Samuel L Webb II: Renowned for very poor management. This company is filled with rude, abrasive and difficult people.
Laura Poulin-Harkins: I had to pick up some resale documents and the one I had requested wasn't there for some reason. One of the workers there, argued with me saying that someone else had picked it up. I called everyone and no one else had picked it up. They were able to reprint it, but it still doesn't make up for the rudeness
Mac Chinwala: Phoenix Company Inc. (PCI) was hired in April 2018, to manage Towne Lyne House Condos (TLH), (78 units year built 1964), located in Brighton Massachusetts.We as residents and Trustees of TLH find PCI an important partner for managing the building. We interact with the following people at PCI, Adam Polletta, Building Manager, Laura Hast, Lead Accountant, and Lisa Joppa, Administrative Assistant, and they have done a tremendous job guiding and helping us through, building maintenance, major and minor construction projects, managing building live-in supervisor, responding to any issues related to unit owners, and accounting, challenges of the building. They are always available seven days a week, and especially during the Covid situation, TLH was able to finish multiple major projects within two years. During emergency situations, Adam responded very professionally and controlled the situation any time of the day even when he is on vacation. PCI website is very easy to use to access information of association business, posting of meeting minutes and documents related to TLH condo. We are looking forward to working with PCI in the future and recommending it to other associations.
Jon Treon: We hired Phoenix as our management company over 12 years ago. At the time, I was a new owner and the complex (36 units) was self-managed. As I found out, the association was in poor shape and we needed help. We interviewed several management companies and decided on Phoenix. I have been very satisfied with their professionalism and management abilities. Our Manager Adam is very personable, professional and responsive, and the support staff has been excellent.

Alex Burg: My experience in dealing with Jud Goodnow was very unprofessional and he was quite rude. I am not the first person to say this and I doubt I will be the last. Think twice before doing business with this clown or this company. Not sure if he doesn't like his job, but he needs to find a new career in which he is not dealing with people. Would leave no stars if that were an option.
Jay Baywatch: This company operates on the outskirts of the law and employs unethical and immoral practices. Jud Goodnow, the head of this firm extorted money from us by holding our closing hostage. He demanded $600 in cash in order to provide us with documentation stating that we did not owe the condo association any fee's

Clarks Road Realty Trust: I own a unit at the Great Road Condominium. The complex had been in a steep decline for a while. When the Trustees brought in Phoenix Company to "right the ship" you could see an immediate difference. Debra Jean and Jud Goodnow are true professionals who took over a complex with serious structural and safety issues along with many other problems. Under their guidance the complex replaced all the roofs, resided all the buildings and is in the process of re-landscaping and re-painting. The complex never looked so good!
Foonut: They don’t take care of their buildings
Patrick Marsh: terrible company if you own an apt managed by them like Great Road Apts in Acton. Fees and fines on everything from paper work on. Their first years increase was over 25% at a place which already has they highest condo fees in the area. We went from the frying pan into the fire when we hired these people.

PG G: Personally haven't had a bad experience with Phoenix. We are in the process of selling our townhouse and they have been nothing but accommodating and prompt with requests we have on paperwork and questions regarding the process. Our community has had many upgrades and improvements made since they have taken over. I have had a lot of communication with Jennifer over the years and she has been clear, concise and pleasant with her communication with me. I highly recommend Phoenix Company to anyone.

Catherine Corkery: Recently met Kyle from May PM, he is awesome, he goes out of his way to help homeowners and the association. He is willing to help with anything and has been friendly and professional.
germaine bianchi: We had our chimney cleaned by Kyle from May Property Management. He was very professional. The work was done carefully so there was no mess. He found a couple of problems which were allowing water and leaves in to the fireplace, so we will get those repaired. He also completed a repair on the outside of our home. Will will think of May Property Managment next time we need work done inside our home.
Jan Calderaro: Kyle cleaned gutters and fixed electrical outlets. His work was outstanding; very professional, polite and efficient. I will not hesitate to request him through MPM, for additional repairs.
Jessica Hiatt: As a resident of a condo complex, I've been working with Cheryl, our property manager for almost a year. She is very responsive and attentive, and cares about the aesthetics of the property. I love the online portal provided by MPM. Makes everything from logging work orders to paying bills very easy.

This would be a nightmare for any new management - to not only take on a new property, but to also deal with a major crisis at the same time. Cheryl took on the task head-on and even agreed to start working with us immediately to quickly mitigate and repair the damages.Cheryl is capable of working with numerous and diverse personalities. She is a type A manager that operates without bias and respect for all members, even during inter-board quarrels. Cheryl ensures that the utmost care is taken to provide Safe Conditions throughout. Night/Day, Weekday or Weekend She ensures that tenants parking is not compromised by illegally parked vehicles and moves swiftly to take action. It is a pleasure working with such a diligent and efficient team!!
Sara Ramirez: As a trustee/resident of a large condo complex for many years, I cannot honestly thank Cheryl and the team at May property management enough for taking on our complex and making things in community the way they should have been years ago. As renters, we have had our fair share of shoddy landlords, and working with PMI was a delight. Our main contact person was Alex M., He was prompt, communicative, and helpful. We always felt he had our best interest in mind.The deposit/move in and out process was simple and straightforward, and we liked the ease of PMI's online portal. Any help with repairs was always expedient and professional.We have only good things to say about PMI Worcester, and were very happy renting from them!

S L: I’ve been working with Mark Ceppi and his team for two years and the service has steadily improved over the years. Initially PMI was used as on call maintenance for my two rental properties. The improvements in service made PMI my first choice to manage my 13 units full-time. This winter has been exceptionally cold and created a lot of maintenance issues, which PMI competently handled. One maintenance issue caused significant damage. Mark and his team were able to assist with my insurance provider and get everything on track. As a long distance landlord, the handling of the significant damage would have been extremely difficult and let me know that using PMI for ALL of my property needs was the right choice.

Brittany King: Do not buy a home/condo managed by Great North. Horrible property management and the portal they use is out of date with important documents not being uploaded properly.
Switch_Shadow: I wouldn't even give them 1 star for thier service. The fees went up few time in the last few months. I reached out to the managment, exchanged several emails with Chris Buckley. I asked for meeting notes multiple times and all he kept doing is promising he would send them over. Well its been weeks and never received what I asked for. Very poor management and poor customer service!!!
palmier car: the most EXPENSIVE Association EVER...500 $ a month...they ll make you feel like they doing a FAVOR....Run.
P. S. Jen Lin: I've lived in apartments/condos all my adult life and this was the worst property management I've ever dealt with. Poor communication, poor transparency of rules/regulations (they seemed to create and enforce new rules without notice and then fine you for "violating" these new rules they didn't tell you about), poor responses to your concerns. The most recent property manager Michelle was friendly and good at her job, but the two before her didn't care about the residents at all. Both of them tried to fine me for violations my neighbor made because both managers mixed up my unit with my neighbor (apparently counting to 12 is asking too much!).

Marsha Kunin: I've lived here for over ten years and I love it. As Ed says, the woods, the quiet, and the convenience of shopping a stone's throw away. Maintenance is excellent and owners are always working to keep in mind the bottom line. The winter plowing system is fantastic--very well-organized, always trying for better.
Edward Biehn: I've owned my unit and live at Sunderland Woods for 15 years. Sunderland Woods is a great place to live. The complex is situated on a hill and back in the woods so it's very quiet; plus the property is very well maintained.
