Joseph Bagnell: Had a good experience there. They really helped me. Most staff was great. Lots of different groups you can attend. Only bad experience out of the 4 months i went was that they sent my medical records in the mail to Spectrum Charter, not Spectrum Healthcare and I found out. One clinician put blame on me. Really? Being a addiction treatment program you would think Adcare is in communication with Spectrum Healthcare regularly and would have Spectrum Healthcare's Address on file. So, my personal, private records went to Spectrums cable company, not Spectrum Healthcare. You can't make mistakes like that. Then on top of it all, I was told they sent someone from Spectrum Healthcare in-person to the Spectrum cable company address it was mailed to.. They told me the cable company never received my records and no need to worry. Yeah, ok!!! I let it go instead if moving forward with getting a lawyer. Do not recommend.

john doe: pillows and food is terrible ... your kids can leave whenever they want whenever they feel like without nobody going after them .. the door to leave is right next to the bed rooms and they'll be out free with no clothes and no phone in the worst neighbor in worcester bring your kid here and watch them come out a monster ..staff is terrible and swear at the kids barely provide any helpful service and just do stupid irrelevant groups that doesn't help any kid at all..SECURITY are racist to the kids

Kim Lee: Updating my review on MYR. My son is presently there for the second time.The first time he attended a few months ago I was not happy with the lack of communication they had with families. My son was not too crazy about the place either, but that’s okay.We turned to MYR again after my sons SUD was out of control. He turned 18 and we told him he cannot live with us anymore unless he was working on sobriety. It took about 5-7 days for him to get accepted into a dual residential program, so MYR was a place he can detox, sober up and be safe until we got him into a dual. He wanted to leave when he first got there and was free to, they obviously make him talk to a therapist and try everything to get them to stay. I told my son if he leaves we are not picking him up, he would essentially be homeless without phone or money. He decided to stay.It is nice that these type of places exist.They so get to go outside and play basketball. No visitors. They will quarantine for at least 12 hours when they first get their untilCovid test comes back, but have access to a DVD player so they can watch movies.I wish I had more to say. Ashley Bosse: Do not bring your child here. What they don't tell you until you get there is that your child can leave whenever they want they just have to ask and staff waves their badge in front of the door and lets them out. It's one of the worst neighborhoods in Worcester. Not only is it unsecure the staff broke my son's confidentiality when face timing her husband. I guess she thought it was a good idea to let them talk.
