Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc.: what do users think?
Iris Peralta: VERY disappointed with these services they do nothing for you
Yiping Du: Very helpful and professional staff.
Maria Morales: Ayudas para tus personas mayores
Denice Hopper: I work for these people At more hours company vehicle in the cell phone
Linda Lavergne: Very good agency! Mike is the best!! They help me out alot!
Fran Buckley: The staff is very caring and helpful to get you the services you need. They go out of their way to make sure clients are safe and get services they need. Thank you Natasha,Caroline nd staff.you are the best.
Matt K: I've been a PCA now for 3 years threw elder services Tempus CCA for my father who has had everything medical from throat cancer to multiple strokes and multiple more things. It is stressful and tough but I couldn't be happier with how they have treated us and has made life much easier in a lot of ways. Amazing companie and program. Blessed I can be able to be there for him around the clock and vice versa for him. Thank you for everything!
Pat LoRicco: I have only experienced the most professionalism as well, as kindness from everyone at this organization! Dealing with a parent with dementia is very difficult to say the least! To have your support and help is much appreciated!I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Linda Sullivan: Very disappointed with this organization. MInimum of assistance available based on my mother's income. Couldn't provide in-home health aide for time frame needed. Most important need was a medical alert device and they wouldn't help with that unless she took other services as well. Our contact must have been new because she couldn't answer most questions and had to continually call back. Hopefully others will have a better experience than we did.
Brenda lee Patnod: They assists me with getting a personal care attendant
Rick H: Wonderful place
Elizabeth James: Excellent people, great atmosphere
Jen bigger: I wish I could give them 0 starts. They are rude and act like they are going outta there way to help you when it literally takes 8 weeks to get a fax back and forth. Wish we had not wasted 9 months with these people who seem to not care that we needed there help. So unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous
5K Together: Elder Services is filled with kind and compassionate people who want to help elders, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities live in the community by providing services to them in their homes.
Jeff Bailey: The agencies through which they contract workers are abominations. These people basically are non-English speakers which in itself is not a crime but when the agency, the workers and Elder Sevices contract people who do not understand you, do not have the professionalism to let you know their agents cannot come or worse come on a different day attributable to whatever impairment without telling youand the cycle repeats itself with another agency or marginal employee of an agency it grows tiresome and simply is not worth it. The best laid plans....
Bibi Paredes: Love their services.
Dave Brown: It's refreshing to finally see people that REALLY care about the work they do beyond the meager money they receive, for the extrodinary work they do!

Open Sky Community Services: what do users think?
Anna Rogich: Staff is rude and conniving, even the house managers and director, right from the beginning. All the good staff leave. Upper management covers managers when they do something wrong. Willful ignorance. Nothing good to say about them. Demeaning.
Lainey Barry: Open Sky employs people who live one way by day and totally contrary by night. Employees having affairs with new hires, harassing and threatening members of society and when brought to the attention of Ms. Matiske she chose to ignore the employees behavior that continues to escalate.I think Mr Bates needs to be brought into the loop and be aware of such disgraceful behavior by staff.
Michael Giangrande: Open sky lost their grant for rental assistance but offer plenty of mental health assessment
Jen Guzman: Not good.
Mina Murray: My severely autistic son has been in the care of open sky residential services for over a year. He has shown growth in the last year beyond anything he made in 19 years at a very sophisticated private school for autism. OK, that's an exaggeration. But my son has shown tremendous progress with ADLs, non-verbal communication, and reduced aggression in the past year. His house manager is incredible. The dedicated staff are Amazing. We (parents) work as a team as much as possible with his residential team. I feel blessed every day for what they have done for my son. Having a team of grown men, who take their job seriously, is, I believe, the key for my son.
Jack Cipro: They have a terrible system for helping the individuals in this program. Not only is it super “woke” but it’s honestly the worst place for someone with problems to be. They practically let them do whatever they want (particularly at the alsada program). They let them get high, the workers are unprofessional and act like children. Worst place to ever work at. No one cares for the individuals they all merely pretend too. Might as well be called prison guards not counselors. Place is garbage.
Holly Longbottom: Don't bother with the one in Worcester go directly to twitter
Kaye-Lani Goodfield: If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve never been so disappointed in a system designed to better people’s mental health when I have plateaued so far in my recovery due to the shortcomings and negligence of Open Sky Community Services. They failed to protect me and I was subjected to far more trauma under their care than before I sought help from them. They knowingly moved my perpetrator, who I met in their group home, across the street from me. The system is flawed in their housing policies, if there even is one set in place. I now have to essentially start over in my recovery from PTSD since I am constantly exposed to my biggest trigger. I have been placed directly in harm’s way and if it wasn’t for my own determination and resilience, I would not be able to recover from this. Safety needs to be prioritized, especially when dealing with vulnerable people and I pray to God that they seriously reevaluate the way they handle such matters to prevent a crisis like this from happening again. I also need to reevaluate who I choose to trust because clearly I made a huge error in judgement. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and I hope serious changes are put in place following this mistake. I’m so physically and emotionally drained and enraged that I’m having to relive my trauma as a result of Open Sky’s disregard for my safety.
Marlyn Max: Great worker's and they help you get things you need done.
Kylie Crowley: Had a friend that lived here who is finally out (thank god). She called me multiple times saying that there wasn't any food for the clients to eat and that incontinent clients weren't being cared for proper. I brought her boxes of food whenever I could but with 8 hungry clients it went quick. Now that she's out they give her the run around with her meds and gave her the wrong food stamp card when she left. The proper food stamp card they refuse to give back. Multiple med errors as well. She was being bothered by one of the clients and they refused to intervene as well. She was told "staff won't help you in the real world"
Deborah Voisine: My dds worker has sent a referral to them it over a month they are very rude you leave phone messages nobody returns am done I won't use this agency in our area of fitchburg none of the agency donot care there excuse people are on vacation or we are short staff how sad ty debbie voisine
Madelene Rosario: OMG!!!They help me when I really needed I'm so thankful, God bless this place and there workers.
DeAnna D: So grateful to have found Open Sky, The Gentleman I was able to see, what Fantastic, He was quick, hard working, Took great care of my needs! So Blessed Thank you Open Sky!!
A: They Build you up a tall building, tall full of lies ,full of empty promises of services they have available for people struggling, and then they push you off that very tall building, into the Open Sky. So you can fall flat on your face and potentially , you know.Steer clear of these people. They are not here to help.and hurt more than they help. Only good reviews are from affiliates
Dylan Langlais: Never picks up patients for appointments
Andrew Soske: “The true miracle of modern medicine is diabolical. It consists in making not only individuals but whole populations survive on inhumanly low levels of personal health.” - Ivan Illich
person guy: Very rude staff working for this company would not recommend their services!
Kim Hyvarinen: Best place to work by far. No stress at any of their facilities. Hope to stay there until retirement. Wonderful staff, management. Human resources department is always there and willing go out of their way to help you when needed. - Kim Hyvarinen - Residential Counselor
MIGUEL Burgos: The service is here are so great everybody should take advantage of this

Said Labibi: Hi my name is said labibi, I'm a disabled person, I live in Boston Massachusetts for 23 years and I'm still living here . I love the people I love the community I love the city. God bless you Easterseals and God bless you miss Catherine fradenburg, if if it wasn't for her. I won't move forward, thank you easterseals and thank you miss Catherine fradenburg.
T M: I chose this firm to assist me after I was attacked while out walking my dog. Words cannot express how grateful I am that I had this law firm to take my case. From the second I called them, they reached out with empathy and concern for my situation. I felt like a weight had been lifted off of me. Through the entire process their team had excellent communication skills and quickly helped me to take care of the medical bills that resulted from the event. Being a working mother, using their firm provided me with peace of mind. Attorney LaFevre and Attorney Moran were professional and knowledgable as to next steps. I would highly recommend them if you ever need help.
Betty: Wonderful caring people who take the time to help you with your needs.
Joanne Paquette: Great service. Had wonderful ideas to help me with college using different technology.
Joseph Cummings: Wonderful caring people!
