root canal.The staff here are lazy and have poor work ethic. It was easy for them to tell me that I needed my wisdom teeth out since it is a routine procedure. However, no patient should ever walk out without being full analyzed and should receive adequate care.

Dr. David Goldberg was my periodontist and was absolutely amazing. *Five-star* treatment! He was professional, super-efficient, very friendly and like the title of the office, he had a wonderfully gentle touch. The gum-grafting procedure I had was much easier than I expected, with minimal discomfort. The office works with you on financing if needed, and was affordable with dental insurance. If you’re looking for a new dentist office, this is the place!!I recently had a dental emergency, I called at 10:30 AM and informed them of my situation and I was seen that same day at 3:00. When I arrived I was immediately taken back into an exam room, had x-rays taken by a very nice tech/assistant, and was seen by a dentist who sent me home with antibiotics and an appointment to correct the issue once the medication had time to do it’s thing. This is just the most recent example of what an amazing dentist office this is. From Hank att the front desk, to the techs, the hygienists, to the dentists, thank you for everything that you do, Lincoln Dental is THE BEST!!

Sean McLain: I had a fractured tooth and rear molar Booth were badly damaged and decayed. Dr. Rizzo was so kind she attended my needs and was super professional and super kind. Something we rarely see in doctors today. You could tell this doctor really cares about the welfare of the patient placed under her care. She was super engaging and would ask me several times if I was in pain... Sooo.. attentive! She even cleaned out the infected canal where tooth was I highly recommend , the place was super clean and the technicians were very attentive and professional. No waiting in and out.

Seriously they pulled EVERY single one of my teeth out . Now that I have some sense back I realize that I messed up going here .
