Steven Pepper: Our animal hospital has been banking with key bank in Putnam for almost 2 years and we love the staff there. Everybody knows their clients by first name and I've seen them handle very busy times with minimal staff and always with a smile. Keep it up!

Bruce Bressette: I am a customer of the Putnam CT branch. I can't reccomend more if your looking for a new bank to look elsewhere. Customer service is rude and they say they want to help but dont. They say they have taken action with issues yet the phone calls keep coming. I paid a mortgage payment early according to them. Who treats their customers like this for a perceived early payment. I have decided to move on. Their 3 star rating is over rated.

Jacqueline Dufour: This branch has repeatedly screwed up my accounts. Closing brand new accounts, moving my money without informing me, and causing (avoidable) stressful circumstances to occur. If you are going to use Key Bank, I strongly encourage you to use a different branch.
Bobby L: Always messing up my girlfriends account that's a reason I left them always messing up my account so now they are charging someone a over draft fee on a over draft fee which makes no sense I told my girlfriend to get a new bank like I did. If I have advice for anyone out there dont go with this bank.

D T: Tellers are nice.If you need notary or account setup services there may be a short wait depending on how many people are seated and seeking these services.
Chuck Schuman: I visit the bank twice a week, every week. Very friendly service. Ramon, the manager, always comes out to the lobby to greet people and see if they need help. Very friendly group of tellers
Mel Viveiros: I come in for help. I sit. No one says hello or greets me. The manager asks the tellers if I need help. Not me, I'm 7 feet away. Still no one acknowledges my presence. Its awful here.
Selena Wilson: There’s always an issue every time I come here. There’s also always a line of customers because the employees just stand around the desk talking to each other. It’s very unprofessional & the customer service is terrible. It doesn’t seem like any of the clerks know what they’re doing up front. I will now go out of my way to travel to a different branch. The park ave branch is not worth coming to at this point.

Jason Scott: Trying to close my accounts and leave this terrible bank. Waited in line for teller for 15 minutes only to be told I have to speak with someone else who hasn't acknowledged my presence for 10 mins while making copies and has had the same guy sitting in her cubical. Nevermind the fact there are at least 4 other people waiting for a rep to help them. If you need to actually do business that a teller cant handle dont hold your breath here. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. So thankful to have closed my accounts with this disgraceful bank! If I could have picked ZERO stars or better yet negative I would have. WORST BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Lindsey Ngo: Worst customer service rep. Always make you wait all the time even though she has no client. Rather go lunch and let u wait. All I need was a quick wire transfer. Then this other guy took someone who came in after me. If it wasn't for the location I wouldn't even bother. If you want to get things done don't bother go to this location.
