Not a huge amount of clothes but the stuff they have is up to date and better priced than 3 other places within 20 miles. Fact! Don't pass it up!

Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, etc. Example: I had a club that needed the shaft extracted and I called. The associate quoted me a very fair price. I had the club there in 1/2 hour. The tech took it and fixed it within 10 minutes. I asked how much, he said “forget it, didn’t take any time to fix” I had to literally push a gratuity into his hand. Lizie Montanez: Craig and Brian!!! Their customer service goes unmatched! I went in for a new club and Craig recognized right away that I needed my set (that was gifted to me from their sister store) sized. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. They went back and forth on the best way to make this right. Whether it would be a new petite set or to resize them. I opted for resize as they wouldn’t have the exact color Reva set I have. But they were patient with all of my newbie questions that I had. I left there with more than I went in for but without a new club as Craig suggested I try the new size first. Amazing, they were just amazing. I will be back with my other newbie golfing friends!

Customer service was better than expected, everyone there was very knowledgeable. You can definitely tell that everyone there loves what they do. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend the Auburn location. Just so happens that there is a nice golf range just down the street.

Matthew Crocker: Apologies for the long review but I feel as though I need to give the backstory to explain why I will not be going anywhere else to buy my golf gear, even though their prices are not always the lowest. I ordered a full set of custom Titleist irons at the end of January and was told they would be delivered to the store in 4-8 weeks as they needed to be configured at the Titleist plant. I called the other day to see if we were still on track to be delivered at the end of the 8 week window as I had traded in my old irons and have my league starting in mid April. After Titleist told them that there would be further delay and would not be delivered in time, the store manager offered to give me a set of used irons similar to what I ordered to tide me over until they arrive. What a huge relief and awesome example of going above and beyond. They have a customer for life!

M K C: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I typically avoid this location as much as possible. I had only an hour of free time this week to do an exchange on a defective item purchased on 5/6, gifted on 5/10 and used 2x on 5/15 to break. No manager would come help me or the young girl trying to assist me. She realized an easy solution would be to return it and mark it out as defective. It hadn't been 2 weeks yet and still within the 30 days of purchase. Several managers, after she requested they come talk to me, just barked over the walkie that they can't help and I need to call the manufactures 800 # which was not provided. Disgusting customer service by these managers. I work in healthcare, we are all hurting after the pandemic I get it but enough of the excuses. I train health center staff in customer service. Trust me - their jobs are WAY more difficult than these managers at the Worcester location working for a retail sport chain. It was a very simple decision that each manger has the right to override. They aren't making life and death decisions here. Someone needs to train the managers of this location better in customer relations and support. When I walked out, team members apologized and said the managers suck and I said they SURE DO. Disgraceful and this corporation should be ashamed that their staff and customers do not feel supported but their "top players". I will never go back to this location and will make the time to drive 40 min to Northborough or Millbury where they are EXCEPTIONAL EVERY GOD DAMN TIME. I will also continue to share the horrible performance these managers continue to give year in and year out (I have had issues here in the past) with EVERYONE I come into contact with.

We found a great selection of north face hooded sweatshirts and bought two. At the register Michael handled our transaction. Being a scorecard member that doesn’t come in too often, I asked if there were any coupons available that I should search my inbox for. He was extremely helpful and patient as I looked. It’s very refreshing to have a great customer service experience like I did. I never found a coupon that could apply, but I left feeling like I somehow got lucky. When I was planning my boyfriend's surprise birthday party he was responsive, helpful, and accommodating to all my questions as I am not a golfer. He was there when we arrived, his staff was FABULOUS, service was great, and the party was a hit! He even emailed asking for a picture to put up on the screens to surprise my boyfriend wishing him a happy birthday! Thank you so much to the entire X-golf team!! The drinks are also awesome. Putting, however... Greg Cesar: A great new spot for some fun! I was strolling by on my lunch break and saw they were open. I went in and the gentleman running the place were fantastic. They let me take a few trial swings and I loved it so much I booked 30 minutes right there. I will definitely be going back. Its a great hangout for lunch, night out with friends or some weekend fun!

Took the time to help us select pre-owned equipment. Showed us the machine that is used for cleaning and disinfecting pre-owned equipment. Helped us pick the right sizes and patiently sat with my 7 year old grandson showing him how to put everything on and check it. Told us about trading items in as he grows to help defray future costs. Really made what could have been an overwhelming experience, very simple.
