Why would I be calling multiple times and emailing pictures if I wasn't serious. In the real world companies sometimes put work in and a sale doesn't go through, that's life. This sale won't go through due to the unprofessionalism.

I was trying to put a price quote together for my boss on whether or not, it was cheaper to rebuild it or buy a rebuilt engine!!!! So you have now lost a lot of customers cause I will make sure everyone I know does not do business with you guys. You have just lost a lot of money from a construction outfit with a lot of these motors!!!

Dennis Goodman: For anyone who hasn't figured it out:Dr. Diesel and Jay Foley are the same person - Dr. Diesel is a persona he uses.Jay Foley owns the company.It's a small 5-6 person company, all sitting within earshot of each other (except shipping/service) who is generally in the warehouse.Hytork "High Torque" fluid? It's just rebottled store-brand ATF fluid. Don't waste your money, they rebottle in house.Don't send your engine in to be reman'd. It'll almost certainly be shipped off-site to be repaired - not remanufactured - and then get a fresh coat of spray paint once it arrives back in Worcester.

He was very unprofessional, rude, and didn't even care about what I had to say. He wouldn't even look at my email while I was on the phone with him to get any info or pricing. I was told I would have to wait till they had time and they would contact me when they had time for my email. Now I understand why they have a low rating.

He then would not stop interrupting me continuing to try and talk to my boss who was on a call. Dr. D then decided to tell me he can hear my boss "all the way from Massachusetts". If Foley wishes to get more business, I advice losing the Dr. Diesel

mike oneil: One of the worst experiences I have ever had.... This has been over a year now.I bought a new small skid steer motor from them. The motor was put in and it leaked. I took a pump plate off and the back plate gasket wasn't sealed correctly(It had a large wave in it). After going back and forth with them telling me they couldn't find or get anyone to work on it, I found an authorized dealer. This dealer was very iffy about dealing with Perkins but they did. they found out that the back plate to the motor was warped. Then found that the main shaft was scoured. Foley said they will get Perkins rep's involved. I don't know if they did or not. Foley shipped the motor to Perkins the to someone else.A throttle mount was welded on a plate that was put on the motor. It was not welded on to the plate while on the motor. They blamed the problem on the mount that was put on. Both the authorized dealer and my diesel mechanic have said there is no way that the mount is the cause.Multiple calls have been placed to Foley and the dealer(at least 30-35 calls). Foley said they were going to try to resolve the problem with a Perkins district manager. Two weeks later the work is done and Foley sends me a bill for over $4000.00 for the repairs. I called and Dr. Diesel answered my call. I have never talked to him until now. Over 1 year later. Awful. The guy i was talking to wouldn't answer my call because he knew the bill was sent. This guy also said if his name was on the company name that a new motor would have already been sent out.The communication with them is painful. Trying to get them to communicate with the dealer... Almost non existent.If i could give no stars i would.

Yuri Sarkisian: Excellent mechanic who always goes above and beyond for his customers. Needed a last minute fix on a very unique Jeep situation tied to my soft top and Kevin was there for me. Honest and super knowledgeable are the best two words that come to mind when describing this shop. Highly recommended for not just jeeps but any car old or new. Although I'm on the complete other side of town, I still visit K2 for all my repair/maintenance needs.

I was looking for a good, honest, knowledgeable shop after a bad experience with another shop.. Saw the other good reviews and I decided to give him a try. ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kevin and his shop. He was able to quickly my dipstick tube and realign some shoddy work another place had done and stayed open a little later so I could drop/pick my car up. Leanne Etre Mcpherson: Jim is an honest and trustworthy mechanic, which can be difficult to find these days. He found the issue, no one else could find in my BMW 325xi. He did have my car for 4 months but he fixed everything that needed to be fixed, even returning it to me with a new inspection sticker! He's not the cheapest, as it cost $2000 to compete the repairs, but do you really want the cheapest?Also keep in mind its a BMW. He's honest and performs the necessary work, without trying to fix things that don't need to be fixed, as others will attempt to do. He's fair, honest, and competitively priced. Keep in mind he fixed the issue literally NO ONE ELSE Z could figure out! For that alone he'll continue to be my mechanic for future repairs

Was told my car wouldn't pass so they slapped a failed sticker on my car based solely on looking at my car. My car is in great shape and just got it fixed two days before going here.
